I only dealt with a couple people at Beechmont Toyota, but they were both great.Michael Cornetet sold me my 2022 Sienna, it was on order for almost 3 months and I was definitely annoying with questions leading up to delivery. I had Michaels cell number and he would return texts right away. I would totally buy another vehicle from Michael when Im ready for one, maybe a Supra or a Tundra. In the past car sales people have always felt more like an opponent that Im trying to talk down in a price game, but I never had to worry about that with Michael. That probably has to do with the nature of car sales right now, but it definitely made for a better buying experience. He for sure is not someone who looked at me like Im another random customer and I could tell appreciated my business. I really appreciated that customer service.The other person I dealt with was Jim in Finance. My wife was in a hurry for a meeting and he went through everything that needs signed in the finance office quicker than Ive ever seen before and Ive bought like eight or so cars from dealers in the past. He still somehow went through all the extras they give you the options for in the finance office like warranties and gap. I actually went for the gap and I usually dont. He even had a printer jam and we bonded on how much we both dislike Lexmark printers.Michael and Jim great job.
It always seems to be something with this dealership. This time it was lack of response on their end and no sort of remorse for not confirming appointments. I was told by two employees Id be called back about tires and didnt hear from either of them. Also, in the past, I kept getting helped by a different employee that wasnt flat out rude, but definitely was off-putting and not inviting. I love my 4 Runner that I bought brand new from here and the mechanic staff seem to do a great job when my vehicle is worked on, but the front line staff at times just make me not want to go in there.
What a PAINLESS experience my husband and I BOTH had at this dealership. Brad was an amazing Salesman, even though I was coming from out of state, Brad made sure all my questions were answered, he was always available for me to call. Vic was great. Very sweet, attentive, and understanding. However, my reasoning for three stars was Jordan in particular. The dealership stated they’d buy my car and to have it towed, as it had broken down. I understood a broken car wouldn’t be worth anything, and wouldn’t be at the top of the priority list. However, Jordan was one SPECIFICALLY looking at my car, yet spoke not a word to me. I felt extremely unwelcome, especially since i was going to purchase a new car from this dealership. Jordan would walk directly past me, wouldn’t even look at me. When i decided that I would not be purchasing from this dealership due to this cold demeanor, Vic led me to Jordan’s office to say goodbye, where he simply looked at me and AGAIN ignored me. He was extremely unwelcoming, and far too cold. I purchased a car from a sister dealership down the street, Honda East, where everyone was extremely kind and very very helpful.
After having a very bad experience at a different Cinci Toyota dealership, Beechmont was a breath of fresh air. Our salesman, Brad, was extremely nice and not pushy at all. Easily one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. They are an hour and 20 minute drive from my home but I will likely make the drive for my next purchase.

I have been getting routine oil changes at Beechmont Toyota for at least 3 years. I was extremely disappointed in the service and quality of customer service at my last appointment. Curt told me he would give me an estimate for my cars trade in value and never did. The worst part is when I picked up my car there was oil/grease marks and fingerprints all over my passenger seat, door, and glove compartment. Curt tried to clean it up... with Windex, which we appreciate, but I spent $75 and was not offered any type of compensation. Another salesperson said the same thing happened last week, so this was a known issue and clearly has not been resolved. Very disappointing...

Dave Roth did an excellent job getting our paperwork ready for us before we came to the dealership. We were purchasing our lease and told him what we needed before we came. We are very cautious during the pandemic, and did not want to spend much time in the building to finalize our purchase. He corresponded with us and we spent less than 30 minutes finalizing our purchase. Randy Johnson also was ready with our paperwork in a very timely manner. We have worked with both of these gentlemen in the past several years as we have leased 2 cars and eventually purchased our current lease. They are always friendly, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone who is interested in leasing or purchasing a vehicle.
Michael Cornetet is a ROCKSTAR car salesman. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and straight shooter. He has been my guy since 2011, but this is my first experience with him at Beechmont Toyota.The process was simple. I have never been in and out of a car dealership in under an hour before! Yes they processed my trade in, approved my loan and had me signing papers in under an hour. Exceptional service from all involved. We were so impressed that we went back the next day and traded my wifes car in.Michael is extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle that fits your needs and your budget. Hes not going to try and sell you something you dont need and hes very honest in answering your questions. Dave Roth was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable and personable without being pushy. The finance manager was great too. Having an appointment and doing prior research helped ensure a smooth process as well. The dealership was spacious and clean. We would definitely consider working with Dave and Beechman Toyota again.
I have purchased my last three vehicles from Beechmont Toyota. All three were RAV4s. I am very likely to continue buying any vehicle I buy from this Toyota. The service department is component. Any minor issues I have had have been resolved quickly and efficiently. My service rep Terry Hopkins is amazing. She treats me like one of the family. I have been able to witness her treating other customers in the same manner. She always has a smile on her face. She appears to be very knowledgeable and if she doesnt know the answer to something shell go out of her way to get it for me. Because of Terry I look forward to my service days which I have to do every 2 to 3 weeks. I live out in Adams County and have Toyota dealership closer to me than what Beechmont Toyota is. But I honestly cant imagine going anywhere else and having any other service rep then Terry Hopkins.

I purchased a Subaru Outback yesterday from Beechmont Toyota and was very pleased with my experience. I arrived 30 minutes til close, after a terrible experience at another dealer. Prior to my arrival, internet saleswoman Michaela recorded a personalized video for me in regards to the car I was interested in, so I already had a good feeling about this dealership. Because it was so late in the day, I didn’t expect to make a deal that night, but my salesman Chris Bornhorst met me with patience and kindness and insisted I stay however long I needed. Chris and finance manager Randy stayed with me until almost 10 pm, even though they close at 8, so that I was able to settle on the car I loved. After dealing with a pushy salesman at another dealer who refused to negotiate even an inch, it was such a relief to experience the friendly and relaxed environment at Beechmont Toyota. We negotiated successfully to find an arrangement that made everyone happy, and overall I am so pleased with the experience and the beautiful car I purchased. Thank you Chris and Randy!

Terrible experience at this location. I had an issue with my back left door, and needed their technicians to get the door off and fix it. They got my door off, then had ZERO clue how to get it fixed. They charged me almost $300 two separate times and were STILL unable to fix my car door. I took my car down the street to get it fixed for $200 total... and the mechanic told me the mechanics at Toyota screwed up my door pretty bad...On top of a terrible experience with the mechanics, the customer service workers were extremely rude. One of the desk workers told me I was lying at one point, and the guy I was working with when trying to get my car back, completely stopped responding... I had to wait an entire weekend to get my car back, and they would not loan me a courtesy vehicle... Even though they caused a bigger issue with my car and were unable to solve the problem...I will NEVER go back to this location, and I would never recommend anyone to go here... 0/10...

I will never buy a car from any other dealership! The customer service is amazing at Beechmont Toyota. Specifically Myron and Jon! They are super easy to work with! I was pretty specific with what I was wanting and the payment I wanted to be at on my most recent purchase. I honestly didn’t think they could pull it off, but they made the impossible happen! This is my third vehicle from Beechmont Toyota. My husband also bought his truck from here! Three of the four have been purchased from Myron! If you’re looking for a new vehicle, definitely ask to work with these two! Jon even even went out of his way to take the roof rack off the car I was trading in and onto the car I was purchasing so I didn’t have to come back and wait for the service department to do it! Definitely appreciative of all they do!
Zach - Service was excellent. A few minor things that would help significantly…1) “Check In” emails & texts - I receive these 1-2 days in advance of the appointment. When I select “check-in” I get a message that says it’s too early. Recommendation: only send these the day of the appointment.2) Improve ability to communicate - it would be helpful if we could email our service advisor of the services we would like to have performed in advance of the scheduled appointment (i.e. change power steering fluid, differential fluid, etc.). It feels like Beechmont employees go out of their way to ensure they cannot be contacted via email. Ive replied to a few emails to Beechmont Toyota only to have them returned as undeliverable - very frustrating! Confirming service and parts needed via email in advance of the appointment would be a HUGE customer service time savings as (1) any special order parts could be ordered in advance (minimizing multiple trips), and (2) prior service records could be reviewed in the North America Toyota Service database to align everything in advance of dropping-off the vehicle. Im posting this message here because when I reply to the email I received from Zach, its a no-reply account!Hope this info makes it to someone that can use it!
All around excellent experience. The only concern was I was given a wrong price when the replacement mirror was ordered in person at the Parts Department. I also was not advised of the time needed to recalibrate the 360-degree feature than my vehicle has.

Was able to easily schedule a 20,000 mile service on Sat. AM. Came in and dropped off the car. Woman who worked with me was so nice and told me what to expect. Got a text from her in a few min. if I needed to contact her. (nice touch), went and got some food, by the time I was finished, the car was done. Again got a text to alert me. Went over the service area and the car was ready. So easy and she was great a follow up!I suggest everyone bringing in their car for Service

I was misled by the internet sales department. They said the sales price was negotiable and so was the trade-in. After driving 60 miles, neither was true and was a complete waste of time and gas. They are no different then many other Toyota dealerships. Ill never waste my time with them again.
I took a vehicle here to get a mirror fixed. I called the day before to see if they had the part. They said they did not have it and would have to inspect the car first. At no point was I told I needed to schedule an appointment for this. In fact, it was told to just bring it in whenever was convenient for me. When I brought the vehicle in, I was then told I needed an appointment. The next available one was several days later. They told me I could leave the vehicle there until the appointment. When they called with the estimate, they told me that I should call my insurance for assistance with paying for the repairs. My insurance did an estimate that did not match Beechmont Toyota’s estimate. It was for substantially less. On the estimate from my insurance company, there was a link to submit addendums. I sent this to Beechmont Toyota. Meanwhile, my wife delivered our daughter and there were severe complications leading to an extended stay for both my daughter and my wife. I received a call from Beechmont Toyota complaining about how long my vehicle was in their lot and saying they did not receive anything useful from my insurance. I explained that I was in the hospital with my wife and that my daughter was in the NICU. I explained that there was a link they could submit information on. They asked me to submit the information for them because they were too busy. They, also, explained that they will not deal with insurance. They refused to price match on labor because they are not a body shop, they are a service center. The estimate from my insurance had the labor listed as more than $100 less than Beechmont Toyota wanted to charge. This was based on the average cost in the area. Beechmont Toyota said that this average must be only for body shops and could not give a reason to justify the higher price of their labor. Also, the person I was dealing with was never available unless I asked for a manager. When I did this, he was immediately available every time.Long story short, Beechmont Toyota wasted my time, complained because my family was experiencing medical issues, wanted me to do their jobs for them, and attempted to charge far more for a job than is reasonable. I strongly advise that no one gives them their business. They have lost mine for life.

This is my first routine service at Beechmont Toyota for my new RAV4. The alert showed up in speedometer area that maintenance was due. I had just hit 5000 miles. When I got on my app, it said an oil change, filter was due. I made appointment on my app and my husband set aside time from work to drive it there. When he arrived, they said an oil change wasn’t needed until 10,000 miles. So basically all they did was check fluids and said they could rotate tires.Not happy that an extra trip was made when nothing had to be done.
Terri, my Service Advisor, was terrific. The service was done promptly and everything was done as promised. And Terri went out of her way to make sure that I was completely happy. She extended herself and followed-up and scheduled my next service call and then called me to help with a question I had. It was a very positive experience. Thank you.

Mike the man at Beechmont Toyota helped me find a new Corolla that fit the budget I was looking at for my lease and answered my 1000 questions making my first new car a confident buy. Highly recommend!! I visited yesterday, bought the hard-to-find car I wanted, and was so happy to work with such nice people.My car was totaled a few weeks ago, a 2010 Prius I loved and had no intention of replacing any time soon, so I found myself in need of a vehicle at the worst possible time. Trying to find a hybrid in Ohio is impossible right now, but I lucked out with Beechmonts stock and how great the staff is. After reaching to every Toyota dealer in the state (and some outside Ohio), I got a message from Claudia Sunday morning, and after she helped me clear up some questions, I drove like a demon to get there from Akron to Cinci before closing and worked with Paul and then Jamie to get the car sold and done. They stayed for nearly two hours after their office closed with Jamie processing the finances and Paul helping me set up the cars computer, plus the team who cleaned and prepared the car for me to take home. Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding every step of the way, including a call the next day when there had been an issue with my down payment which was easily resolved. Im so grateful for their help and kindness with what had otherwise been a difficult life event. I ended up with my first brand new car with all the bells and whistles and the biggest sigh of relief thanks to the team at Beechmont.

The company I work for has bought many cars from here over the years and they are all serviced at the Beechmont Toyota service center. As the person who takes care of scheduling the cars for maintenance the people in the service center make it all so easy. My go to advisor is Terri Hopkins. She has helped me so much over the years and I really appreciate the service we get working with her!
I moved to a different dealership because of Dave Roth. He is the most arrogant sales person I ever dealt with. He want to run a credit check even though I am taking loan elsewhere. I patiently asked him why. He said he want to know who he is doing business with!! I said that will hurt my score for no reason and said I still lack clarity on why a check is needed.Mr Dave said that He has no time to argue on this and he has so many customers to talk to after me. In a $50K purchase, I am not supposed to ask a question related to my credit score? Mr Dave acted as if he is taking Chick-Fil-A orders and he doesnt sound like a knowledgable person in neither selling cars, nor how the process works.I moved to another dealership because of Mr Dave Roth. This is my second such interaction with Mr Dave. He always comes back with an apology but repeats his behavior. AVOID BEECHMONT!! There are better dealerships out there who value you as a customer. I am glad that I caught his behavior right in time.

Amazing Experience with Myron Heggood, Jr. @ Beechmont Toyota!!We walked into this dealership in January wanting to buy a graduation present for our daughter. Myron Heggood, Jr. was our sales person and he was fabulous! We sat for 3 hours adding all the specs we wanted and closed the deal, including trading in a vehicle. He said it would probably take 3 months and that was okay because we were not in a hurry, we just wanted to get it right. Myron communicated with me the entire time letting me know when the build would begin, when it was complete and also sending me pictures. I flew in on our scheduled date, March 22, 2019 to close and everything went smoothly because Myron sent all paperwork prior and we agreed (we added a couple things after market). Noah did a wonderful job detailing and preparing the truck for us. Randy did the finance and was very prepared with all paperwork, clearly explaining to me what I was signing without pressuring me to buy any additional warranties. I am extremely pleased with my purchase at Beechmont Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU Myron for your care and attention to detail. You were amazing!!

I just purchased a Tundra. The experience was great. Anatolli was amazing! They had what I wanted. I felt like maybe I could have squeezed them for a little more but dont feel I over paid. They worked with me. Im telling you my guy was perfect. he stepped away at all the right moments. He didnt push. He quidded me through and took friendly control of the sale experience. in 3 years I plan on coming back for my next.
Made an appointment here a week in advance. Arrived in the service area to be met with Curt. He pulls up my WO, nothing on it was accurate. Had to explain what I was there for which was the light on my dash - something to do with pre-collision please see dealer, my fuel pump recall, and an alignment. Attached are pictures of what happened when I left. The camber is WAY off and it actually damaged my fender and my tire from digging into the fender when I turn to the right. So they butchered my alignment. Apparently he didnt know that I needed a loaner vehicle and tried to tell me they didnt have one for me. After waiting a hour in the show room he finally gets me one. Next day hadnt heard from anyone all day it was then around 3pm so I followed up with Curt for him to inform me that they cant do my safety recall because I have a mild lift on my truck... what does a lift have anything to do with the fuel pump? Pretty sure you cant deny a safety recall no matter what the vehicle looks like. After arguing with him about how my lift has nothing to do with the recall I asked to speak with his boss. He then calls back saying he was confused and that they are doing the fuel pump it was the OTHER recall... my truck has no other recall other than the fuel pump. Then tells me they cant do my alignment either because there is a damaged part from when I was in an accident but tried to charge me the full amount for the alignment even though they couldnt do the alignment LOL nice try. Then tells me when I get there that they did make SOME adjustments, yeah you made it WAY worse. This experience was terrible and Im not sure if Curt is new at this job or what but this ol boy needs some training. So, basically I got charged over $500 for a hack job alignment that damaged my vehicle, a wheel speed sensor harness thats probably $20 and takes maybe 10 minutes to put on, and fuel pump recall (free). This place is an absolute joke!
I would like to take this opportunity to say a nice word about one of your salespeople, Mike Corn. We just made a purchase through him and found him to be very forthright, honest and compassionate. Also, Mike has to be THE most knowledgeable car and product person Ive ever encountered. Most car salespeople dont like me cause Im on to their ploys, techniques,lies, etc. We never felt any of this with Mike. I believe we obtained an honest deal and we felt very comfortable with him. I have already recommended him to acquaintances. Hes the best Ive ever known. If the need arises, I will return to seek him out.

We came in to see Michael Cornetet because we had such a fantastic experience the last time. The day we came in though he was off. We got Sir Logan instead this time. Who did an equally Fantastic Job. Amazing for only being 1 week on the job. He told us Mike is training him. Looks like he has a great teacher. We will be back next time but our only issue is we will be conflicted on who to work with!
Brought tires in to get mounted and balanced as well as standard oil change. got everything taken care of on a Saturday and they said my truck was green on everything and good to go. So on Monday when I go to get the truck up to highway speed I feel like I am re entering earths atmosphere...... Call back and tell them the issue and have to take time off work during the week so they can make it right. Go In and they inform me 3 of my tires failed road force and there is nothing they can do....... So I go to tire discounters and they balance all my tires and actually found 1 wheel slightly bent so they moved it to the rear passenger for me. Truck drives perfect now... no thanks to this dealership...
I had made an appt on line one week out for 2:15 Saturday. When driving to the dealership, I realized I had never received a confirmation for my appt. Sure enough, when I got there, they did not have record of it. John Curtis made a point of fitting me in. I was there for a routine maintenance. While cashing out, John reminded me of the two recalls that still needed to be taken care of. A new appointment was made at that time. I trust my car to Toyota Service. They have always been professional and honest with me.
Made my appointment online. Made it to service department before they closed on Friday, for a fast and easy check in. Received a txt my Car was ready early Saturday, as scheduled. Was able to pay online and my car was locked in the parking lot for me to pick up at my leisure. Couldnt be a more smooth and easy process. I guess that is why we have purchased out last 5 cars from Beechmont Toyota.

Since we do it sooo rarely, buying a car is a daunting experience in our family! After recently deciding to look at late model RAV 4s, we went to Beechmont Toyota to check them out. Enabled by their staff, especially by young Landon Edwards, we found a used one we liked and bought it. Throughout the process he was attentive to our needs, efficient, courteous, honest and respectful. Good people may be hard to find these days in the used car biz. He is a keeper.

I could not be happier with the experience, the Dealership, and mostly with the sales person Andy. The reason I only gave five stars is because i could not give 10.
If i could give negative stars I would. I bought my 2014 Toyota Camry from Beechmont. After 2 years of ownership I noticed the paint just flaking off in multiple areas on the car. I received a mailer that my car was part of a paint extension warranty. So I thought hey I will go through them to address the situation. I brought my car in, and was told they had to take pictures of the car. I waited almost 2 hours for this process. Only to be told that I would need to then take it to the body shop they use, to have more photos taken. I then get a call after that, that i need to bring it back up to Beechmont, because they didnt take the photos correctly. This time I come into the service department, and the lady they had that handles the paint extensions, comes out and points out how my car isnt eligible, before looking at the car. At this point i could choke her, but i kept my cool and pointed out everywhere the paint was coming off, and that i had already been through this process. Pictures were never retaken of the car. I leave realizing they just wasted my time again. Fast forward a year because i was so tired of dealing with them. I call back to reschedule the appointment, and I am told that because its been longer than a year, that i would have to restart the process, but also that they were no longer taking any appointments for this paint extension warranty. So I called Kerry Toyota, I am told there that they want me to take it directly to kerry collision body shop, because they will handle this process directly. I call Kerry Collision, they have me bring it down to take Photos. I was there for less than 30 minutes. They took all the photos they needed and I headed out. I was called back that evening and the whole process was explained to me, on what would happen next. They also had to contact Toyota because my original claim was frozen, oh interesting, because i was told by beechmont that i would need to start over (lies). I just got contacted by Kerry, my whole car is getting painted, and they have already scheduled. Sounds to me Beechmont doesnt want to get involved, even on a car that they sold, so they are telling lies to shoo people off. If you are having issues with your paint, dont even bother going with Beechmont, take it to Kerry will it will get taken care of! I wish i had done this first, because i have been stressing out over trying to get Toyota to own up and handle the situation.
Greg made buying a new car a great experience. We were not sure what we wanted and he gave us the information so we could choose our new car. We would definitely buy a new from him again.
Made an appointment to look at new cars today. The sales person, Paul McGreevy, was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions and concerns. The buying process was fast and painless. The finance person, I think his me was Jim, was friendly and explained everything in detail even though they were very busy.
Mike Corn (like on the cob) was absolutely amazing, he was quick (less then an hour and a half for EVERYTHING) I’ve never heard of that happening, this has always been a dreadful experience for me everywhere else I’ve gone, he was very informative and personal! I can tell he is really here to make what you need to happen, happen. Would highly recommend this location, and this man to anyone looking to buy/lease a new car! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend.Also shout out to Haley Kohl for getting this whole process started online and making it even that less painful of a process.
