This place is always great! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Today, my appointment was a little later in the day, but since I was out that way this morning, they went ahead and took me in early for an oil change, and I wasnt there long at all. I always get a warm welcome and they are very reasonable on oil changes!

Tires are good. But I don’t know what they did but I need to buy new lud caps and screws. Wouldn’t recommend for tires

These guys are great! Pulled into my garage from work last Friday to find air whooshing out of my tire. Had car towed to Monro and they were on it asap the next morning. I just moved to Ohio and they made sure my tire warranty from home was honored, and were fast, professional, and friendly. Thank you!!!

Ive had great experiences at Monro facilities in other locations, but this is by FAR the worst location I have ever been to. I have had multiple poor experiences here and will not be returning.1. I dropped off my 2015 Ford Fiesta in for an oil change on 1/11. When I picked it up, I was told that the 32 point inspection had been performed and that everything looked great. However, I was not handed a copy of the inspection report. When I got home, I opened the hood and saw that the brake fluid and coolant were both low, which should have been easily noticed by the technician and included on the report. I do not believe that the 32 point inspection was actually performed.2. I came back on 1/23 for an alignment that I had scheduled previously. When I arrived at 7:50 am, the door was locked (despite their hours starting at 7:30 am and the Open sign being on). I knocked and waited for someone, then gave them the keys. When I came back that evening to pick up my vehicle, they would not provide me with an alignment report to prove that the requested work had been performed. I was told that they didnt have it because their alignment system was down and that my vehicle had been taken to their Fairfield location (12 miles away) without my knowledge. When I again requested the alignment report, they told me that their printer wasnt working, despite the fact that they had just printed out my receipt on the same printer. Then, I was told that they dont provide alignment reports. These were all red flags, but the biggest surprise when I got to my vehicle was that it only had 6 more miles on it than when I dropped it off (55,506 vs. 55,500 exactly when I dropped it off). Even more oddly, the mileage on my receipt was listed at 132,526 both in and out. When I asked for the 32 point inspection report, I was told that it was not performed at the Fairfield location, despite it being listed on my receipt. Based on the lack of proof and utter confusion I was provided with from the employees here, I can only conclude that NONE of the work I requested was performed.Fortunately, the Monro corporate office was very helpful and will be reimbursing me for the work that may or may not have been performed today. I will be taking it to a completely different shop tomorrow to have the alignment performed properly.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Dropped my sons car off for oil change. Called to see if it was ready. They didnt have any paperwork for it. Said they would get to if right away. He went to pick it up, still no paperwork. Free oil change! But...2 months later, oil filter fell off. Approximately $280 for two and repair. Luckily engine wasnt ruined. Contacted them and of course no record of their incompetence because of no paperwork. Lesson learned...and word of warning..always get paperwork.

Went here with very bad brakes and in need of tires. The guys took my trailblazer into the garage immediately with no appointment. Then after their assessment, they also took me into the garage, explained everything, showed me what was bad and what was good. Plus, they were super pleasant. I would def go back and I think you should too. -SD

All the workers their are really nice and have good customer service. If you dont understand something they are really good at explaining it to you. They get your car fixed in a timely manner, give you updates on it.In all its a really good place to get your car fixed.

I just received an oil change from this location and I must say I was highly impressed. The staff was very laid back and was very humorous. I don’t remember the technician name needless to say he was cool but there was gentleman named Sean who might’ve been the manager and he informed me that I have to be cautious with going over my mileage as far as oil changes simply because I have a Jeep. However most importantly I was impressed they were able to squeeze me in with the little help they had at hand. This was a plus for me because I have a very busy schedule and it’s hard for me to book appointments around my schedule and they were able to do what others tire & lube places couldn’t do for me. Thanks y’all keep up the good work

Bought my car to be serviced here and apparently this place has no cameras and my car got broken into. I’m so devastated. Don’t bring yo car here if they don’t have a camera to watch it.

July 9, 2018 - Just want customers to be AWARE this location has went through a FULL STAFF CHANGE. I only left 4 stars because I felt like my coupon wasn’t honored at all but I’m 8 months pregnant and did not care to argue with the manager because I know it’s been awhile since I had my last oil change. Monro sends out $9.99 oil change coupons with UP TO 5 quarts of oil, including a FREE courtesy inspection . I ended up paying $25 and my car takes 6.4 quarts of oil but If the coupon for $9.99 includes 5 quarts of oil, I thought I’d only be paying for the just extra quart of oil. But like I said I didn’t care to argue on such a hot day, my car is running fine. Just want people to be aware that this location has had a major staff change and what you may have had done in the past may not be the same as what you’ll get done now as in price. Last oil change I had they did everything for $9.99 but what do we as customers truly know what’s being done to our vehicle when we’re sitting there waiting . Just please make sure you know what you’re paying for . That’s all.

Great place to get work done. I didnt know I needed a fuel service but once I got it done my vehicle ran smoother and my fuel economy improved. The techs and manager really know what they are doing. Will come back here again.

Adam the mechanic and Sean the store manager here are great, normally Id do the maintenance myself but they made it so easy and didnt try to sell extra. I got a great price and great work. This is the place to go for service.

This place is unorganized. Very slow they take their time to get to you like youre not there. I bought a tire from there 3 months ago with a warranty. They told me they wouldnt replace the tire because I rode on it flat to long.. I explaned that I didnt know the tire was flat until I went to take a turn on the highway and felt it swerve weird. ( My entire trip was less than 3 miles) They said theres nothing we can do about it, it voids the warranty... The other tire I bought from there I have to put air in it every other week. I will never go there again.

After dropping my kids at the baby sitter my tire went flat (in Hebron Ky) I had my car towed to Monroe, the service tech explained what happened throughly and quickly changed the tire! Quick and efficient! Best no hassle service I received in a very long time!

I contacted Kate at around 815am. By 930 my car was finished with an oil change . The customer service was great and they were very kind and honest . Honesty goes a long way in the automotive industry . It’s hard to find that.... but I found it today with Kate and their GM at this location. Very honest people and great prices!

Staff here knows what theyre doing and wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Got a new starter installed for a very reasonable price--the customer is their #1 priority

I needed all new brakes and rotors as well as a caliper replaced on my car. Torrance(spelling?) cut me an incredible deal, beating out several competitors that had quoted me previously. Got my car back the same day that I dropped it off. Had a small hiccup, had to go back and replace the caliper bolts but, Paris, Emmanuel, and my Texas friend whos name has escaped me ( im sorry buddy!) did an exceptional job taking care of me. I am not from the area and this was the first shop I went to after moving here and I would recommend them to anyone! :D

We had a real emergency. One our company trucks had a bad leak on one of our front tires. Other tire had a bad air valve stem. We were pressed for time. They got us right in, fixed both problems. They really took care of us. I will b taking my vehicles there from now on. An I live in Erlanger Ky. Great job.

Ive been going to Monroe to have my car serviced regularly. The location on Galbraith Rd is the location I go to because its closest. My past experiences have been okay. Its been a mediocre shop with mediocre customer service. However, I recently came in and noticed a change in management, the customer service is top notch, the dirt and grime around the lobby is being addressed and you can already see and smell a difference. I believe the managers name was Justin.

Spoke with Justin (manager) four times about my car. He was so unprofessional. He even looks unprofessional. I talked to Kate once, and her mechanic with the army hat had my car inspected and fixed within an hour. Monro does not know how fortunate they are to have Kate. I will definitely be coming back as long as Kate is working!!

Ive been going there for over 10 years. This location has always had a good team of mechanics and people who know about cars. They honor the warranty of their work if there is a problem. Another Monro location didnt do a great job installing a catalytic converter. This location replaced and fixed it with no money extra except labor.Great team.

General Manager Justin is awesome, they have the best prices and they don’t mind price matching. I definitely recommend them.

I ordered tires and made an appointment three days in advance. When I brought my car in they were clueless and had not ordered the tires. Time off work, trip to the shop, etc. all a big waste of time....and no explanation or apology.

Just got a car that ran great and quiet went here to get a oil change and ever since car has been loud. Just went to get my car looked at and they said oil is wayyy over filled and stripped the filter. Plus when i went i got all attitude and they closed before they were suppose too. Horrible, terrible experience.

Had an appointment called and asked for a quote the guy didn’t even know I had an appointment that same day and he couldn’t give me a price. Then when I got to the store the guy tells me that I would have to wait over 30 mins for them to look at my car. I should have received a call saying that they were behind or something this is unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend doing business with them to anyone.
