They installed a whipple supercharger on my C-7 Corvette!The supercharger locked up the first day on the track, and whipple said they would not fix it because weapons X locked out the pressure relief.It destroyed my engine! and I had to have it rebuild from the ground up!Weapons X would not lift a finger to help or pay for the damage!I have no respect for them, dont ever bring your car to them..

Horrible customer service, and every time someone has an issue and reports it to Google, the guy running their page starts running his mouth about it not having to do with their business. Customer service is a joke along with quality assurance and customer satisfaction being well below average.

If youre looking for a performance shop, with quality products and great customer service this is your place.ordered a heat exchanger for my CTS-V, the owner brent personally sent me a text letting me know when it shipped (2-3 days later). product came in and i was impressed with quality of the product and welds.product and communication was great so ordered a varimax pump a month later to complete the build, product came in fast with top notch customer service and fast shipping.ive dealt with other shops on the past, and having the owner respond within an hour each time is almost unheard of.i will be doing more business with brent and his team and WX.

Great customer services and had a great experience buying all my car parts.

Some parts that were drop shipped took a little long due to covid delays but everything that was in stock didnt take long. Decided to go with them because they had most everything I needed and didnt have to buy from a lot of different places.

I ordered some Weapon X lowering springs in the beginning of May. There was nothing on the product page that stated the springs were currently on back order, so i found this fact out after being charged for them. i was told it would take 6-8 weeks. I finally got them 3 months later. be sure to double check that the item your buying is in stock, this was very unprofessional and deceiving.

I own a 2015 corvette z06. I have bought all my parts from supercharger lid, wires, and carbon fiber aero parts from them. Recently had a question on a very hard to find carbon fiber part Brent and Kim emailed me RIGHT back within minutes. Will be ordering more parts soon enough. Ordered stage 2 cooling system for my v2 excellent service and communication def recommend and I will def use again

I ordered on March 8th. I asked about the order on march 14th. Kim responded and said she would have tracking the next day. Its been 6 weeks, still no word. They dont answer the phones, they havent responded to emails and the voicemail for order tracking is full. Terrible customer service.

I wouldn’t trust this place to put air in my tires. The “owner” Ben, who is a joke, thinks his customers should thank him. Look up their horrible reviews elsewhere before using them. He threatens lawsuit when someone posts a bad review and his fifteen dollar an hour attorney sends a letter. It doesn’t work and he can’t do anything!! Post the bad reviews without fear. Look them up on Better business Bureau!! Wow.

I have used WeaponX a few times over the years. This past year I have worked directly with Brent. He goes above and beyond with service. They sell quality products and are very upfront. My first experience with them was great, I was on the phone with Brent for about 30 minutes before ever even talking about ordering anything. We talked about what my end goal was and the options I had, instead of him pushing a specific path or product on me. The Weapon X team also helped me get a better shipping rate when I was sending my blower to get ported. This team is focused on customer satisfaction and building relationships instead of hunting dollar signs. I will continue to use Weapon X Motorsports as long as they are in business.

I ordered the heat exchangers for my 2018 ZL1 during all of this COVID-19 BS. I am very happy with the upfront honesty and outstanding customer service that lead times might be longer for certain items, but they are on it and got my order on the way to me fast and with no hassle. The response time and dedicated customer service has been outstanding and very professional. I am more than happy to recommend them to my friends for their car parts needs.

Wow dont touch these guys with a 10 pole. My Z06 has been in the shop for 2 week and running, sitting without a bumper because WeaponX sent an incomplete wing package with no instructions and they wont talk to my installer. Why wont they talk to my installer. Because how to install the wing is a secret.

He was providing excellent customer service! I have received my parts and was very happy! A couple months later, I have called on a Saturday around 3:30pm Eastern Time and I didnt think I would get answered but was actually aiming to leave a voicemail or call the on Monday... Better yet, Brent answered and was SUPER helpful! He went above and beyond! He reached out to the vendor right on the spot while I was still with him on the phone and reassured me that he does have the item in stock ready to be shipped!My first order with Weapon X was spot on and I knew I will be doing more business with them in the future but after this 2nd inquiry that got handled even better... I ordered the Carbon Fiber eyebrows for $270 for my 2019 Chevy ZR1 back in July 2019. I have not received them yet. I have contacted them several times and they responded by email stating that the vendor was behind on making the order. Well its been 3 1/2 months and still no product. I sent them one last email yesterday, requesting back my money. My advice to them is dont advertise a product that you cant deliver on within a reasonable timeframe. I have not heard back from them since my last email. Im getting my money back by filing a dispute through my bank. Its just inconvenient. I will never order anything from them again and I will also tell everyone I know in the Corvette World to steer clear of them.

Thanks to Eddie, Blake & crew they stayed open for our car being towed in as we were out of town, fuel line problem on high performance engine, on our way to Columbus, OH for Mopar Nationals weekend. In 2 hrs they got us back on the road and so far the new and improved designed fuel line is holding for us. Top of the line High Performance Shop, highly recommend

I would not recommend buying a radiator through them. They out source their radiators, customer service is a complete joke, no shipping email(probably cause they just middle man everyone). I will never order through this company again. Completely dissatisfied. Thank you De Witts radiator for actually doing the work on the radiator and building it and shipping it.

Amazing place!

Can’t say enough good things about Ben and his staff. Weapon X did a major build on my C7 Corvette last winter which included Procharger D1X, forged pistons and rods, Circle D converter, MSD ported Intake, stage 3 cam and other upgrades.The results were a motor that produced approximately 780 rwhp. I’ve been driving the car for 6 months and the performance and driveability are exceptional.

Was driving behind my friend when his control arm welds failed and nearly caused them to lose control on the highway. Weapon X outright refuses to refund, repair or make good on the situation. Check out the post on their Facebook if they havent deleted it to hide evidence, photos of the dangerously negligent welds are provided and they refuse to do the right thing. For your own safety, do not buy from these people who care more about money than the product or your safety!!!!

Called and emailed them several times. No reply. I was trying to get my C7 Z06 done by them. The shop that has done other C6 vettes for me didnt want to take on DOD. No reply, no call back. I know several others that have bought parts prior to me wanting my build done here and they warned me about Weapon X customer service. Maybe its just us, but I will not try anymore. I went with Katech customer service so far is amazing.I had to update this because Eddie did reach out to me.

After speaking with the owner of this place I should of ran away after he dogged every other shop within a few hours away. He is a joke, think a mix between jersey shore wanna-be and a Midwest nobody. I live a couple hours away and had these imbeciles work on my Corvette. Stevie Wonder could of done a better job setting things up. Car never ran correctly and the overall experience was worse than getting a root canal.... with no novacaine. They claim to be the best LS shop but yet they work on everything. They should change their name to Weapon X Mut shop. Surprised they are still in business, seems they screw up parts orders too. lol.
