They were VERY friendly, professional, patient, and fair. They worked with me after a few set backs. Work was completed on time and done very good. I was in an accident that had my entire front side of my car destroyed. I had many issues with this location. Due to the accident my insurance had pictures sent to them to confirm the damage. Apparently my insurance told the people here that there was in need of work to my engine. Don decided to not fix this item and either lied to my insurance to up-charge them or was careless in assessing. The fact that through pictures, they were told to fix the engine and they did not is absurd. I ended up having my car break down on me twice following picking up my car. Another issue I had was they told me the car was ready when it wasn’t. I dropped off my rental and drove there to be told it wasn’t ready. The man there did not even apologize, just blamed the secretary for not calling.The lack of communication and carelessness shows they are in it to cut corners and cheat and lie to get it.

Eric at Don Sanders Auto Body is an excellent mechanic! Had to have a new starter installed on my Honda Accord. Did front brakes, and rotated the tires. All in one day! Great job at a reasonable price. Ill keep coming back. 👍👍
