Just recently having bought a used car I went in to get some parts. the guys talked to me, they didnt talk down to me. I asked questions they gave me answers that I understood and I will definitely be back.

Today was a one star day..Im not an automobile expert and rely upon their expertise and invaluable insight. It appears the pandemic caused the loss of knowledgeable workers resulting in a botched order today and multiple return trips. In the past I couldnt complain but service w/ attitude was prevalent yesterday and I think the clerk lost his professional focus to duly assist a customer by confirming engine size before selling parts to a customer. the reputation of a KOI auto parts store used to exceed expectations with above average parts and service. I hope they remember that

Loved this place, especially a worker named Michael Angelo..he went way beyond his employee job to help me when the alternator went out on my car. I recommend them highly.

Looking for lower unit oil for outboard motor, guy tried selling me oil for a car telling me it wouldnt make any difference. He was adamant that it would work, LUCKILY I knew better. If I had listened to his professional advice I would have destroyed my motor in about 5 minutes..... Went down the street to Bills Battery, they were extremely helpful, didnt have what I needed but took it upon themselves to call around and found some for me at Advance.... Thanks to the guys at Bills for really delivering great service without even making a sale....youve earned my business and KOI-wont be back....

Their employees are courteous and attentive. They are very good at getting the correct part you need and making suggestions to help. Prices are average for quality parts. They are able to get whatever you need.

I have preferred to purchase any of our auto parts from KOI. In my opinion KOI is much better than any of the other auto parts store. There isnt a whole lot of stock on the floor but they have a large area behind the counter that has their stock. The few times we have needed a part that wasnt in stock it was usually either at the warehouse or another store. They have always given us the choice to either have it brought to the store or we could go pick it up.
