Great customer service! I needed a tire repaired not once but twice and they took care of me immediately so I could get to work on time. I will definitely come back for any mechanical issues.

Greg, Dan, and Kevin were extremely professional. I brought my car in for service and they were able to quickly find the issue with my AC. The repairs were half of the cost than the dealer quoted me.

My daughter took her car to get a tail light bulb replaced. The guy said that he would take a look at her car and never came out. The guys working there were not busy at all. There are also many cars on the lot waiting to be repaired. Very unprofessional customer service. When he came out of the office he pretended to be looking at something on the computer. Please do not use this business or perhaps my daughter was the wrong color. May I add that shes eight months pregnant and could not receive any help from this business....

Would not fix my car and overcharged me for parts and labor

I was having problems with my transmition not wanting to shift properly so I took it to cas and they had it done within a few days.Thank you cas I will be there again if I have any other issues

Mike came to my house and took my money for the part and partial labor and never returned. Every time I call he sends me to voicemail and then text me excuse after excuse or tells me he is on his way and never shows up. Super great thing to do to a family with 5 kids during the holidays. Do not use him

I actually broke down and Mike, the mechanic at CAS, came and helped me. Was able to get my truck back to the shop, get problem fixed, and me on the road again. All at an affordable price. Very knowledgeable and speaks to you not at you so you understand the issue at hand. Highly recommend going there for your vehicle needs

I took my truck in to get rear breaks and they had it done very quickly. Then i took my truck back because it was making a noise in the rear end and they had the promblem diagnosed in a matter of minutes. The new management team there has great customer service and they are the cheapest around! They have some great guys working there. I would recommend them to anyone!

Did some custom exhaust and other upgrades to engine. The new management and crew is amazing..fast, friendly and upfront. They are my go to and I recommend my friends and you to choose them as well.

Ive been coming here for several years now. They know who I am when I walk in the door. Now that is great Customer Service. They are honest up front ... never try to sell me something I dont need.

Went in for an engine evaluation and the root cause was mis diagnosed resulting in me paying for something they didnt resolve. Which is my overheating and steaming engine. Feel completely deceived not to mention information there stating after the fact wasnt disclosed initially.. Highly suggest any future patrons doing business here to do so at your own discretion.

Went in with a terrible brake noise coming from the rear and I had no idea what it was, the technician had my truck in on a lift with the wheels off before I even sat down. 15 minutes later a truck pulled in with all of my parts! I was in and out and they did a COMPLETE Brake rebuild on my old Chevy drum brakes! I was more than satisfied and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is hesitant on getting their cars worked on.!! Thanks Colerain Auto Service!

Scam that is the only word that I can think of for these people. Had my car worked on on Jan 23 cost me 256.96 they lied about work an parts I bought caught them ask for a refund they refused . this place cost me over 2000 bucks in repair after telling me my car was not over heating . I blew a head gasket the same night. Jan 24 I had to have my motor replace . I will be suing this place .. Buyer beware...

Had my Tahoe serviced. Check engine light was on, the NEW management had the guys scan and diagnosed the problem. Very happy with the service and price!

Sadly cant get lower than 1 star.These guys took advantage of an 87 year old man & offered no excuse for their actions. Work done on car was horrible. 8 year old could have done better. Any other worker would have been terminated. Guess owner must be related him. Thats why its a family business

I highly dont recommend coming here to get your car fixed, my friend went there and paid $900 to get repairs done and when he got the car back it broke down and had to pay towing fees and car is still not working right ever since we took it colerain auto service. They seem to care more about money then their customers.

After having my car for almost a month to fix a 1 busted brake line these pretent mechanics ran the new line which I had to replace my self becuase due to them not running it properly (it was cut too short) instead of fixing it they cut corners and almost killed me and my family they also broke my gas tank and my distributor they also left 8 sensors unplugged on my engine which they had no busy even touching the only thing I am surprised over is that they didnt steal anything but super shady I would rather pay a dealership than ever go back to these idiots again

Great service they did a absolutely amazing job on my car they had the best prices around and got my car taken care of quickly would recommend this shop to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Never go back to them again. I had to have my truck towed to them twice because they couldnt diagnose the problem the first time and they wouldnt compensate me the second time towing also charge me with a labor price because they said because of the man hours they put in. Im like really? I thought thats what auto mechanics are suppose to do. Never take your vehicle to this place. Its all about money and not to satisfy the customer. Very horrible company.
