First time ever into Kings Ford. Was greeted by Ryan D. He was super helpful answered all my question about the 2021 Ranger I was looking at, the couple of things he was unsure of he went and found out the answers and came right back. Made for an very easy experience. Then usually once the numbers start flying the mood changes but with Ryan it didn’t he was open and working hard to get me the absolute best deal. Gave me a couple options on my trade-in or buying outright and let me make my own choice. We arrived late just an hour before close and Ryan stayed late to get into my new Ranger.The financing was a breeze too. Even called me the next day that they had found a lower interest rate almost by 2% lowered my monthly payment by $40. I just had to sign the loan agreement again but again was super simple. Very easy process from beginning to end. Thanks guys, I will be back in the future.

I typically dont leave reviews but my goodness, I will never go back to Kings. Ive had my 2020 serviced there a few times as the dealership I purchased from is a few hours away. Ive had a horrible experience every single time -- to the point where I had to have my brand new car TOWED to their dealership as a technician didnt tighten the oil filter and all of the oil drained out of my car and nearly locked up the engine. The customer service before and after this has been nothing less than horrible. 30+ minutes on the phone trying to get confirmations of appointments made and address issues my car was having. Even though I live 3 minutes away, you cant pay me enough to go back.

I have had issues finding a qualified facility to replace the upper and lower ball joints on the driver side of my 2008 F250 Super duty, I am a Home Inspector and Electrician so if I dont have my truck I can not work. I explained this at the time of scheduling and was assured it would be done with out any delays. I scheduled 3 weeks ago with Middletown Ford and was promised it would only take 4-5 hours to do the replacement, I dropped the truck off the night before so they had if first thing at the start of the day. I called at 2 pm to find that the mechanic never showed for work and the work on the truck was not ever started. I picked the truck up and called Kings ford to schedule the repair, I explained the same situation to Kings Ford and was assured it would not be a problem, the service tech also told me due to the age of the truck that he recommended replacing the right side as well so I agreed. So I dropped the truck off the night before so they would have it At the start of the day. I called at 3:30 to check on the progress and was informed that they had not purchased new retaining rings at a cost of $6.46 and tried to reuse the old rusted ones, the old rusted retaining clips broke upon reinstallation. Now they had to order new ones and the truck would not be ready till 9:30 am the next day. This cost me the $1200.00 for the repair and another 4 hours of my day the following day. When I Brought this to the service techs attention he discounted me $56.89. I don t see how this corrected the issue. Make sure what they are quoting and pay attention to what they actually give you.

They told us it belong to Kings Ford and it was a good chance companies would be all over it before we can ask about it so we went their and talked with Erik Brown late afternoon and the next day early afternoon and we walked out with the Van 24 hours later. Just bought our Ford Edge from Ryan D. We came from KY to Ohio as Kings Ford had the car we liked. He was great and stayed over in the rain to show us vehicles. He had our newly purchased car clean and ready!! He knew all the options on the car and showed us how to use them. It was a low stress buying experience. While they had very few new cars on the lot available for purchase, they did have the vehicle I was interested in. The sales person suggested they had financing at a specific rate and that I had a great credit score, but when I got dumped on the finance guy for the paperwork, the rate was triple.Overall, I felt like they wanted a quick buck and to get me the heck out of there so they could go back to doing nothing. I would never give them the privilege of serving me again and all of my service will go to other Ford Dealerships.

Hands down the worst service department in any Ford dealership. Vehicle takes longer to service then quoted. Always told we will be provided with a rental/loaner and every time they tell us they are out of cars when we get there. Complete headache every time. Strongly recommend going anywhere else but here.

After listening to what we were looking for he took us to a Certified Pre-Owned Explorer that met our requirements. We left for a while to talk it over and check out some other dealers online. When we returned to make a counteroffer we were happy that we were able to quickly close the deal with Geno. The dealership worked well with our local financing that we had prearranged. We have a service appointment Tuesday to make some minor cosmetic repairs. We have no reason to think that wont go smoothly, too, so this five-star rating is made with that assumption. I worked with Ryan @ Kings Ford. The dude was top notch. I flew in from out of town to buy a new truck from Kings Ford since every other Ford dealer I contacted was marking their prices up $5-10k over MSRP. Ryan met me at the airport at 10pm the night I flew by in and drove me to my hotel. The next morning he picked me at my hotel with a fresh Venti Starbucks coffee and took me to the dealership. He had all the paperwork ready to go, the truck detailed and topped off with fuel. I literally just signed papers and was on my way. He never once tried to scam me into buying a bunch of extras. I will most likely be reaching back out to Ryan @ Kings for my next Ford purchase, even if it does entail a plane ticket and a hotel. The service was beyond my expectations.

Anthony Alexander is good at listening to what you want and need and is not a pushy at all. I don’t do well with pushy or in your face sales tactics. He listens and helps us get what we need. We have done 3 leases and 1 purchase through him over the last 6 years.
