This place is just amazing . It started off rocky but in the end their pricing is good compared to other places . And we are just overall very pleased with Russ towing and I would recommend every single time !! I wrecked my vehicle and they just have the best prices around and most off all they truly try to help and you just walk in and instantly get into a better mood because the owner or worker and people who work their are so polite and professional !

Just had my second amazing experience with Russ. After using them for my previous car getting hit I knew where to go when I damaged my current car. Russ was quick to respond when I needed a quote (had me in same day) and was able to schedule service the following week. Once I got the quote and got them connected to my insurance I didn’t have to do anything else!They helped with my rental, sent updates, were conscious of a time constraint I had to get the work done, we’re very safe with Covid procedures and were overall a breeze to work with. Really cannot rate them any higher. Plus, I’m pretty sure they cleaned my floor mats! What a bonus!I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

Amazing and professional service.

Absolutely the worst and rudest company to work with. the drivers are incompetent. They did not have the proper equipment to tow a Mercedes Benz, and towed it anyhow causing additional damage to the car. They then attempted to charge $200 for towing on top of that. AVOID using this company. Trucks are run down and not equipped properly. Drivers are not educated how to handle high end cars. Drivers are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Quick snowfall on Feb 10th greatly impacted driving at rush hour. Nearly 2inches of snow fell within 2-3 hour period. We were driving uphill on Ludlow Ave, behind a Metro bus, just trying to maintain traction on the steepest part of Ludlow, by Sherlock Ave. This driver sped up and was inches off my drivers side as they sped past me, and ran me off into the parking lane as we crested the hill. This impatience was unnecessary as it placed them at an already red light due to a slow moving Metro bus that was in front of me. Your driver did not use caution or exercise any patience, in fact they drove unsafely with no regard to my life or safety. Drivers are always instructed to maintain distance and be cautious in severe weather. This driver clearly needs classes in anger management and driver safety.

Not only was their estimate considerably lower than other shops, but my car looks like new, and they matched my cars apparently unusual paint job perfectly — youd never know there was ever any damage. Obviously no one looks forward to the expense of having car repairs done but their work is 100% worth it. They worked with my insurance company and were very accommodating. Robert and company were excellent. They told me what it would cost based upon a texted photo and provided a confirmed final cost when we arrived for our scheduled appointment, in which they did; And it was still a very reasonable number. They said it would take three days and kept me informed of the progress via text messages. After the third day, we picked up the car, and Robert gave a very thorough explanation on what it took to take off the hatch, the emblems, windshield, repair the large scratch, then blend the paint over the scratch and they blend it very well. I originally had the door of my Silverado straightened out and painted in November. Over the last month or so for whatever reason the paint started peeling off the bottom near the gravel guard. I brought it back in since it was just taken care of less than a year ago. The Russ Auto Body team stood by their work and fixed the issue free of charge.Truly a great testament to customer service. I was not given a hard time, just great professional service all along the way. To be honest I expected it to be a difficult situation but it couldn’t have been more seamless.If I have other auto body issues in the future this will be the first place I go to.

Nobody wants to be on the market for an auto body shop, especially when you dont know what to expect in the process time or price-wise. Russ Auto Body & Towing made the process as painless as possible. They were upfront with what to expect and maintained communication throughout the month they had our car. They even answered many questions regarding how the insurance company would be involved and assisted us in organizing our rental car. While I hope to never have to use their service again (simply because I hope we dont get hit again!), I would certainly do it if anything happened in the future and would highly recommend them to others!

Took my vehicle there for a PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) on the car door. They did a decent job, but depending on what angle you look at the door you can still see the dent.

Professional and arrived quickly. The driver was conscientious. There was a tree branch hanging low enough that he was concerned it might scrape my car when up on the flatbed. He did a great job getting by it. They take cash or credit cards only. There is a service fee for cards.

Don at Russ Auto Body was amazing. I came in today to get an estimate on my car damage, and he was very friendly, extremely helpful, and had my sister and I in and out in no time. He even secured a rental car for us! I will definitely come back and will refer people to him. Someone hit my car and their insurance listed Russ as a trusted repair place. Very friendly and knowledgeable- super transparent about the whole process- talked to many members of the staff and all of them were equally wonderful.

When our vehicle was damage by a thrown rock while driving on the highway, we went back to Russ Auto Body because of our positive experience with them previously. We were impressed with our prior experience because of their exceptional communication throughout the repair process. This was a few years ago. This time, the communication process was even better. The use of phone, email and text message continually kept us up to date on the process of our most recent repair. Their attention detail caught damaged items that we did not see. They contacted the insurance company on our behalf and was able to get the unseen damage approved on the claim. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the condition of the vehicle, when returned to us, was nearly better than new. The cleanliness of the interior and exterior was spotless. Don treated us with empathy and respect, for which we reciprocated. Great experience all around.

I am extremely impress with Russs Auto Body. They clearly set the expectations for if I bring my car in by this time we can have the work done by this time. They explained realistic times for getting the parts in and completing the work. I was given accurate updates along the way to let me know we were still on track to have the work completed by the agreed upon time. This was extremely helpful and they were able to complete the work while I was out of town. Well at first I thought my experience was ok. Not wonderful but normal... I had a coolant leak that they said wasnt caused by the accident so I had to pay for that out of pocket. I wasnt completely in agreement but I let that slide. On black Friday the car was done and I was on my way in a rental to come pick it up while on my way to work. I called to see if they were there because I would be getting there right when they open and the day after Thanksgiving made me worry someone might be late to open shop. They were there but they hadnt cleaned it yet because [they] hadnt heard from [me] yet. I found this bothersome because if the car was done on Tuesday doesnt that mean completely done? How dirty could it be? Maybe they got it dirty while trying to test drive it or something? I told them it was a small chance but maybe I could come by and get it at around noon or 1 while on my lunch break but probably not. Somehow that made them call the rental company and tell them I would be there at 1 to drop off the rental car. So now I had to find someone to come pick up the rental and illegally drive it back to the shop and pick up the car because I didnt want to be billed for having the rental longer. So fast forward car got picked up and everything seemed fine. They even seemed to fix the horn which had been out since the accident..... Until this week when I noticed that the horn got used once and after that never worked again... then the heat wasnt working... these things shouldnt be related.... The next day the car was overheating. I call my brother who works on cars and tell him whats going on. He says maybe there was something wrong with the thermostat or an air pocket in the coolant and he would fix it this weekend. My boyfriend happens to be an ASE certified mechanic but doesnt work on cars for a living. He tells me to call Russ towing and tell them whats going on and have them look at it first. I call and he says do you still have that jug of coolant in the trunk?WAIT!!! HOLD UP WHY DO YOU KNOW WHATS IN MY TRUNK? ACCIDENT DAMAGE WAS IN THE FRONT, COOLANT LEAK WAS IN THE FRONT... THATS WEIRD!!!! He tells me to check the coolant and if its not low that he can look at it same day. I admit I had been driving and was scared to check the coolant knowing it would be hot. I get there and he takes a look. It takes a while so I leave my number and he is supposed to call me back. They were closing in an hour. At 15 min til 5 still no call so I come in as I dont want to be without my car all night and he has all my keys to my house and everything. When I talk to him he tells me that there was an air bubble that the engine sucked in about half a gallon of coolant and they topped it off and the heat seems to be working now. Says he doesnt know why horn isnt working says its a key problem. Fine I dont care about that as much dont want to ruin my engine. I leave. The next morning Im cleaning out my trunk. Something back there has been sliding around and driving me crazy! Its my jug of coolant!!!! Maybe 2 oz. left in it! They used that to top off my coolant! Mind you this wasnt a premixed jug and had been more than half full!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOULD HAVE THIS IN STOCK ANYWAY! AND TO LET ME THINK I HAVE SOME WHEN I LEAVE. NOT MENTION YOU USED IT? NOW I KNOW WHY ITS SLIDING AROUND, IT DOESNT WEIGH ANYTHING NOW!!! Of all that I experienced this bothered me the most. Now I wonder what else they went through in my car and decided that it would be fine to use. Weird to me that when I read the google reviews they talk so highly of professionalism and also say theyre difficult to let an owner in their own car. Their procedure on that I can understand. But sounds a bit hypocritical to me that youre worried someone is gonna steal something out of a customers car but thats kinda what you did to me right? Wanna know how Im certain it was them and the coolant didnt leak in my trunk? Because there are dirty grease marks on the cap in the ridges. Not from my hands I can assure you! Will post pic of that too!

Cant speak for the auto body side but Elmer on the towing side was phenomenal, went above and beyond to help me and give me options. While being knowledgeable and informative, he genuinely cared about helping me. Wasnt expecting that quality of service from a towing company. If I ever need a tow or auto body service, I know who Ill call.

They did an excellent job on my Kia. They got it in the shop right away and had the body work done in about a week. Car looks brand new after I got rear ended. There was an issue with the rental car at enterprise and the Russ staff resolved it for me; they were even willing to stay on hold for about 15 minutes of silence to do so. Their staff (every one I had the pleasure of speaking to) was so helpful and friendly. They made a bad experience (car accident) much less of a hassle. Hopefully I never need their service again but if I do this is the place Id go first. I highly recommend them.

Best experience we couldnt have known to ask for. After our previous towing company left us stranded for two hours we gave up and called Russ. Told us it would be 35 minutes, so we said OK. They came in 20. Super friendly guy who helped us and decided to try giving our car one last jump since he couldnt get it in neutral and it worked! He saved us the tow and the cost of the tow. Could not thank him enough from saving our night from total disaster!

This is for the auto body side. They fixed a dent on my front passenger side door. After getting the car back I found a scratch on the front passenger side door handle, which was not there before, and they wont call me back. Next week, Ill start calling twice a day. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

I brought my 2008 VW R32 in for some rust repair. I coordinated the drop-off, work and pick-up with Don who was very professional. The quoted estimate was very close to actual cost. The only additional money was due to some small parts which were required. Less that 10% over the estimate which is the standard range.Don took time to explain exactly what was done, show me pictures of the stages of work done and verified the car was cleaned up and ready to go before I showed up.Rust repair is always difficult since you dont know the long term results. But at this point I am planning on returning for additional paint work to clean up the front end.

Russ’s did a fantastic job on a PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) on my 2018 Toyota Camry SE. I had about a little bit bigger than a quarter size dent on the crease of my hood and they were able to work it out, making it look brand new!The worksmanship is fantastic, the people are great to work with, prices are fair, and all of my work was done in a day!Would totally recommend to anyone!

If i could rate 0 stars i would! Their attitudes are Rude! Though they try and be professional. They suck! My mom got in a accident her car was totaled and towed here. All we wanted was her pocket change that was in the car and cds... nothing major. They made us feel like the car was impounded or repo. We have to show all this information just to get personal items out. They take your car key and someone else goes through your car to find your registration if you think its in the car. And upon return if its not in the car they keep your car key until you can show registration regardless if you have insurance and it matches exactly to what your license says.. Bad business! If you get an accident, i dont care if its outside this place, DONT COME HERE! Its literally a living hell. They need to have different procedures for different situations. They treat all the customers as if we are criminal. I will never return here, nor will i recommend anyone else. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Now upon being in pain my mother has to deal with this foolishness. 👎

Been there to get estimates. The manager assured me he would email me that. Contacted them thrice afterwards and every time they had different reasons to give. 10 days passed and i am yet to get the estimates. very unprofessional.

Called to get another opinion on an estimate. The individuals I talked to weren’t in the least bit helpful. Asked to fax over the estimate so they could take a look. His comment was along the lines of...well the actual damage done is probably way worse. Not helpful.

Rude rude rude, my son was in a accident last night and my car was towed to this company and when I came to get my stuff out of the car they made me feel like I was a criminal. I couldnt get my own registration and insurance card out. I would never recommend this company to anyone! !! Just Rude
