Manal was so patient with me (and my family), and extremely supportive throughout my entire appointment. She truly seemed to care about helping me find the perfect dress. She let me try the one on three times. It was the first one I tried on, and the main reason I wanted to make an appointment at the boutique. The entire selection they offer is STUNNING, making BoChic my first and last dress appointment. Thank you SO MUCH for making this process so easy. I am SO excited for my dress to come in!!

From the moment I stepped into this boutique they made me feel like a princess, my entire experience was truly magical. Hannah listened to what I wanted and helped me choose my first round of dresses to slip on. She was attentive and knowledgeable, all while respecting and valuing my desires for the perfect dress. The second dress I put one was the one, and I think Hannah knew that just as much as I did, but she and I agreed I should continue with others just to be sure. This was the first shop I went to, so when we were done I put my dress on one more time. Hannah and I talked about if I should go to my other appointments and she encouraged me to at least try so there were no questions in my mind. Hannah and team held my dress and after two more shops (where my experience was far less pleasant than BoChic) I called Hannah to tell her I was coming back. They had my dress waiting in the dressing room for me to try one more time. Hannah and the owner expressed how when I left they both talked about how they knew the dress had been made for me. As I walked out my mom and sister were both in tears, we all knew. I cannot recommend this boutique enough. As a first time bride BoChic, Hannah and team made this experience better than I imagined. I cannot wait to wear my dress dress and share those memories with the team that helped me in what, to me as a bride, was the most important decision (of course other than the man I am marrying!). The absolute BEST wedding dress shopping experience I could have asked for! My mother and I spent the weekend in Reading with the goal of finding my wedding dress. We booked 2 full days of back-to-back bridal appointments in preparation. After day 1 of trying on dresses, I was exhausted and frustrated. I felt like other boutiques were pushing me into dresses that didnt feel right and werent listening to what I wanted in a dress...they were just putting me in dresses that they liked or that were the most expensive. Not to mention, the boutiques were overcrowded with people that were all watching me and telling me their opinions, which made me feel like a spectacle and not comfortable at all.Walking back to my car with my mom, I passed BoChic Bridal Boutiques window. The dresses were stunning and the vibe in the store felt peaceful. My mom suggested that I wander in to see if I liked any dresses while she got the car. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Manal who was so warm and friendly. I locked eyes with a mannequin and new I had to try on that dress. I called my mom and told her to come in. Before trying the dress on the mannequin, Manal listened and took notes while I described my dream dress. She pulled other dresses that fit exactly what I described. I finally felt like I was being listened to! Mandal was so friendly and relaxed, and I finally felt like I could relax while wedding dress shopping. I was having so much fun and laughing with Manal the whole time. All of the dresses I tried on were perfect, but the one on the mannequin was my dress. I put it on and knew instantly. It was truly that bridal experience. I didnt expect to cry, but I totally did. Manal even teared up and came over to give me a huge hug. Manal even went above and beyond to custom order straps from another dress that I liked at a discounted price to combine elements of my second favorite dress to make the perfect dress. Looking back, those straps were the cherry on top. The ambiance of the store (relaxed, fun, and non-intimidating) combined with Manals customer service (so friendly, relaxed, kind, and attentive) made for the PERFECT EXPERIENCE. If you are shopping for a wedding dress in Reading, you HAVE TO GO HERE. I am eternally grateful for BoChic Bridal Boutique for helping me find my dream wedding dress and making the process so fun and relaxing. 100/10 would recommend!

We were slightly disappointed by our experience. I scheduled an appointment for my sister. I’ll admit, I had high expectations because they had me secure the appointment with a credit card to charge if we cancelled our appointment without at least 24h notice. We were a back room for the appointment not in the showroom, the lighting wasn’t great there. Our attendant did not clip any of the dresses tight enough which made it difficult to get a feel for what the dress looked like. I also felt that she didn’t have maybe enough experience asking the right questions to engage my sister, the bride, in the process. I had hoped that she would help my sister find out what aspects she liked and didn’t like about each dress, colors, styles, waistlines, etc. she seemed disengaged and uninterested in not only making a sale but in making my sisters experience exciting or special. She only asked “do you like it” with each gown and that was it, very disappointing.I will say, we liked the manager who came back once or twice to talk about edits to the dress my sister liked. And there was another attendant who popped in with a dress she thought my sister would like that we thought was really sweet as well.

Due to Covid my oldest daughters wedding has moved from July 2020 to April 2021 and now back to Oct 2020. She wants her youngest sister to be a junior bride for her. In our rapid search to find a dress, we called and visited several of the bridal shops...none could not help us (couldnt get a dress on our timing). However, they recommended BoChic. At BoChic, we met Manal. She was so nice, kind, and polite. She helped us look through catalogs and offered to make sure we had a solutuon that could meet our timing. Manal is the reason I appreciate small shops like this one. Manal fitted us in between appointments and never made us feel rush. I would come back to this shop again. And to Manal, you are a Gem!! Thank you for your patience and willingness to go above and beyond.

I went to three bridal shops in Reading, and BoChic was by far the best. The sales people were kind, fun, and beyond helpful. They made dress shopping so much fun and inclusive for myself and my family. All of us were beyond impressed with the service. The best shopping experience I have ever had while dress shopping!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at BoChic! After pulling a few dresses ourselves, Brittney was super helpful pulling more like it. I fell in love with the first dress I tried there and ended up coming back to it after trying a few more and saying yes to the dress! The whole experience was super comfortable and fun.

We did not have a good experience here. They were not helpful at all in pulling dresses and didn’t really show any interest in wanting to help. After trying on 2 dresses I liked, they didn’t even try to help me find more. She went up to the front and sat at the desk. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I would not recommend this place. They didn’t have a big selection as well.

BoChic was an amazing experience! I found my dress in February and got to pick it up today! Both times the staff was extremely helpful, encouraging and patient with me. Brittany and Manal were wonderful to work with and they helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding in October! They communicated with me during all of these hard times with COVID and always very positive, helpful and focused on amazing quality service and products. 100% would recommend them!

BoChic is THE BEST. It was an absolutely magical dress shopping experience. I had never even so much as shopped for a prom dress before, but Manal made the entire process pressure-less and ultimately fun! Ironically, the dresses from Pinterest were nothing like the dress I ended up buying. A few things to note that made BoChic special in my opinion... 1. I was the sole bride in the store and able to have a very intimate and personal experience with my guests and consultant. 2. Though the boutique is small, it is evident that a lot of thought and careful planning goes into the dress selection and I found the choices to be phenomenal. (And prices GREAT) 3. Manal, my consultant, was kind enough to help me into the dress and fix the train, but would give me space to organically develop my own opinion about the dress. She did not give the hard sell and I appreciated that so much. 4. But my favorite thing to note is that this boutique is size-friendly! (For reference, I normally wear a 10-12 or M/L in clothing) Especially if youre looking for a more fitted dress, other shops may require you to shop in the limited plus-size section and clamp it to fit. I had no trouble fitting into any of the dresses at BoChic and that made me feel so beautiful and comfortable in my own body. What an incredible moment for me. I would 100% recommend BoChic Boutique to any future brides!!!

BoChic was the first place I tried on any wedding dresses and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and not at all intimidating or overwhelming like some other stores in the bridal district are! The store carries some gorgeous gowns and Manal is super sweet. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything and I felt like a princess throughout the whole experience. Although I ultimately picked a gown from another shop (which was a tough decision because I was in love with a dress from here), I would recommend BoChic to anyone looking to find a beautiful dress in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

The dresses are beautiful, and there was a solid variety to pick from. I particularly liked how there werent TOO MANY dresses, because I found other bridal shops like that to be overwhelming. While I didnt buy my dress from BoChic, I absolutely loved my experience there. I came in alone, dressed in gym clothes - and Manal had me in a dress and beaming ear to ear in 20 mins. She wasnt pushy and genuinely seemed to have fun in the experience with me. Definitely worth the visit!

I had an amazing experience at BoChic Bridal working with Manal. They were welcoming from the moment I walked through the door with my family. The shop is beautiful with tons of space for your guests to sit and BoChic has a wide variety of high-quality dresses for brides to try. Manal even kept the shop open an extra half hour so that I could rush back to get the dress I fell in love with and when I decided for sure to buy it, they served champagne and took pictures. It was a really wonderful experience and I highly recommend the shop!

I wanted to make an appointment at the store while visiting from out of town, and while the store would typically be closed that day, Manal opened to accommodate our schedule. I had a list of specific things I liked/did not like in dresses, and after accommodating my “taste,” Manal suggested I try just one more that was totally different than what I had described. I am so glad I did because the moment I put it on, I knew I had found my dress!! Manal was so sweet, accommodating, and warm. I felt like she was an old friend!
