I went with my husband. There was a great selection of cars in the lot so we were able to get everything we needed. Its a nice junkyard (organized well, nice large selection) but their prices are higher than some of the other yards around. It might be a good ideal to compare part pricing before you go.
I think that was my first time going to a junk yard in Cincinnati for a used auto part. Positive experience. It takes a while to orientate yourself to the rows and spaces (rows run North-South and space begin on the West PLUS numbering changes East of the center aisle). Price charged was what the website quoted. They do charge $2 just to enter (that is NOT deducted WHEN you buy something) and they do change a warranty fee that was about 25% of the part. I dont believe that I can opt for No Warranty. Perhaps they can Reply to this post. Bring your own tools plus a few more just in case. Stay safe, too.
Great place. Great service. Great people. Kadeem was great at the check out.
This place is hands-down the best salvage yard I have ever been to I literally walked in and got what I need it within a few minutes and not only that they look out for your safety everything is already jacked up and ready and they even give you wheelbarrows to carry your parts its the small things about this place that are amazing would highly recommend!!!
I love this place!! When you very first enter you can explain what your looking for and which vehicle you need it off of. They will print you out a paper showing you which cars you need and which Ailes they are in. It is very well organized and youll find the employees very kind, respectful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
Love this place, thay allways have the part I need
They will not pick the phone upI will go some ware elesHell the them
Always have good preIces and parts I need
Check the website before coming in. Tells you where the car you are looking for will be locate. Bring tools and prepare to get dirty. Great, simple experience.
Always have the best price on products and the quality as well...
The big problem I have with this place is their prices. You cant go off of their prices on the website because they are always more than listed. Other than that they usually have a decent selection of parts. They need to honor their prices on their website, otherwise people feel like theyre getting ripped off.
First time there seem decent but they need to clean the place up a little
Interesting how the prices charged at this location are more than 120% more than listed online prices and when brought to employees attention they give a very rude and unprofessional response. Wonder if they pocket some of that money...
No issues, no complaints, & they were friendly!
$15 for my car. LMAO! Other quotes ranged from $125-$370. Frankly I am beyond insulted!
Really nice people and had what I needed at a good price
Great place to pull your own parts.Friendly staff.
This is a great place for the Handy Man you can take off your own parts and freely walk around the yard to get what you need employees always seem nice and helpful
Lot is clean and dry even after a big overnight rain. Staff isnt rude but not overly welcoming. Cars are quickly picked over. Prices are higher than other pick and pulls.
I worked for this company for about 3 weeks. By the way the plant manager Chris an Krystal his office manager are awesome nice people. BUT they obviously dont care about how their other co-workers feel when they bring up that one of their other associates they work with are verbally abusive an harsh an evil to ONLY me but nice to everyone else. I brought this to the ATTENTION to the plant manager an office manager several times, an basically was told I was being too sensitive in a nutshell an thats just how she is. Unacceptable in my opinion, I think she should have been terminated instead because several customers told me they noticed it with her acting that way with only me. So I get a text asking if I am coming back an I said no an explained myself as to why I wouldnt be coming back, are you kidding me? Nothing done at all for the behavior of this employee because they know their parts the best an thats just the way she is. Nope so I dont quit an not go back in a job, but this time I felt ignored an I was right, I was. Im 3 weeks new Im not just gonna snap of a finger learn over night. Terrible company to work for I would never suggest someone to work here, work somewhere where they actually value their employees feelings, old to new employees. Sad I had to quit like that because thats not my character. Also I feel they are racist they wanted the only white girl out of their store.
Excellent place to find exactly what your vehicle needs, and the prices arent bad. Although U Pull And Pay is cheaper on most items, LKQ is located a lot closer to the Hamilton/Fairfield area
The 1 down fall I did not like is the BS Mask policy. However $3.00 to get in comparable to everywhere else. They had plenty of vehicles for me to choose from and I found the part I needed quickly and it was easy to remove and the price was nice.
When you can find your car and it has what you need is a blessing
Great parts llots of cars that havent been picked clean owner and employees were great very helpful my new scrap yard would recommend to anyone lookin for cheap quality parts
Good place for parts.
Very helpful with loading two rear differentials! Thank you very much!
Manager-Chris & his associates are very nice, professional people.Biggest selection of autos & trucks in southwest Ohio.Parts are dirt cheap.Steve Lawson
My Girlfriend told me about this Auto Salvage Yard. A true You-Pick-and-Pull.I can not complain about the entry fee of $ 3 Dollars. But what I can certainly say is they have the friendliest and helpful group of guys. I gave this Salvage Yard 5 stars because of the hospitality and willingness to help me accomplish my task given the distance I drove to get there. Not to mention, they closed later than the other Ive visited. Thank you, Guys.
Great well organized
Love this place they always have the parts I need at affordable prices.
Don’t expect them to honor their prices online. When in for 4 16 inch aluminum wheels totaling $23 a wheel or roughly 100$. When I went to check out was told my total was gonna be $180, I asked and got told they were steel after confirming they were aluminum she then said let me fix the price. Now my $100 wheels are $160. I asked why does the site say $23 a wheel and got told that chrome wheels are different. Once again I had to tell the associated that these aren’t chrome they are polished aluminum wheels and I wasn’t paying for chrome wheels if I wasn’t taking them, now not only after confirming what they were cast in and now finished in I thought surely my total is gonna be correct. Well to my surprise it stayed the same. At this point I became irritated that I just drove an hour for a set of wheels didn’t need but wanted after seeing the price online I asked again why. I was met with they are Mercedes wheels that’s how they are priced. I work with lkq on a daily basis through my work and use the Cincinnati location often for transmissions and engines. At this point I’m gonna start taking my business somewhere that Is honest
Not sure of that place. I ordered parts online before was OK I went to a location they said they might have the part in the yard it cost $3 to go look and they did not have the part?
Sold a couple cars there today. Shop is nice lot easy to navigate. Staff I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Did have to wait a little for the lady to check out what we towed in. One intresting note aluminum wheels on your old car are worth 50 bucks more... Got 215 for a 93 stock Ford Taurus that we towed in. Lot is spacious an somewhat clean. Lobby is bright and well staffed. Cars are propped up on rims. Computer inventory management system...
Didnt catch her name but there was an extremely loud and obnoxious blonde lady in colorful leggings that was extremely. We drive quite a ways and own a business were coming here about every other week. She over charged for many things and then refused to give us back the difference. 30$ per visor...... we will not be coming back!!!!
This place is a disgrace just to walk into, the staff is very rude to deal with. The wheel barrows barely push unleeuyour Superman. Online prices are a lie do not go here waste of time
On the website and on Google says closes at 6. I was their on a Friday getting part off a car. I was done at 5:30 went to the door to leave and I was locked in. No one to be found in the store. Had to call their main office and wait an hour for someone to come get us out. Then they said I couldnt take my parts I would have to come back. I live an hour and a half away. So a wasted day with gas and my time I wont go back.
Courteous and friendly staff
Would be nice if they had a local phone number, not a 1-800 number with an automated system
This place is perfect for me when I need a part. I teach myself how to access and remove before trying on my own vehicle. Great place to learn how to remove parts then reinstall on your vehicle
I like how they have in Dayton they got all the Fords with the Ford GM with GM
They had the parts I needed and were reasonably priced. The staff was cool. Good place for parts.
They quoted me $370. When I got there was told $155. Reached out to Mgr. Dont know if Chris will return our call....😟
Nice clean yard/lot. Brand new facility that opened Oct 2016. Hundreds of late model cars to pick parts off of and save BIG. Check current inventory of cars available in yard and price list on website. Buying cars every day. Bring clear lien free title and walk out with cash
LKQ customer services 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Staff was nice
My experience was pleasant. Clean and orderly yard. Employees were very friendly. Pricing on parts were very reasonable.
For a salvage yard, Ive never seen a place so clean. It was like there were no parts just laying on the ground. The rows were straight, but not well marked as they were just written on the cars at the end of the rows (should have signs). The $3 entrance fee is a little steep considering they have such a limited selection/size, but they also have all of the vehicles listed online and when they came in. So if you get there right when the car comes in, the $3 would be worth it.It would be nice to know what parts came off which vehicles when people buy them, but then you wouldnt get that $3 fee if people knew that you didnt have the part they were looking for. If you could find a way to recuperate those losses and provide that service, it would be a major win-win situation. I would give you an easy 5 stars.
This location DOES NOT OPEN AT 8!!!! I drove here for a very specific car and wanted to get here when the doors opened. I dove over an hour and a half, only to find that the doors open at 9. Even the lkq website has the opening hours listed at 8. This MUST BE FIXED!!!!!
THIS PLACE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!! I called aheawante call center to ask for a door for my honda accord, i gave them the year and make the website said they had it and the lady gave a price of $52., after we spent 1 1/2 hours they wanted to charge me $100 for the panel, the mirror and the core. This place is a rip off!!!! I will NEVER go back!!! The lady at the desk was very rude, was told there is NO restroom for the customers that we had to use the porto let. Terribly rude and decieving about the prices. Comple waste of time!!!!!! And i had to pay $6 just to walk in the door.
Great parts at very reasonable prices.
Horrible Customer Service experience!! Manager abruptly stated he was done talking to my husband after my husband calmly questioned the non-refundable (which is not clearly stated) environmental charge after having to return a battery they gave us erroneously. Employees arent knowledgeable about inventory, they all were extremely rude! Do yourself a favor, save yourself the time, aggravation and gas money and shop somewhere your patronage is appreciated!
Be carefulA 30 dollar priced partEnded up costing almost 50Because of all the extra fees and taxes they make up and add to itYou pay a fee for the vehicle sitting there amongst othersI think your better off going toYou pull and saveandYou pull and payThier better at pricesWithout all the extras feesthat LKQ adds to your ticket
For a junk yard, it was pretty clean and organized! Friendly staff up front and fair prices!
Got quoted 380 for a vehicle, with them knowing the issues with it, When they showed up tow driver called office and they ended up offering me 100 for it.
Customers arent knowledgeable about ther jobs as employees, found a set of wheels that had junk tires on them that I liked so the employee had me pay for the tire break at over $5 a tires and said to pick them up the next day. So I come the next day still the employees arent doing anything but chit chatting and come to find out what I paid for them to do wasnt done, so employee wasnt able to get the tire off and I had to take all four tires off myself. Next day I come in to talk to the boss about refunding the service of removing tires because I had to do it myself on my lunch break. He refused my request wouldnt return a core or give me anything for the $22 I spent to do the work myself, and then told me I shouldnt be using his machine, when the employee told me to try and take the tire off, besides their high prices for used parts, I think they didnt want to take them off cause 1) employees are lazy and dont care 2) they wanted me to pay for the tires because they are not returnable. I asked if I could take the tires back to my work to take them off the wheel and bring them back but since they cant return them they said they dont recommend unless I wanted the junk tires for another$100. So needless to say they dont care about their customers, their jobs, or have any way whatsoever to be willing to help you after you you pay them over $200!
The you are very friendly very knowledgeable about the auto parts great pricing and it was a very clean junkyard very impressed great job guys Ill definitely be back thank you for your help from Naples Florida visiting Cincinnati Ohio
I understand youre a new business but you should try to be a little more accommodating. I show up looking for project truck parts on Wednesday only to see your credit card machine isnt functional. Well since I was gonna pay with my credit card I knew I wasnt gonna be buying anything. I could at least see if they had the parts at the cinch location. That way, I knew I wouldnt need to purchase them online. Well I only had $2 in cash on me and I received this response absolutely not!! Then when I questioned why since I couldnt pay with my card, I was asked to leave. Bad customer service all around. Needless to say I will be ordering them online tonight and would be unsure about ever going back.
I get there at 5:45 to find out they dont let people in.. I tell the guy it will take five minutes nope cant do that ..Well.. How about they change the time to 5:00 or the factual time when people cant go in to the yard...lost a customer. over 5 minutes.. never again. Thanks no Thanks ..
I had to spend money to walk back and look at two cars that suposedly had 17 × 7.5 rims. One car had no wheels at all and the other car had 16 rims. So they make money off of you even if the car doesnt have the part on it. Poor inventory control.
They are a bit higher in price than most salvage yards. Then they charge you a core charge on almost everything. Floor mats have a core charge, if I had the old ones I wouldnt need the new ones. Plus they sell parts on ebay, so before the car even gets put on the lot the good parts are yanked and sold on eBay. not a very good place at all.
Been here a couple times. Very good inventory of Volkswagens, and is by far the cleanest yard in the area. The prices are a little higher, but its less crowded and easy in/out.
Someone who works there takes the most popular parts off of cars and hides them in cars throughout the junkyard. You pull you pay is a better option.
Lots of parts, great prices, nice people
Organization is pretty good there.. Had no problem finding what I needed..
Great place. Parts were exactly where they said. Employees were very friendly and the prices were grest as well.
Cant beat the prices. Some of the staff are rude though other than that not a bad place to get used parts
I went there for the first time today and it will be my last. I arrive at 430 and they lock the doors and say they are closed. Their posted hours on Google maps says they close at 6pm. When I brought this to the guy who locked the doors he said they close st 6pm in the summer even though it does not say those are summer hours. Then to make matters worse he was letting other people in while I was pleading my case. I guess its members only.
This junkyard is extremely organized and all of the cars are jacked up on wheels so that you see underneath without as much effort. They have all of their cars in their computer inventory with pictures and location to make it easier to find. They literally have tons of GM cars. Their prices are really cheap. The only drawback is that they charge you 3 dollars to enter the Junkyard. You can check with them first to find out what they have before deciding if you want to pony up the $3 entrance fee but if if they have the vehicle you need parts from, theres no guarantee that the part you are looking for is still on it. This happened to me. I went to pick a CVVT sensor but they were all gone and the vehicle was the wrong engine anyway. Fortunately I needed a muffler for another car and I found a practically brand new one for $26.
Went there yesterday and apparently the ladies at the counter were hungry because there was no customer service. Never again as long as i have to deal with them.
Good place for inexpensive parts.
Why cant I call directly to the Kemper rd location to enquier about parts on a in stock vehicle? The 800 number is terrible.
The in person price was $70 higher than the online price. The manager acted lick I was trying to pull a fast one on him when confronted.I even offered to split the difference and he said his price was fair, what a dink!I ended up getting the part I needed at you pull and pay for $10 less then there %40 off sales price.Im done with LKQ
Great employees very informative and helpful. Very well organized and well kept
On the excuse that their quotations are only good for a week, they do not adhere to the price quoted for a car that they will purchase from you. They also charge $3 just to get into the yard they call it an admissions fee. Add to it, when they send you out to look for a car they may mention something that the part youre looking for will not be there but in our case the car when we got there was completely stripped nothing of use left on the car at all.
Great, Clean and easy access. The team members are great
Good selection but prices are ridiculously high. Belt tensioner same price as new one at Auto Zone. And you dont have to remove it buying new. LOL
Clean
Gave me a quote for what they would give me for my car if i got it there, and when i got there they didnt play any games with me. They gave me exactly what they had quoted me! Very fast, convenient, and easy!
Phone number dont work and they charge $3.00 to get in where other junk yard charge $2.00.not bad if they inventory was correct on the web site.
This place has let me down lately! I went there and spent 55mins taking a part out while my wife waited in the parking lot. The part I needed was in the smallest space and I have huge hands so My hands got all tore up! Thats not LKQs fault tho. Right before I removed the part my screw driver broke. Smh! Finally I got it and went to pay and the cashier tells me that it costs $30.00!!! Online right now I can purchase this part for $40 BRAND NEW!!! Which is exactly what I did!!! I cannot believe she wanted me to pay so much! So 1 hour and 10 mins of my time wasted! Advice: Check online first, ALWAYS!!!
I was a first-timer to LKQ Pick your Part. The team was very friendly and helpful!
Nicely layed out. Cross matching models is accurate
Great employees amazing prices and they keep the lot clean so you can always find what your looking for
They are not able to tell you if the cars are automatic or manual. You shouldnt have to pay to check.
New so clean yard compared to upullandpay. Prices are the same, cars lot better stacked than pullandpay.
Decent selection of cars and parts. A few hidden costs that dont show up on the website such as core price (unless you return your old part) and entrance fee.
Don
Website says closes at 6pm and when I drove all the way out there. They closed at 5pm and locked the entrance doors 30 minutes before 5pm so at 4:30 or later you cant get in. And the employees know nothing about the questions you may have.
Employees had terrible behavior. Took forever to get helped and prices are expensive. Definitely worth the drive down to U Pull & Pay
Found all my parts and a killer price
Not people freindly @ all the manager could care less about your business there prices are way too high the counter people were playing around and not knowledgeable @ all horrible experience dont be fooled by the nice looking building cant BELIEVE the owners of LKQ hasnt fired the hole staff maybe the should send a secret shopper in to see whats really going on and how the majority are being treated like you owe them your business
A little messy but easy to get parts off of the cars.
Their hours are wrong between what are posted on their website, google and when you call. Good luck figuring out when theyre open
Good place to get parts. But,they are pretty pricey
$3 admission fee just to look. They are organised and clean by comparison to most salvage yards but the specific row and space given was incorrect. Cost was about twenty percent higher.
Unfriendly and rude staff members total rip-off dont come to LKQ zero stars 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Looks like a solid location but be very cautious!! Their stands are haphazardly placed and in many cases aren’t stable at all, a light kick or a wrench twist sends them right to the ground.
