First review to ever write, but I wanted to hop on here and give these guys some credit. I was traveling to Cincinnati from Indiana and I got a hole in my tire and had to put my spare on. I made it to Cincinnati and knew I had to get it fixed before I could travel back home. I originally went to Walmart to see if they would plug it. They would not because of where the hole was at and recommended that I get a new tire, which I truly couldn’t afford at this time. I went over to tire discounters and the gentleman that helped me was a huge lifesaver! He was iffy on if they could plug it, but was willing to do what he could to help me. I left my tire with them while I attended my event and received a call that it was plugged and ready to go! I was so happy that they were able to plug it. I then asked how much it would be and the gentleman told me “no charge”. I couldn’t believe it and extended many thanks over the phone. I had a wonderful experience with them and am beyond pleased at the service I received! Thank you so much!!!

DONT PAY $60 OR $120!!They intentionally dismantle your tire pressure sensors and ask you to pay for the repair, unacceptable and unprofessional. Please dont waste your time and money with these people.

This place is great! Jerry at the counter was very helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed. He gave me a great price on a set of tires, better than Walmart or anywhere else, then called me an Uber to take me home and another one to pick me back up when the car was ready. The guys in the shop that I dealt with seemed very knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time Ive taken my cars here and Ive never had any issue at all. I highly recommend!

I have used TD on Ferguson for about five years now for new tires, tire repair, and some maintenance on my older Suby. I am always happy with how I am treated and the quality of service. All of the staff are top-notch - very knowledgeable and great at working with customers. I have referred several friends and they all feel the same way. It is an asset to have them on the West Side.

Ive trusted Eric and the Ferguson location with my car for 10 years now and I was definitely not disappointed. They are honest and hard-working, I feel at home there. Ill keep recommending Tire Discounters to all my friends and family 100% because of this store!

Showed up at opening, I was the first person in line. Needed a flat repair for the brand new tires purchased with road hazard warranty.Sat for an hour and 15 minutes before it was even looked at and that wasn’t until after I complained. I was the first customer of the day. Meanwhile, 3 employees are standing around looking at a historical car they pulled in right away when opening. Just stood there and talked forever. The Store Manager Jon just stood behind the counter complaining about his job to someone that I later learned was his first day on the job and there for training.Still sitting and waiting near 2 hours at this point. Very poorly ran store. I know everyone is hurting for staff but this place doesn’t even use the staff they have for service It’s hard to tell who works here .. several people in the shop area not in uniform but standing around doing nothing. I guess I’m not important since I bought the warranty.

I purchased tires and got an oil change here about a week ago. The staff was great. I easily made an appointment online and the rep who called me to schedule was also great. We ran into a small problem with my car that was not their fault and they handled it quite well and were good about informing me that this would slow down the process a little.

On April 27th 2021 I went into Tire Discounters Ferguson Rd location to order rims for my vehicle. Was told prior by someone else that I only needed 2 but went ahead and ordered a complete set. PAID IN FULL UPFRONT $1177.18 for the rims. Asked the rep, my receipt is marked William Mechlev that assisted me. I told him that the following day was my only off day and i also needed tires so i was trying to cut down my wait time because i knew the rims would need to be ordered. He stated there was a slim chance the rims would come that day (4/27) but if not def the next day (4/28) and they would call upon their arrival so i could bring my car in. (4/28) Comes and no phone call, I had to call them and check the status and was told FedEx didnt drop my rims off until 5:30 and they close at 6 so they didnt call because there would be no way to get me in. I then told them I would have to play it by ear as to when id be able to come in and wanted reassurance they wouldnt send my rims back. I was told they would not, I was ok with that. Friday (4/30) I arrived to this location at 7:50am and waited in the parking lot until 7:59am. I was literally the 1st one that walked thru the door when they opened.The same rep “William Mechlev” assisted me, I reminded him who i was and specifically asked him would i be done in time because i have to be to work at 11am. His exact words were “oh yeah i can have you out of here by 10/10:15. Im like ok cool, we went through the process of me choosing my tires, i also asked if they would replace my wipers and check my fuses because my car charging port has stopped working. I then sat in the waiting room for about 20 mins then walked to Walmart. I was in Walmart approximately an hour, when i got back to Tire Discounters my car was still sitting in the spot id parked it in. A tech didnt come and get my car until 9:28am, id looked at the time when he got into it.As im sitting in the waiting room im seeing people that came after me, being serviced and leaving before me etc, only one actually ever said he had an appointment. Because i do know walk ins are first come first served. Yet i was the first one in the door that morning. I still did not complain, Once my time was cutting it close, I spoke with “WM” again and told him to tell them just to do the tires and i would come back another day for the wipers and charging port. He said Ok he would tell the guys to hurry up. Approximately 10:45am I went up to the counter again and asked to be rang out for my tires $832.82 was i frustrated yes, but i was NEVER rude to anyone. “WM” rang me up and said “Im going to get you out of here asap, i replied it doesnt really matter now im already late. And his EXACT words were “Ok….Whatever”My receipt is marked 10:54am as my “out time”, when i went out to my vehicle i immediately noticed pieces missing from the rims and also my hubcap covers werent in my car. So i go back in and asked why were there pieces missing from my rims AND where were my hubcap covers? Another rep says “Oh they forget to send in the Chevy emblem, it has to be ordered and Oh you wanted your hubcap covers?” I said “yes i just bought those” and he says “yeah they are pretty expensive” THEN WHY WOULD YOU THINK YOU WERE GOING TO KEEP THEM????? When you can tell they are brand new there isnt one scuff or scratch on none of them!!More importantly i spent over 2 grand on my rims and tires here to be treated in this manner? Waited days and parts still missing from my vehicle? My car was SUPPOSEDLY aligned for free but now my car rides so rough which it DID NOT prior to being serviced here and its def not aligned my car feels like its driving itself and im going to lose control of it at any moment.My time is VERY precious and i work HARD for my money and it spends WELL! I was an hour late for work and im a Manager might i add so i need to be there when i am SUPPOSED to be!Also techs family come and visit all in the working bay area while customers vehicles sit untouched! This place is BEYOND unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN!! but where are my emblems?

They picked up and dropped off my car for free when I needed new tires. They’re responsive and friendly and the driver was really an awesome person.

I brought my car at the Ferguson location to be inspected due to a weird noise. Their diagnostic was that I had to change my hub assembly. After having dropped off my car there for more than 24hours they gave it to me with the same noise saying that they changed the hub assembly but the car still had the noise. They billed me $390 USD while the didn’t not fix the issue I took the car there for. The guy asked me to see another mechanic for transmission.

This morning I dropped my vehicle off due to having a nail in my tire. After the tech inspected the tire their manager called to tell me the tire is leaking and is not repairable. I asked again is the tire actually leaking air and the manager confirmed. Had to pick up my vehicle and take to another shop since TD did not have the tire in stock. They inspected the tire with the nail in it and removed the nail. Which was less then a half inch big. Not big enough to puncture a truck tire. Upon checking for leaking air there was not a leak. Not only did TD’s manager lie they tried to sell me a new tire. Glad I didn’t spend over $200 for a problem that didn’t exist. Even worse there was another gentleman in their shop being told the same thing while I was up there picking up my vehicle. Hopefully his was actually unrepairable or even leaking. Definitely will not return to this location.

I made an appointment with one of the staff, and we decided on 11 am after he asked me what time i had to be at work and i said 1. what was the point in me making an 11 am appointment so i could make it to work on time if they didnt touch my car until 1? that is completely unprofessional and didn’t give any warning that they were running this far behind schedule

How long does it take to change a light bulb? At tire discounters, apparently 2 hours. Also enjoyed about half of the staff and customers nor even bothering with masks. I guess they want to make sure you have maximum covid exposure.

First time coming to this location, they were swamped, but I felt taken care of and not rushed! They had me patched up (free of charge, even) in no time and even replaced my missing valve cover. The guys working today were great and much appreciated.

I went in Friday to have them replace my back tires. The goal was to have them put new tires on the front and rotate my front tires to the rear because I had a slow leak in my back right tire. They finished the job, and the next day my back right tire was low again. I called them to make sure they replaced my back right tire (I didn’t want to assume they didn’t but it was the only tire that had a leak before) and they said they couldn’t know for sure. They asked me to stop by and they’d take a look. I stopped by and they didn’t even look at my tire and they asked me to come in Monday. This tire discounter is 20 minutes away from my house so I’ve already driven a total of 1hour 20minutes round trip. I’m definitely disappointed in the customer service and will not be going back.

I purchased four brand new tires With the warranties,Later I purchased 4 brake jobs including 4 new rotors, pads, etc. A few months later, one developed a slow leak. Living in Cincinnati now, I went to Tire Discounters on Ferguson Rd. Even though I had the warranty, I still had to pay for some of the tire cost as they said it couldnt be repaired.. Later, I started having brake problems.They worked on it twice without fixing the problem.The 3rd time they told me it would cost an additional $150 per wheel.. The worst business Ive ever been to. Even with warranty and guaranteed, they want more money to repair their products and/or work. Also this website is so difficult to use. It is as if they dont want the customer to report how bad they treat them. Im thinking about a lawsuit.

The workers overlook me whenever I go for a check on my tire.pressure. I always give tips, maybe if I had white skin theyd break their necks to help. This is why I will never purchase my tires there, and I need all new tires. Sometimes I waited so long that I left. Believe me when I say; many times they were standing around talking. I would not recommend for consumers.

They helped me out in a pinch with solid service, and for that Im appreciative. I was on a long road trip, and stopped for the night to visit some friends on the west side. I waa about to set out on an 11 hour driving day that next morning when I noticed Id picked up a nail the drive the day before. Fortunately, this shop was close by, and I stopped in to get my tire patched up and I was back on the highway in no time.

I called this afternoon to get information on the type of tires I would need, the cost, and time needed to get them on. I spoke with Paul, who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I explained that I was in a huge hurry because my daughter was going to be having a baby and I needed to get across town as soon as possible. I brought my car in and was back on the road in about 25 minutes total!!! They are fantastic, patient, knowledgable, friendly, and helped me when I really needed it. The entire staff I encountered operated like a family to get me taken care of and on the way to hold my daughters hand through labor and meet my new granddaughter. THANK YOU Tirediscounters!

I came here to ask a specific question about a brand of tires and to ask about the current tires that I have and the staff was very friendly and helpful but most importantly they were very knowledgeable. They explained everything I needed to know in terms that understandable for a complete novice that I am and they seemed genuinely happy to do so. The store interior was very clean and the exterior as well. I felt invited and not intimidated.

Got a tire to replace a flat I had last month. The employee at the counter was pleasant. I took away one star, because the price was higher than what I was told in the online chat when I scheduled the appointment.

Very disappointed with the service I did not get from the mechanics there. I bought 2tires from them got up next morning and tires flat. I take vehicle back for the problem and to address another issue,balancing wasnt right either. They sent me home when it was closing time, seriously! Im a paying customer with a serious issue and u send me on my way without fixing my tire!!!! Plus, I wasnt told that I had a broken belt in the tire that was put in the back. I then returned on Saturday and had issues again,this time u damaged my hub caps that wasnt put back on my car. Wow, I wouldnt recommend bringing vehicle here unless you stand there, watch them just to make sure youre getting the service u pay good money for. Then the manager pushes his chest out as if to get bad with my husband,not good customer service at all!!! Dont go to this location, Western hills location.

Waited over a week for a tire that was ordered. I never received a call back on the stats as I was promised. I was placed on hold for over 45min. Drove to the store while I was on hold. Stood in the store on hold. My tire was never fixed nor did I get an apology from the manager.

Been here a few times over the years...Staff is always polite and they do good work.. took a tire in yesterday because I picked up a screw in almost new tire(new car, not from tire discounters so not on warranty) and they patched it for me free of charge. I got tires a couple months ago. I had a locking lug on each tire. They did not put my lug key back in my car. Now I need to get new tires and they have thrown away my key. Now Ive been sitting here for an hour waiting for them to get the lugs off. The guy at the counter is so nonchalant and not caring that they made a mistake. Needless to say I will not be giving anymore business to this location. They havent been customer oriented in a couple years

A lady named Tracey assisted me when I came in to my previously scheduled appointment. She was extremely pleasant and offered great customer service. She did express that I would not be able to get my wheel alignment due to the person leaving at 6pm. One gentleman came out and stated that he would go ahead and do it. It did not take very long. I had new tires and a wheel alignment done. My main issue is that my wheel alignment is off. My steering wheel is beginning to go back to the right so I have some concerns. I did learn that only the front was aligned and not the rear. I will need to return to have it reinspected but service overall was great.

Dropped off and picked back up. Smooth transition and the price was fantastic. Front counter guys were delightful. Not 5 stars because I have a vibration at highway speeds since I picked the car up that will nearly shake your teeth loose. As I am aware, many things can cause that to happen, if something was wrong like a bent wheel, I would think that would be seen on a balancer. Happy overall with experience.

One of my tires was losing air. He said it was so bald it was setting the sensor off. Which is BS because I keep putting air in it! Told me I needed 2 new tires...they obviously didnt even look at the tire because there WAS a nail in it. They refused to patch saying there wasnt enough tread to repair. THE TIRES WERE NOT BALD! I bought thEM a year and a half ago somewhere else and have driven 20,000 miles with a 60,000 mile tread life and rotate every 5000 miles. MIDAS JUST FIXED IT FOR FREE!!!

Found the problem took care of it and sent me out the door record time

The sales associate at Tire Discounters located at 4031 Redbank Road, (NOT to be confused with the 2316 Ferguson Road store) was not truthful, he attended to convince me that the nail tire could not be plugged, he tried to convince me that I had a cut in side wall of my tire and needed a new tire; he was not truthful and, it gave me reason to question his credibility. Actions of the one individual has soured my taste for ALL Tire Discounters.

I set up an appointment for 12PM today and they werent expecting me. It took 2hr 50min total time to finish mounting and balancing my new tires. I requested they take the best old tire and mount it on my spare-tire RIM as I have a flat. They forgot to do that. I brought it their attention and they went back on their promise to do that for me. It was possible to do so, but they turned me down. I will be back for included tire rotations, paid for in the cost of my installation. They also agreed to give me an estimate on the suspension repairs they tried to get me to do today, but he only showed me parts and prices on the computer he never gave me the requested print out so I could review it in my own time, I had to lean over a counter and just try to remember everything he was saying. I will go to someone else for suspension estimates since they couldnt give me a proper written estimate on the repairs they were pushing onto me.

Friendly staff. Great customer service. They put the customers needs first and are willing to work with you in anyway they can to get you back on the road.
