The bridal store was so clean and nicely organized. So many beautiful dresses to pick from. Loved that you can have a beautiful designer dress but at the sample dress price. Matthew, my stylist, was wonderful to work with. He pulled amazing dresses that stayed in what I was envisioning leading me to say yea to the dress quickly. Did not feel overwhelmed with styles and choices. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend.

We had a great time at Luxe Redux! I worked with Matt, who did a great job of pulling dresses based on my preferences (even when I felt like my preferences were out there sometimes!). The shop is pretty inside and the inventory was better/more interesting than the full price shops I went to.I also love seeing the diversity and representation of brides, couples, models, and staff of different races, genders, and sexualities on their social media. It made me happy to purchase from a place aligned with my values.I was planning to spend full price on a dress, but Im glad I decided to shop at the stores with the highest reviews, which led me to Luxe Redux and a 40% discount on a designer dress that has never been worn by a bride! My first bridal appointment was with Luxe Redux. From the moment we got there, we had a wonderful experience. Brittany was the best stylist, hands down. She asked me what I was looking for and asked if I had any inspiration photos. She took my inspiration and looked for dresses that fit in my budget. If she found anything over my budget, she asked before I even tried it on. All of the dresses she picked for me were great picks. I told her I was willing to try on any dresses even if I think I was going to not like them. Brittany did a great job of listening to my critiques on some dresses and tailoring the next dress she brought out. She picked the most amazing dress for me to try that even was the style I didn’t think I liked. Turned out to be the dress for me! The dresses I tried on at this boutique were all very high quality and beautiful. I highly recommend making an appointment here.

The Bridal Shop was very nice and there was a great dress selection. Matthew was the best! Very attentive and pulled dresses in the styles I was looking for and a couple wild cards. I could not decide between two dresses but he described the dresses perfectly and asked the perfect question that allowed me to make my decide easy for the dress I really wanted. I would recommend this if you are interested in a designer dress at sample dress prices.

Just said YES to a dress this week and highly recommend Luxe Redux for any brides! The store and dresses were very clean, and the whole place had a very relaxing, calm vibe. This was my second time shopping and at this point I had been in probably 15 dresses that werent it so I was coming in hopeful but a little defeated. Matthew was my stylist and he was AWESOME. He asked for pictures and let us look around while he pulled a bunch of choices from the back. I ended up loving the very first dress he put me in and didnt even try on others! Matthew was attentive and honest and gave great styling advice! He also gave us space to talk and sit in the dress for awhile which I appreciated and didnt feel rushed at all. 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone searching for your dress!

From my first interaction with Luxe Redux, I was impressed. They called ahead of time to discuss my preferences and learn a little bit more about me. When I arrived, the service was incredible. Matthew was very knowledgeable and kind. He knew all the right questions to ask in order to find the styles that would fit my personality. He was able to explain what alterations could be made so that I had a realistic idea of what to anticipate. I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on! I also simply love their mission and it is an honor to support such an ethical company.

I now know why three of my friends purchased their dresses at LUXE! I had nothing short of an AMAZING experience with Matthew at Luxe Redux in Cincinnati. Matthew was the perfect consultant and made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Sometimes sales consultants can be pushy and rush you into a decision and I loved that I never felt that way during my time at the shop. I appreciated how he knew this was a big decision for me and never tried to force me into a sale. On top of that he pulled the PERFECT dress for me and it was the total opposite of what I thought I wanted. When he asked if I would be willing to try a different style on I said sure why not?! and that was it. I went home to sleep on it and the next day I knew it was the one and went back to purchase! Althea was also there when I went back to try it on and she was super sweet and extremely helpful. I cant express the amount of gratitude I have for their staff and how special they made this day for me. Last, their dress selection was fabulous and they keep their dresses in tip top shape for purchasing off the rack. Some of the stores I checked out with off the rack options, the dresses were very dingy looking. Luxes dresses were the opposite and in pristine condition! I cant recommend LUXE enough! After learning that two of my friends also found their wedding dresses at Luxe, I knew I had to go and it did not disappoint. I fell in love with a dress that was not in my budget (my choice, Luxe did not pull it), but Matthew, the stylist, went to the back and found a dress that was very similar to that dress and within my price range. I LOVED it and ended up taking it home that day. Thanks again Matthew! We literally couldnt have done it without you.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Luxe redux this past weekend! I did not end up choosing a dress here, but would absolutely recommend brides shop here for their wedding dress. My stylist was Althea, and another stylist was helping at the end of my appointment as well. They were both absolutely wonderful, helped me in and out of the dresses, pulled styles from the back that they thought I may like, and did a great job working with me and my guests during the appointment. The store is beautiful, clean, and organized. The lighting is immaculate.

I have been following Luxe Redux on Instagram for a couple years now, and would always send the most beautiful dresses they posted to my friends saying I can’t wait until I’m engaged so I can go here and try on and see all the gowns they have in person! And so, come last October when I got engaged I knew immediately I had to come to Luxe for shopping! I live in California and so I waited and resisted the urge to shop by myself out there until I was able to come to Cincinnati and have Luxe be my first wedding dress shopping experience!And one was all I needed! From the minute we walked into Luxe I felt special and important. Brittany explained how the appointment would go and then introduced us to Matthew who would be my stylist for the day! We went through my pinterest board to get a sense of what I liked and then we went around together and he picked some then let me pick some dresses as well!They were very open and communicated the entire time with how everything would go! And when I tried on dresses and loved it, but wasn’t sure about a certain element, he helped me envision what we could do to give it that extra sparkle in alterations to help!When I found the dress I was pretty positive was the one, Matthew didn’t force me to try on anymore dresses if I didn’t want to, just asked if I wanted to! Which I did just to double check and make sure the one I had found was *the one*.I cannot over-exaggerate how happy this appointment made me!! It was everything I dreamed it to be when I envisioned shopping for a wedding dress and I would 100% recommend the shop to anyone! Their selection was gorgeous and the prices were amazing as well! I am so happy I stumbled upon Luxe Redux Bridal Boutique!!I started my day with two appointments at other bridal shops but I was just not finding anything that really wowed me and the vibe of the shops was just not my style either. Needless to I felt defeated cause I just didn’t know what I wanted in a dress and nothing I tried on wowed me. I was with my future SILs and MIL and I just mentioned that there might be another place called Luxe Redux that I would like to try. I walked in to see if they had time to see me. Just so happened that they had exactly an hour before their next appointment to squeeze me in. Matthew was my stylist and he was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! We walked to the back and he introduced himself and Luxe Redux. We showed him and a few other stylists what we tried on and felt looked good and they were off pulling dresses for me! The whole experience here was so casual and no pressure, Matthew was so sweet and honest (in the best way) and I really appreciated his expert opinion. So many unique & gorgeous gowns here that were unlike others I had seen in the Reading Bridal District! Also, Althea & Brittany provided amazing service to me while I was trying on gowns, and went out of their way to support me. I found my wedding dress at Luxe Redux this past weekend. I worked with both Brittany and Matthew. This was the first place I went dress shopping and I felt so special to be the only one in the store with my mom and 2 friends. Brittany really listened to the style I wanted but also had me try things I wouldnt have thought of. I ended up choosing the FIRST dress I tried on which shows how well they listen to you but also how well they know how to find the right dress for someone.I went to 2 more appointments in the bridal district and although the dresses at the other places were nice, honestly I kept thinking about how great Brittany was with me compared to the stylists at the other places. She genuinely cared about my fiancé and my story, our wedding details, and made great small talk. The other places seemed to force conversation. And this made a difference in my experience at those other places.I came back the next day to purchase it and Matthew let me try it on one last time to show the people I had with me that day since they didnt get to see if the day before.I am so excited I found the dress. Could not have had a better experience at Luxe Redux. Im a COVID bride AND got pregnant between wedding postponements, so needed to find a new dress to fit my bump at the last minute. They squeezed me in for an appointment and helped me find a dress that I felt beautiful in (which was no small feat...given it was my first time even going shopping since I got pregnant). Their selection is amazing and they could not have done a better job listening to my feedback and helping me find the perfect dress.

I was very disappointed with my visit here. When I arrived the stylist ask me if I have found any dresses I love while shopping and I showed her the one I loved the most. I told her my price range of $1500 and I feel like once I said that the stylist was already done with helping me. I feel like the dresses that she picked out were not the prettiest dresses. After trying on my 3rd dress the stylist said “I feel like you have already found your dress. Do you wanna try on more dresses” I never once gave the impression I had picked the one but after that I was just ready to be done. I felt like there wasn’t very many dresses in my price range and the dresses were just okay. I was so excited to shop here and was completely open to finding a dress from this shop! I also don’t like how the stylist dresses you. I don’t like to be naked in front of random people lol.

Luxe did such a wonderful job of personalizing my appointment and making me feel special! Matthew was my stylist and he worked tirelessly to ensure I found the perfect dress within my budget. The shop had so many dresses to choose from in so many styles and sizes!

I scheduled an appointment at Luxe because of all the good reviews it had and I kept seeing their ads on social media. I was extremely disappointed when I showed up. When we got there for our appointment we were shown to a seating area, the consultant asked about two questions, I showed one picture of a dress I really liked and then she disappeared. She came back a little later with dresses that were nothing like the picture or like I described. She came in the dressing room with me to put the dress on (this is the only store I went to that didnt give me privacy and let me put it on myself). Also the consultant didnt seem to care much. There were other people in the store and she didnt close the dressing room curtain closed all the way. At one point I stopped her before getting undressed to ask to close the curtain or else everyone would have gotten a real show that day. After she put me into a dress she would disappear for a long time, not hearing what I liked or disliked about the dress. After this happened with the second dress and me not liking it, she told me what youre looking for is too specific, maybe you can find something on our website Then she walked away. After a couple minutes of wondering where she went she came back to the dressing room, handed me a business card and told me to have a good day. We were in the store for less than 30 minutes. I do not recommend Luxe at all.

I was treated like a bridal queen here at Luxe Redux in Cincinnati! Kate really took the time to understand my style. When I walked back to my changing room there were some pre-selected gowns in my size already hanging up! I was able to save a lot of money on my gown and we had a great experience! I first tried on wedding gowns at Luxe Redux almost exactly 12 months ago. I had a great experience despite covid precautions (very reasonable: mask, 3 guests allowed at once). The staff was friendly and informative but never pushy. I ended up purchasing a gown from a different boutique, but about 3 months before my wedding I changed my mind and wanted to revisit a dress I initially tried on at Luxe Redux. I called the boutique and they were extremely helpful. We made an appointment to try on the dress in 1 week and the staff member went above and beyond to try to save the dress for me in the meantime. They even arranged to facetime with the seamstress at the time of my appointment so I would know if it could be feasibly altered in my short time frame. The staff went above and beyond to help me with this last minute change. I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat.

Hands down, our favorite shop in Reading. Consultants there to help you find your dress, not sell you a dress in a very calm, non-threatening environment. Not overwhelming because they keep stock in back! We found our bride’s dress!

I bought a dress at a local boutique in SC that I wasn’t in love with and didn’t have time to order a new dress. I gave the luxe in a box try on service a try since everything was returnable. I fell in love with one of the dresses and am so excited to wear it on my wedding day! The virtual service provided was also great. I had a stylist text me through the try on experience. They included dress clips and a veil. It just well thought out and well done! I wish I had started with Luxe Redux!!

I LOVED this boutique!! I explained to them I was scared to try on dresses and that I would never find something because my previous experience. Although I forget the 2 ladies names that helped me, they were so great! They attended to me, let me take my time, helped me get into the gowns, pulled out all these different accessories for me to try on with the dresses. They listened to every detail in what I was looking for in a dress and stayed under my budget!! I found my dress and they dressed me all up to make me feel for certain this was the one! Brittany was THE best consultant I could have asked for. When I arrived she had 5 beautiful dresses ready for me, and the second one ended up being MY dress ~ which is funny because it’s not what I envisioned at all. This company does not care about brides that do not get their wedding gown else where. I made a day trip to the Cincinnati bridal district and had multiple appointments scheduled that day. I found my gown at a different store one hour prior to my appointment with Luxe Redux and I called to cancel. No one reminded me or informed me during that phone call that I would be charged $50 for canceling my appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time. One bride should not be penalized because she found her gown elsewhere. THE WORST POLICY I HAVE EVER HEARD OF.****reply to owner’s responseLuxe Redux Bridal Very professional first paragraph. I have every right to express however I feel, however many times I wish. What is the most upsetting to me is that you did not convey any reminder of your cancellation policy when I called to cancel my appointment. Yes I “simply forgot” because I just said yes to a dress 10 mins prior to calling your store and I was told the policy 4 months prior to that....You just expect people to remember a stupid policy for an appointment that they had no intention of canceling which I clearly didn’t plan on cancel. You are the only store that I spoke to (which was a total of 5) that had a cancellation policy. And after reading other comments I have found other brides had the same complaint about your policy. So for future reference maybe give a friendly reminder on the phone when people do call to cancel just prior to charging their card, because yes people do simply forget.

Brittany was amazing. I walked in to the store with an idea of what I wanted and she took that vision and ran with it. She was encouraging, helpful, sweet, and I was absolutely amazed at how much better my experience was there than the several other bridal shops I went to.

I found my dream dress at this boutique! I had looked at 3 previous stores and was getting discouraged because I couldn’t find one I loved. The ladies at this shop took in all of my concerns and wants into consideration and found me THE DRESS!

This is equivalent to a consignment shop for high-end wedding dresses.Before even scheduling our consultation, the representative did tell me that most of their dresses start at $1500, but she worked with us on the day of our consultation to find a decent variety of dresses within our budget ($1000 max).The dresses are lovely, but keep in mind that they are sold as-is. I saw many dresses with loose threads and rips in the in-seams, but those models were fairly priced.What I did not like was the actual physical in-store experience. We were shown to the back room (as our party was larger and there was already another bride set up in the front room). Seating was sub-par and the bench they placed half of our bridal party on was downright dangerous. One of the legs broke off while the brides aunt was sitting on it; she fell to the floor, injuring her hip and back.Then, when this same aunt was later leaning against the wall, she found that a huge mirror (floor-to-ceiling) was not even secured to the wall; it shifted position and we feared further injury!That said, the consultant was lovely and she worked with my step daughter (the bride-to-be) to find a dress within our budget that appealed to her personal taste.We did not find a dress here, but this place is worth a visit!

We had SO much fun at Luxe Redux. The girls were so helpful and friendly. It affirmed their helpfulness when we went to another store and they did not make us feel as welcome. They were truly interested in me as a bride and that meant a lot. So thankful to have stopped in here to shop! Said yes to the dress here :)

Great Expeirence! Brittany helped us find the perfect dress in budget. She was absolutely fabulous and made the entire experience fun. She had great suggestions and based on what the bride was looking for found the perfect dress in the back. We did go on a Thursday afternoon and we were the only ones in the store at the time and had the full attention of the staff.

My experience wasn’t really horrible but you all should definitely change your policy of charging for not showing up to an appointment. I found my dress prior to going to my appointment there but had to come anyways so I wouldn’t be charged for it. It was a waste of my time and the consultants.

They helped me find exactly the dresses I wanted to try on and were very respectful and helpful when it came to my budget.They even went above and beyond by taking pictures of the dress I liked to send to their alterations lady to get a budget.Thanks for the great experience :)

I felt truly like a princess coming to Lux Redux! I came in totally last minute, close to closing no less, just to poke around, I was in the area so I thought why not! They seemed a little busy, so I looked around and was about to leave when one of the gals told me that I didnt have to leave and she would help me in a second. I am so happy I stayed! After going to a few stores, feeling rushed and like I was just a price tag to them, I felt truly like a bride to Lux Redux! HUGE thank you to Brittany and the other girls there who helped me try on dresses, allowed me to stay after closing to try on my dream dress, and I am so excited to go back for my appointment with Kaitlyn to officially get my dress!

The staff at Lux Redux went above and beyond to help my daughter find her dream dress!!! They stayed after closing when we dropped in late on a Saturday afternoon, and made my daughter feel like a special and valued bride to be. We came back today for an actual appointment, and again loved the experience!! Brittany and Katlynn were professional yet so fun to work with, and my daughter is in love with the gorgeous dress she found here!! We will definitely be recommending Lux Redux to brides and their families in the future!!

Before You schedule your appointment they ask for a credit card, which is unlike any bridal store I’ve been too. Please note if you find your perfect dress and cancel after their 24 hour prior rule, you’ll be charged $50 which I think is outrageous. When I initially called, they weren’t the friendliest either. They didn’t tell me I would be charged $50 if I missed the appointment. I see great reviews, but the $50 charge makes me extremely angry. I wouldn’t make an appointment here if you want to look other places too.

Took a trip to Cincy to go to 3 Bridal shops. My daughter was lucky enough to find her gown the first shop. So we canceled. They took her credit card info when she booked the appointment 4 months prior. When she called to say she wouldn’t need her appt they congratulated her and then proceeded to charge her $50 for cancelling without telling her. We saw at least 3 brides going store to store looking for an open appt so I’m sure they filled it. Why should we have to go to appt and ruin her experience of finding the gown? The other place did not charge us. I know it’s a business but she could’ve of at least said we will be charging your credit charge as a reminder and we would’ve went and wasted their time and ours.

My daughter found her dream dress yesterday and the experience could not have been better. Brittany was darling and very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed being treated like royalty!

I visited this boutique last weekend in search of a wedding dress. Although I didnt buy my dress here, it was a great experience. My needs were a little unique, but Jackie and the other assistant could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Jackie called a few days before our visit and had 2 dresses (which I saw on the website) brought over from the Columbus store so I could try them on. They were patient, sincerely interested, and kind - not to mention great taste! I recommend this boutique to anyone visiting the Bridal District or Columbus. The dresses were just like brand new, made-to-order, but with a lower price tag!

After seeing all these reviews about the 24hour rule, I realize now that this shop has made finding a dress even more difficult. I made an appointment for a Sunday, and was told that I had to cancel within 48 hours to avoid being charged the $50 fee. Luckily, that Saturday I was able to find another dress in another shop in the bridal district (approximately 28 hours before my appointment). I called the shop multiple times to notify them that I would not be making my appointment, and got no response. Then I stopped by the shop to physically cancel my appointment, and there was no staff at all in the shop (apart from the wedding consultant who was busy). It took over 20min for someone to even appear. I told the consultant that I understood that I would be charged the $50 fee for not canceling before the 48 hour period, but that I wanted to let them know in case another bride wanted to take my spot. The consultant didn’t care and didn’t even bother to take my name or appointment time down. It appears that this shop cares more about making money off their client’s cancellation fees instead of caring about the brides. Very frustrating. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone.Update: Brittany, what is frustrating is seeing that others were given a 24 hour cancellation notice, while I was given a 48 hour cancellation notice. I do not mind paying the fee if that is your policy. The issue lies in that these 24/48hr notices are not mentioned on your website, only when you book your appointment. As you can imagine, when I went to review your shop, I was very surpised to hear that others were given a 24 hour cancellation policy, where as I was given a 48 hour timeline.

LuxeRedux and my consultant Kristen was a great experience! After being a bit overwhelmed at a different shop and being an indecisive shopper myself, Kristen gave a lot of great insight about dresses and found styles that fit my personal tastes, and one of the ones she picked out was “the dress”! I was really impressed with the price range and variety of dresses available, as well as the personable experience we had at LuxeRedux!

If you visit the Reading Bridal District in Cincinnati, do yourself a favor and make Luxe Redux your first stop. I recently accompanied my daughter (who was shopping for a wedding gown) and didnt realize how many stores were appointment only. Many of the Stylists at the other boutiques were extremely rude (Especially at Something Borrowed...etc..) about that and that left me very puzzled. If you are rude to me for not having an appointment, Im certainly not going to be interested in scheduling one with you!On the MUCH brighter side, we walked in Luxe Redux and were greeted by Morgan. SHE IS AN ANGEL!! She found the perfect dress for my beautiful daughter and reminded her, simply by her pleasant demeanor, that this was all about her and her most special day!! THANK YOU MORGAN FOR SINGLE HANDEDLY REDEEMING THE ENTIRE READING BRIDAL DISTRICT AND BRINGING THE JOY BACK INTO MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING PREPARATION!! WHAT A BLESSING YOU ARE TO THE STORE OWNER AND ALL FUTURE BRIDES WHO ENTER!!

One person working there, who reminded us a few times when their shop closed. Did not help beyond the first dress.

My experience was perfect at Luxe! Kelsey was amazing she didn’t miss, I loved every single dress she picked out for me to try on and I said yes to the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen ❤️ Thank you for making today a wonderful memory
