The customer service was fantastic. I worked with Pedro and he was great!!! I had gone to the chino hills location and left wanting to scream but at this store Pedro was able to fix my problem immediately. He was very well informed and extremely helpful!

Mario is fantastic. I’ve never had so much help and care from a retailer. I had an incredibly complicated situation and he helped when no one else could on the Verizon customer service line. He spent so much time balancing the flow of the store all while helping me get a working phone in my hand that day. Everyone who interacted with the team (I saw several transactions) got above and beyond service. I would have hugged him if not for social distancing.

I was very happy with my service from Lance, I walked in not certain if I could afford Verizon or what benefits they had to offer that were different from T-Mobile who I’ve had for years!!! But Lance welcomed me right on in made me feel confident with my decision and discussed all the benefits that comes with switching over and I got a new phone with a new case. Couldn’t have been any happier with my great service from Lance, thanks buddy.

When I say five star service I absolutely mean five star service. My wife and I walked into Verizon not knowing anything, which phone we wanted or which plan we needed. Lance provided us with knowledge as he has many many years experience with all cell phones. I can honestly say he has saved us hundreds of dollars a month and we are forever grateful. Had to pay my phone bill. Was going to pay with my card but their computer system was down and couldnt pay with card. But I could pay with cash. Ok fine, but wait! That will be and extra $3 processing fee! So I want to pay with card but cant and its an extra $3 to pay cash. Why do I have to pay more because your computers suck? Avoid this place!

I’m writing this review because I never received survey in my email, but I wanted to say the customer service at this place is excellent. The sales person Javier was awesome and very helpful. We had technical issues with my trade in but he made sure I walked out the door with my new iPhone 11! Unfortunately the technical issues went passed closing but he was willing to stay and make sure everything transferred to my new phone! Thanks Javier! I will be returning for my future purchases :) 10/10

Andrew and Marco were Awesome! They helped me every point along the way. :) helped with the prices and with getting my new phone due to a recall. They made sure that my phone was perfectly synced before I left so I wouldnt have the trouble of doing it myself. Trust me! This is the Verizon to come too! And plus, they are very good looking with those beards!

Went in there to pay a bill and a gentleman named Lance explained I was paying to much for what i had.. Been in that store every month for a year and no one has every told me.. Lance was some how able to get me an upgraded iPhone for literally 3 dollars more a month..Very good guy! He’ll take care of you like he did me.

They were very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Answered all my questions straightforward, gave me recommendations on what they thought might help me out the most and let me know if I had any issues with my new device, to just bring it back and they will assist with any problems occurring.

The sale person was not able to help me with phone and was inexperienced at his job it seems also he had a really bad sinus cold sneezing rubbing his nose on his hand is very unprofessional I walked out ol kind of mad or I was mad just bought the phones two days prior quit working he wanted to charge me $10 for a new SIM card told him unacceptable got it fix somewhere else. Original salesman Alex was very nice very helpful I dont know the last televisions name but he was full of BS

We decided to get my mom and son a new phone, the wait wasnt very long. Was helped by a great guy named Lance if Im correct! He was VERY VERY patient with all the questions my mom had. I let him help her while I set up my sons... Needless to say I should have tipped him for as many questions as she asked 🤣 but I will forever come to this store and will be looking out for my new Verizon rep Lance!!!

They sell your reserved items even if its already paid for, avoid this location as much as possible.

I had an excellent experience at this location today, and I highly recommend it. I got help upgrading my phone and switching plans to get a better deal. Service was attentive, courteous and provided quality service. While I was there, everyone who came in was greeted, and the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly.

Kevin is the best help ever!!!! I came in with my mom because her phone wouldnt turn on and Kevin offered us the LG stylo 2 and she loves it, especially the pen! He then sold me a tablet for a great price that you cant beat. Him and the other staff were very respectful and professional!!!

Came in here to buy an accessory and was notified of all the current promotions. Willie and Ricardo were amazing finding the right needs for me. Employee by the name of Luis was also very helpful in transferring my data over and making sure I was satisfied. Love my new iPhone and tablet!!!Thank you guys.

Save yourself a lot of time and headaches and just go to a REAL Verizon store. This is run by Victra, a third party company authorized to sell Verizon products. They gave me the wrong phone and it took nearly a month to get the right one (with them giving me the run around the whole time). The employee claimed that he would give me a credit for all my trouble, but then when it came time suddenly he got in trouble for saying that. He also supposedly set up a discount for my line and registered me for a signing bonus. When I called Verizon to check on the status he had done NEITHER. These guys lie through their teeth and then backpedal when you call them out on it. I should have realized how sketchy they were right away when I noticed none of them are wearing Verizon uniforms. Learn from my mistakes and stay away from this store.

Please dont go to this store unless you want to wait to be helped for 2+ hours while an employee shows his speakers off to a customer while another customer waits to be helped. I got better service calling the customer service Verizon line on your device. Never again will I deal with this store. My daughter slipped and fell. Her phone ended up in a puddle of water. Verizon offers a service called Redux to fix phones that are damaged by water. We purchased this service when we bought the phone. Now that we needed to use it, we could not find a location that had a machine that worked. Ivan in the Chino store, went way beyond the call of duty to find one at the Ontario Mills location. He kept in touch with me as he explored all my options. His customer service was excellent. I spent all morning trying to get an answer and he was able to cut through the red tape and come up with a solution when everyone else just said “sorry”.

Brandon was a great rep! Helped me understand about upgrading my phone and the early upgrade program. Would highly recommend visiting him.

I went in skeptic about upgrading just because the majority of the time I have problems with my next billing cycle and it becomes a mess. I thank Jesus Garcia who was the primary in guiding me how to get more for my money he was thorough in explaining step by step what an estimate of my billing would look like for the first to third month so I would not have a heart attack. He tells it like it is without beating around the bush, which I appreciate I dont like surprises. If you personally need a Verizon store that can work with your technical issues or any problems whatsoever I recomend this store absolutely. I wish I can give a zero star if I could. I was there a couple times to add services to my account. I didnt pay attention to my bills because I was clear at how much I will be charged when I get the service at the location according to what they told me. However, I was wrong. I trusted the wrong sales people, who they lied to get a sale.The last time I was there to cancel my mom’s phone line because she passed away. I was told I have to add the hum service (a wireless speaker device for cars) in order to avoid the cancellation fee. The hum is free of charged. So I added the hum by Verizon because the sales rep said its free, Yes, the device is free, but theres a $10 service charge per month, which she didnt mention at all.Now after 3 months, I found out I am still paying for my mom’s line for $21 per month.I also upgraded my phone to the 6 plus, she said the total mobile protection will be free for 6 months, so I figured, why not?! But I am being charged for $11 per month.The Ellipsis Jetpack I got for $10 a month also at this location a while back, which adds free data to my plan, there’s the $9 per month mobile protection fee which was not mentioned as well.Now I am not sure if any of those free service had extended my contract or not. She told me every time that it will not extend my contract, but with all those lies, I cant trust them anymore.I was fooled by these people for over a year. I will never go back. Like the other reviewer stated, go to a corporate Verizon store.

Came here looking to switch from ATT to Verizon on my fiancé’s plan. They informed me of a promotion going on that actually helped us save a bunch of money in the long run. Didn’t try to oversell us anything and were super informative of everything in the process. Andrew was super helpful along with management everyone involved. One phone was out of stock but only took 2 days to be delivered and they called us the moment it got there. Definitely recommend this store for any of your needs.

Would give 0 stars if possible. One worker was on her phone the whole time I was there and the other wasnt even concerned with my issue. All I wanted was to ask a few simple questions that couldve been answered in less than maybe 3 minutes but instead they opted to waste my time. Im never coming back to this store again. I ended up going to the one at the Montclair Plaza which Im to understand is the corporate store. Right away someone was able to help me not a second of my time was wasted. Stay away from this one and go to the one in Montclair Plaza!!

Bad experience went in there on mothers day they told me they had special buy one iphone and get one free... next thing you know i went in because my bill they were charging me the two phones ans to top it all off they had two more iphones in my account they added with out me knowing... that i supposably bought 😡 went to talk to the supervisor and they had me going up and down they couldnt do anything about it very disappointed...

One worker was kind of rude and i stayed for something that could’ve taken atleast 10 minutes but ended up being an hour very upset.

Andrew Castillo, was awsome,grate,polite, extremely helpful,not only to me,but to every custoner that walked in to the chino store since10 am, when I first walked at his first customer. He was attentively all the custoners that walked in, I witness his professionalism for several hours. I was amazed how he could manage without any breaks, or lunch. Andrew was alone, until relieved several hours later.It was a pleasure to have met Andrew. He is definately an asset to verizon.
