I just bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. In 2017, I bought a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership and it was a horrible experience. I loved my 2017 Rogue and knew that I wanted another Nissan. I almost did not go back to this dealership because of the salesman (and his manager) that I had in 2017, but I decided to give it a try since it was four years later.Fernandria Faulkner (she goes by Nan) was my salesperson and she was FANTASTIC!!! She made the entire buying experience as easy as possible. Nan had a great attitude, an easy smile and she knows her stuff! I was torn between the Pathfinder and the Rogue. The dealership did not have a 2022 Pathfinder on the lot but Nan was willing to drive us to a sister dealership to look at one. I decided to check out the Rogues SL and Rogue Platinum that they had on the lot first and the rest is history! Its been one week today since I bought my new Rogue and needless to say I LOVE it! Nan has checked in on me to see if Im happy with my purchase and to offer her assistance if there is anything else that I need. This was the first service for my used electric vehicle. The price was decent, not too high. (in the past this service was free for us with tire purchase so I didn’t know what to expect when I asked) The guy I dealt with was really great: friendly, professional, went above and beyond to pull the history and warranty info and give advice on level 2 charging. But the mechanics forgot to fill my tires to spec (it’s right on the dash) and reset the service alert. So I had to do both at home. Tires were 31,31,31&32psi, should have all been 36psi.
The Service Department is awesome! Jeff is very professional and really takes care of his customers. He is great! Overall I come to this location based on great customer service in the Service Department. Do t know much about the rest of the place since I didnt buy my car there. I bought from Enterprise Car Sales. I do know there is a vending area just inside the door but nothing more.

Jeff in service is always a good person to work with he’s always giving me updates on my car when I leave it, also try’s to help me out to the best of his abilities. He doesn’t beat around the bush very upfront and honest with me on what’s going on as far as labor and parts cost I never feel like I’m being used or cheated when getting my car serviced here. If I were to buy a new car from that dealership it would definitely be because of his customer service in the service department! Give him a raise or promotion he deserves it!
Very knowledgeable sales team that helped explained the key vehicle safety features. Never felt that I was being pressured to buy the vehicle and felt comfortable asking questions. We had 2 little kids with us while shopping and they helped make the buying experience as quick possible. Would highly recommend.
I work with Chris Bennett when I come for my oil changes and by far... has been the best consultant Ive dealt with, with any car Ive ever owned! Not only does he listen to the issue I may have if any, but he will make sure he goes the mile to fix it or check into without me feeling like Im bugging him or lying about my car that I drive daily(another dealer made me feel that way thats the reason I started coming to Kings Nissan) I may be a woman but I was taught a few things about having a car. Dex was great! He was very knowledgeable and great to speak with. I knew what I wanted right away and he did everything he could to answer my questions and concerns. I even brought my boyfriend back the next day to meet Dex and get him setup with a new car. They were not able to match the interest rate my credit union gave me - my one regret was financing through the dealership but that was on me. The buying experience was easy and the whole team was kind and full of information. The cherry on top was arriving back the next day when it was pouring rain and Dex coming out to the car with umbrellas for me and the family - he made us feel like family. Great experience!

Then he informed me of what they were going to do and about how long it would take. They drove the car into the garage. Did what the needed to do and Matt came out to the waiting room to tell me everything was taken care of. I have to say that when I got home I told my son how impressed I was with Matt. As I said. I came in without an appointment for an oil change. It was difficult finding a time to schedule due to my work hours. The service tech not only fit me in the same day for the oil change but also took care of 2 recalls I procrastinated on. I wouldnt expect this every time but it was nice to see the workers go out of their way to make a customer happy.
Once again Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan went above and beyond for our automotive needs. We received correspondence from the dealership showing information on the 2021 Rogue. Last year we purchased a 2020 Rogue for ourselves as well as a 2020 Rogue Sport for our daughter. The year before that, we purchased a 2019 Rogue Sport for our son. We met with our salesman, Dexter, and he was able to help us find a 2021 Rouge that had all the options we were looking for. We traded in our 2020 and left with our new suv. Dexter was even able to contact a company to get our windows tinted. We were able to transfer all our existing warranties to our new car. As always, we were very satisfied with the care and service Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan provided and will undoubtedly be back when we need to purchase another vehicle.

We worked with Reuben, and he was easy to talk to and personable. Overall a very good guy. The experience was much longer than it shouldve been for buying a car on a Sunday. Dealership didnt seem too busy, and the back and forth with trying to negotiate the price seemed excessively long. My biggest issue was that the price that the (used) car was listed online, was not the actual price of the vehicle. They dont tell you about an $1,875 fee for some Wyler inspection of some sort. It was very misleading, being that we had been looking for cars for weeks, found this online for just at the very top of our budget, took our time to go to the dealer on a Sunday, only to find out (after being there for 2 hours) that the listed price was actually almost $2,000 less than what they ultimately were charging. They told us that this type of thing is common, but really all it is is misleading to the buyer. Why this wouldnt just be included in the listed price online is a mystery to me. I spoke with the manager about this to try and understand further, and after talking in circles for 5 minutes or so to avoid the question, he would not budge on anything. He did end up giving us a few free oil changes, tire rotations, and software updates (which we certainly appreciated), but in the end it was pointless to try and negotiate. We talked about possibly trading in our current car (which Blue Books for around $5,000), and were offered $500 for it. Kind of a slap in the face so we ended up keeping it. We ultimately ended up with a beautiful car (just what we were looking for), but extended ourselves a bit beyond our budget. Its car sales. I get it. But the discrepancy in price was extremely frustrating. We were never treated rude by anyone throughout the process. The three stars is because of the price discrepancy and the unwillingness to negotiate the price at all.

The sales folks seemed nice, but after being told what to expect for my trade, I was given a much different number at arrival. I drove 3 hours to get to their dealership with my wife and kids just to have games played with my trade. After working with their sales manager we worked it out, but it was a very frustrating process. With todays market there is little to no haggling for the purchased vehicle; it should be fair market value for the trade as well. It would benefit all auto sales to ditch the I will go check with my manager stuff and just be honest with customers.Response: Thanks for your review! We do pay as much as possible and inspections are part of that. Thanks for your input. -My issue wasnt with the inspection done while at the dealership. I was lead to believe my trade had been evaluated prior to a 3 hour drive including the carfax report. The reality was that the carfax wasnt reviewed until I arrived. Also, my comments regarding the carfax report were disregarded. There is more I could say about the situation experienced at your dealership but I am choosing to keep this constructive out of respect for your employees.If you would like to contact me directly to discuss this further in a less public manner I am open to that phone call.
I bought a new 2021 Nissan Rouge. Eli the salesman was great. None of this is directed toward him. The problem with the buying experience began after the initial offer had been accepted. That was about 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. I was not taken back to the business manager until 8:20 p.m. No good explanation was given to me. The only statement that I received was it will be soon. That started around 7:00 p.m. or so. What started out as a great day clearly was going downhill. The only reason I stayed around was so Eli would receive credit for the sale in April. I understood that he was having a very good month, possibly salesman of the month. I have bought at least three maybe four cars from this dealership, and was taken back at the inconsideration given to me. My time is valuable too.

Ethan and Kirby treated me like their Grandma. Meaning they helped me so much with the purchase and helped me move my things from one car to the other. I honestly think they fought to get me the best deal they possibly could. There were a few obstacles that they handled for me with ease and professionalism. Ethan is an outstanding Salesman and should be recognized for his professional manner for such a young man. He single handedly handled several customers in the showroom waiting to be serviced. He excused himself from the client he was currently with to take a moment to give each person some type of assistance to be sure they did not feel as if they were being ignored. Of all 3 myself being #3 I thought he handled the problem fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Ethan and Kirby was just as polite and helpful as well. This dealership is awesome. Very thorough and polite. Answered all my questions, really helpful, as I purchased my 2019 Nissan Murano on line. Drove the car to me and covered all the little nuisances about the car here at my home.The salesman, Franko Trovato was very friendly.The car was sanitized and very clean.I highly recommend this dealership and will purchase from them again.
Where do I start.... worst car buying experience possible. From start to finish a disaster. You couldnt make this up if you tried. Absolutely terrible customer service. Lack of communication is putting it mildly. I would call and or text and not get an answer for hours if at all. I was told my car was going to be available Monday and that didnt happen, then the next day then the next and next and finally got it on day 6 after a frustrating week of phone chasing. There were so many inconveniences I dont have time to explain them all. Promises made and not kept. And the scariest part is when I went to the manager to express how upset I was, I was told that this was his best sales person! Wow! I said that it was very hard to believe that considering I left the dealership not even having the warranty for the vehicle explained to me. Not once in all the times that we were at the dealership were we ever offered a drink or any level of customer service. Now lets talk about the financial side. Many, many credit pulls on my credit report. Then the paper work wasnt done correctly and I had to re-sign the paperwork 4, yes FOUR times. They sent someone to my job twice then had to send me paperwork by email for me to print and sign then re-send to get it right. The hitch that was to be installed as part if the deal was a disaster. No car ready for my husband to use for the inconvenience of leaving the car for the hitch install. He had to wait 3 hours for a rental when he had been assured that arrangements would be in place in advance for him to have a car for replacement. Not to mention they made him pay for that rental. We asked for reimbursement, which we are still waiting for. 3 days of rental, by the way, when it was only supposed to take one day to install the hitch. So let me just say in closure WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE . I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had bought a car 6 months prior at a Chevy dealership down the way and had a seller experience that blew this one out of the water. I did tell the manager that fact when I explained how upset I was about the terrible service we received. I can 100 % tell you I will not purchase a car at this dealership ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Initial sales followup to a preowned inquiry with Fernandia took 10 days to get a response. She never followed up on a commitment to video the vehicle so I moved on to other dealerships. A computerized followup was generated from the dealership a few days later and I responded to that. Then things got much better. Christian took over and he was great to work with and I purchased the car. Greg assisted in the delivery and he was great too. Cleanup of the car for delivery was terrible. Took 4 attempts to get it right. Finally, Greg touched up the car and we were on our way to the gas station as you only get a 1/4 tank of gas. In a V8, you wont get far!
My Altima had a recall on the hood latch, I made the appointment and when I brought the car in, it was finished within 45 minutes. Good job to kings Nissan!!

Everything was excellent. Nate responded very quickly to my inquiries for auto financing. I had not decided to even buy a Nissan at that point. I was just looking for somebody that would be willing to work with me and do it quickly. I am registered nurse and I have two jobs right now during the pandemic So I need to save time whenever I can. I really appreciated that the car was ready when I got there. He had everything all together and well organized. Savanna was excellent and very quickly got the financing done. I have already recommended Nate and Nissan to everyone I know.

I cant begin to say how appreciated Greg Kirby is for making this 1st car experience an fantastic one for my 16 year old grandsons first car. All of the staff were wonderful but Greg was patient and went above and beyond to explain the car and the whole buying process. We had looked at other lots with older cars in less than expected condition. My grandson was treated as the buyer, which he was providing part ofthe money. This dealership earned my respect for honesty, customer service and cars that excel expectations. If you need an affordable as well as reliable car go see them, you wont be disappointed, we werent. Horrible horrible dealerships, scamming people on their prices! Selling used cars with dings and white out on the tailgate and then overcharging! Bad experience with 2 kings dealerships on my last car bought the extended warranty and they did the fix the car. Don’t waste your time going to their dealerships unless you want to get screwed over. Jeff wyler sold me a LEMON! Yes, Jeff wyler and the manufacturer arent the same, but the disrespect for a 3time customer was utterly shameful. Treated me like a peasant when my car was towed there for the 4th time and I asked for a loaner. Oh, BTW, I bought a brand new Rogue! Anyways, the last time, due to covid, I was without a vehicle for a week and half and no loaner. You would think they valued their customers more, especially when my rogue has been towed almost 10times in the past 2 years for the same problem... what problem is it?? IDK! Bandaid is all theyve done for me. I wouldnt buy a grain of coal from Jeff wyler, too scared itll crumble soon as I drive off the lot. LOVE LOVE LOVE Nissan, but Jeff wyler is 2 thumbs down, 3 if I had an extra!

I paid for towing showed up at the dealership just to get sent home once they said to come in, oh and don’t forget to mention I asked them before I came into the dealership!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND HALF YALL! Do not listen to ETHAN, who really wants your car, trades OR BUY!! They will trick you to get your car there tell you they’d take around 1,000$ for it, then once you get the car there run the loops they tell you ONLY TRADES!! RIDICULOUS IF YOU ASK ME!

Sales staff, as expected are friendly and allow customer to dictate pace. Sales staff was knowledgeable about products and equivalent make/models. We ended up leasing a Leaf. Thought there would have been a detailed cleaning before handing over the keys (finger smudge marks on driver and passenger visor, film residue on door panels, floor mats not removed from factory plastic, exterior was washed but still had some bird droppings in the passenger side roof groove, car wasnt fast charged despite having 2 hours from us saying we wanted to move forward with leasing). Some of these cons I listed are mostly likely circumstantial and probably doesnt reflect the vast majority of customer experiences.
Was set to buy a kia from the used lot today,and apparently it was sold online as my husband test drove it, he had been talking with salesman who in turn communicated with finance after about an hour finance tells salesman oh we sold that online. Poor communication and a waste of time. Salesman was furious and rightly so. He was a descent guy so at least salesman was easy to deal with.

My experience at Kings Nissan is always very pleasant! From questions, to making appointments, to vehicle service, this dealership is always easy and the employees are all very nice. Whenever I need vehicle service, I work with Service Advisor Chris who is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I especially appreciate that he does not beat around the bush when we discuss my vehicle! Rather, he is straight and to-the-point, which makes my vehicle service experience much easier. I have recommended Kings to friends of mine and plan on continuing my vehicle service with them in the future.
Not a good experience. Manager would not negotiate on price, would not give consetions on 2 visibly bad tires, and charged me an additional 1,895.00 just for selling me the car. I felt pressured an would not recommend to anyone. I do love the car though.
My fiancee and I were greeted in the parking lot by a friendly knowledgeable salesperson, Josh Perry, who took his time explaining everything I had questions about and it was clear he knew the cars inside and out. He was patient, very helpful and I never felt pressured or rushed. I would absolutely recommend your dealership and especially Josh to anyone who would ask.
My experience with Jeff Wyler Nissan was above and beyond. Dexter was my Salesman. He made my new car buying experience very easy and most pleasant. It was easy to see that he has a great deal of experience and is very knowledgeable of the Nissan brand. I felt that he was a genuine down to earth person who listened to my wants and concerns when it came to my overall car buying experience there at the dealership. I like the fact that even after buying my car and leaving the dealership that I feel very comfortable reaching out to Dexter with anything and everything concerning my new Nissan Murano.

Went to see about a light for our 2018 rogue and ended up leaving with a 2021 rogue. Greg Kirby was so helpful and extremely polite and easy to deal with. We explained that we may be interested in trading in our car and getting a new one but that we did not want to spend all day doing it. Greg went and talk to the financial guy and came out and spoke with us for a minute and guaranteed he would not take long and within about two hours we had a new car. Best experience ever buying a new car and all the folks we dealt with were great. I definitely will use them again and will highly recommend them.
We went into find our son and daughter-in-law a safe vehicle and left with a great deal for them and a new truck for us. Wonderful experience from the minute we stepped on the lot. No pressure sales, very easy to work with!!
