Returned a faulty part, could only receive in house credit. Returned to use the credit and they stated my $150 has expired. No information on the card, no expiration. Was already frustrated I couldnt get my cash back, then to find they simply keep your money and nobody said it expires. Its a parts yard. Why would the time lapse? Asked management and they kinda laughed and went on joking with the cashier. Dont waste your money. Ive given all my business to LKQ in Sharonville, and Besslers in Hebron. Much cleaner yards, and the staff actually explain their business practices.

Another well organized self serving auto salvage yard in another Ohio river valley location. I was able to get the parts that I wanted at an affordable price. They have the vehicles presented so that you can get most replacement parts.

Everyone was friendly. The vehicle locations were clearly marked and the lot was organized. Will come back for more parts in the future.

I like coming here. Been coming here for about 5 years. The lot is maintained and there are port-o-lets in the yard.The admission price increase to $3 is disappointing.It would be great if you could take more than 1 pic of each car. One outside, one inside, and one with the hood up would be great. The other u-pull lots in town take multiple pics and it does help to determine auto/manual, interior color, and what engine is installed.

I go here all the time its a great place to buy used parts for your vehicle.

They are not customer service oriented! We came at 4:40 pm and was told that they were closed. They are supposed to lock doors at 5 pm. The announce over the speaker in the yard at the time they close. We sat in the parking lot until 5 pm when they announced that they were closed. I WILL never go back to this salvage yard if not necessary. Do not lie to your paying customers and turn them away. What type of business does that?

Their prices seem to be getting higher and higher and higher and higher sorry I know it take takes money 2 make a business to work but you got to find that middle you cannot get greedy and it is very easy sometimes you got to step back and and look at your business from the outside looking in. This goes for a lot of businesses I understand if youre struggling it dont apply to you. So good luck and the biggest thing especially with the corona problem keep things clean always be wiping stuff down even if you dont need to be wiping it down wipe it down anyway then wipe it down again people see that type of stuff.

Good prices good inventory needs improvemen but good service overall

One of my favorite junkyards, but I wish admission price hadnt gone up. Also, the environmental fee added to each transaction makes it feel like Im paying 17% sales tax! Otherwise, they have a good selection of vehicles and the gravel lot is maintained well.

Got what you need, most likely. You can call ahead and check. $3 per person entry and a 10% veterans discount (with VA ID).

Its a junk yard- keep that in mind.The people that work there are decent and nice.Parts are cheap.Got 2 headlight housings, a radiator core support, front bumper cover and hood (all in usable, but not great condition) for $202 and some change.It is self serve, so dont expect to walk in, find your parts and walk out- you have to remove them from the junk cars yourself.

It was cool I got to push a wheelbarrow around with my tools in it until I found the part I needed.

I love how you can search their website for your make and model and they will show you what they currently have available. On the listing of the car search they include 1 photo, year of car, location in the lot and how many days its been in the lot. Its very helpful.Entrance is a couple bucks per person. No kids allowed.Its amazing what you can find in those cars.

Got what I was after. They even helped me figure out which vehicles were compatable so I had more options to chose from.

While there is a cover charge to get in but the cars are up off the ground an easier to work on than most places.Also they are constantly updating their stock so they try to keep up-to-date and a good selection if you work on cars that are needing Parts and you dont have a lot of money this is the place to go they have a online inventory and also you can look up your part at the front door before you even go into the yard and pay it also cross references in other parts will work from a different vehicle

My son wouldnt let me come in cause of all the parts cluttered the area. It was always cleaned up.Also it was raining. But u should not allow people breaking things on older cars. He needed to Head lights for a Jaguar vehicle he owns an every Jaguar he seen the Head Lights were broken. Its ashamed that things mean a lot to others, others destroyed for no reason for it.

I am not a car person. The staff at U Pull & Pay in Cincinnati were all very welcoming and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to see me and to help where they could. I would definitely go back if there was a part that I could get for my oldish car rather than paying full price for a new one.

Car I received new arrival notice the previous day was totally picked over already. Could not get price list or even examples ahead of pulling. Cashier had real trouble identifying my parts in your system - trouble pricing - although prices I paid were fair.

Great prices on most of the parts. Some little parts are miss-categorized, and over priced, but over all, my go-to place for all I need.

Yard is well organized just ask for a list of cars and you will know where to find what you are looking for. Cars get picked pretty clean so you might not find what you are looking for. Keep in mind it is a junkyard but the prices are good just bring your tools and dont walk in with any expectations too high. Staff if friendly and helpful.

Rush to get here dealing with rush hour traffic. Online says they close at 5....well get here at 445 and they are closed

I like U Pull and Pay because they have great prices on parts and the fact you can go in and pull your own parts. As long as they have your year and model of car or suv in stock, your good.

I had to travel all the way across the yard to find my part. Was looking for a headlight assembly. Took me forever but i found it! I enjoy being at the junkyard anyways. So it was no problem for me!

For a pull and pay, self service auto parts lot this is one of the better ones. Dirty, smelly and can be dangerous if you dont know what you are doing. If you do know your way around you can find some good parts for very good prices.

I came in today (December 5th 2020 ) for hoses and trunk shocks that another junk yard didnt have and I had stuff in my bookbag from the first junk yard and as I was leaving they forced me to take my stuff out that was was marked with the letter J and they did not want to listen and got extremely rude and saying I was stealing from them while a cop was standing there and he didnt say anything to me so they stole about $40 worth of stuff that was marked with the other junk yard initials on them

When i called and asked for help because im a disabled combat veteran they hung up on me! i have 1 hand
