Metro walking distance from my home. Went in for help with my phone that has warranty. Wifi and Apps not working. Newer employee reset phone. I came back within half hour because no apps or text were working and the phone was worse. Asked if I could replace was told no. Asked if I could buy a new phone told no. Asked for a Manager. Manager Skyped with me. So unprofessional and staff very rude....Manager said I had to go to the store I originally purchased the phone from (40 min drive to Riverside) am giving RIVERSIDE store 1O stars..Hugo reset the phone ...knew the product and I left completely satisfied.Chino store needs to train staff on products and Customer Service...
I am outside at 5:40 and its closed when it says closes at 6pm..what time do they close on Sundays? The door says 6pm.
Horrible place lazy rude and wasteful staff.
Staff was very rude, unprofessional and like to yell a lot. 12:35. Would advise to check out other stores instead of this one just in case the employee decide to throw a punch at your car door window. At wrong and also have anger management issue. A terrible human being. Lack of manner. Disgusting of a human. Be ware!
This metro has a great staff, always very helpful and store always smells good and is always clean . The employee Irwin was very knowledgeable, I am very happy with this location.
Great customer service. Employees are very attentive & helpful with helping me stay in my price budget. I would definitely go back !
Metro dude was helpful said hello as soon as I walked in the door asked if he could help me. I paid my bill and he saw i was looking at phones and quickly told me about upgrades for phone and the specs. He also ran my account to see if I qualified for cheaper price and I did. He gave me out the door price and now considering going back and making a purchase.
Ive had MetroPCS for ever but I had stopped going to the store because I never got the best services, however I went shopping at Superior and decided to give this one a try!!! Let me tell you I feel in love with the manager named CESAR!! he has amazing customer service, and he is attentive to his customers needs, and not to mention his amazing glasses and hair cut!! I recommend this store to everyone in the market!
This Metropcs has great customer service was helped by the rep Miguel he was very attentive to the questions i was asking he answered all my concerns. overall i can say i left very satisfied with their service i will definitely be returning and referring this location to my friends and family
Very helpful staff. Explained everything regarding programing a phone and adding additional services. My questions were answered in detail and with professionalism.
If I could put 0 stars will be betterSad how you guys even represent MetroPcsYou guys cheat people for their money adding extras on the service when I didn’t event ask for.I been 3 weeks since I switch over from Verizon and to be honest I regret everything in the way they are handling the situation.I financed 3 iPhone 7 that were on sale for switching over $149.99 and for some reason I called the SmartPay costumer service number and they are telling me I owe them $948.00That this store finance me 1 iPhone 7 for $748 and that they add a 20%But my question is what is that they financed me with because it doesn’t make no sense how three phones that are $149.99 have a value of one phone for $748 so to me they’re adding stuff like accessories they said they were free but obviously they weren’t so I think they finance 4 cases that they supposedly gave to us for free value of $100 in cases and SmatPay added the 20% so I feel like this company is scamming people adding stuff on their plans adding stuff that they say they’re free but they’re really not
The single employee at this mobile PCS was easily distracted by every single person. He kept taking people that just walked in before people that were waiting. He was there all by himself so this location was understaffed
This location has the worst service, three employees working, the employee who helped me looked like she was a newer employee as she asked the other two questions to confirm hers, they were sitting behind the computer laughing and talking on speaker phone. I asked if they can cancel a line and they said I had to go online or call customer service. I went to the MetroPCS location because my phone line was not active. They are able to cancel a line but refused to help me, they offered me to use their phone while they chatted away!!! How irritating! I would not recommend this location to anyone, I hope their manager doesnt condone this type of behavior. I gave them one star because I had to in order to post but they dont deserve any!!!!!
I walked in after having a horrible customer service experience with cricket, and after having a headache, the employees at this Metro showed me my options and by porting my number, I was able to get free phones as well as more LTE data and PAY LESS then cricket. Im so glad I switched and dont have to deal with the useless employees at cricket.thanks Metro!!
Are ZERO stars possible?Fraudsters, shady, liars. Those three words sum up this store and reflects on Metro PCS very poorly. Please leave a review on this store if youve ever experienced their lies. Im normally not one to leave bad reviews or talk poorly about others, but this has happened too many times now.On Oct 9th, 2018 my father-in-law and I visited this location. We were helped by two Hispanic females, one was a new girl in training and the other was a new supervisor in training. We asked if they had any specials or promotions and they told us that I could add a third line for $10 to my current $80 plan and that it would also have Amazon Prime, Google one and 15 GB of mobile hotspot for a grand total of $90 per month (in other words the promotion was 3x lines for $30 per line). We said that sounds really great because I would be paying $60 for my two lines and my father-in-law would pay $30 for his line. They started the process, which took about 2 hours (on a slow day). They continually apologized because they were new to the Amazon Prime package and took forever to get the new line going and the prime activated. They informed us that this was the second day of the promotion and we were the “guinea pigs” so that they could figure it out. Then they attempted to charge my father-in-law an extra $30 for accessories without his consent or even mentioning that they were going to add them. Luckily, we were paying attention. After the fact that we mentioned something, they said that it normally comes with the accessories as part of a “package”, which is BS because it is not displayed as a package deal anywhere in the store. Accessories are always optional and should never be assumed that they “come” with a phone unless otherwise stated somewhere. This was fraud instance #1.[Banks have gotten into lawsuits for forcing products onto customers without their consent or knowledge, same illegal business concept.]We thought they were hooking us up with a great deal. We were not hooked up. It was the opposite, because now theyre telling us the monthly phone bill is $120, not $90. I spoke with the supervisor who helped us that day and of course she doesn’t remember any of this and blamed the new girl (when she was right there with her the whole interaction). Now she proceeds to tell me that we signed up the day after the promotion ended (How convenient right?), which supposedly it ended Oct 8th, 2018. Again, we were there on the 9th, and she specifically told us that day that it was the 2nd day of this promotion, so how did the promotion end the day before if it was supposedly only 2 days into it?Now she’s telling me there’s nothing she can do to honor that $90 plan with all of the add-ons she originally promised. Either I would have to go back to how I was before (without Prime included, less hotspot, ect, which now that I have Amazon Prime I’m reluctant to change anything), or keep my plan as is and pay the additional $30/month (which is $30x12= $360/year, almost a $400 mistake). Now I’m considering just biting the bullet and leaving it at the $120/month (hopefully that doesn’t change too), but it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth to do so.How did my bill go from $90 to $120? Why would they promise us such a good deal and then come back around and change it up on us? This is Fraud instance #2.This is a bait and switch technique and is illegal. It’s simply a terrible way to do business. Honest people shouldnt have to suffer just because people are money hungry and will say anything to get them to spend their hard earned money. Now, its time to speak with my lawyer, good luck Metro.
Went in to get a phone because my had broken, I talked to a girl named kiki she said that she would help me no problem she did great and gave me a free case with my phone, that has always been my favorite store customer service was great
Horrible service... My phone started having problems and I paid to get a new one. When I finally got it it was used and dirty so I didnt take it they wouldnt refund the money. I had to talk to the main dealer to finally get my money back. I would not go to this place ever again.
Horrible customer service! none of the employees know what theyre talking about when it comes to the service plans, phones, or whom i may contact for information! I asked if i cant afford to pay one month when i pay it next will the bill be due the next month from the day i payed it last and they said YES!I also asked if I would be forced to pay for the month I DID NOT EVEN HAVE SERVICE; THEY SAID NO! THEY LIED! I am now being asked to pay $100 TO AVOID SERVICE INTERRUPTION! Ive been paying 50 bucks a month for P.O.S service and now i have to pay 100?!!! I dont think so! I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER BUT THERE IS NEVER ONE THERE!
Fast services and friendly
Its just right
Great
Great service
Wow
Do not do business here. Went in to get a new phone because mine broke. The employee said that I can be approved and get a new phone. I gave her my info and she said I was approved. I asked her if this was a line of credit I was taking out and she told me yes. She said it would be interest free for three months after the three months it was going to be 20% interest. She said I can make large payments on the phone to pay it off before interest started. Turns out it was a lease. I have three months to buy out my lease but there is a 20% charge to do so. My other option is to make 11 payments of $85 a month. If I choose to do that I’ll have paid close to $950 for $500 phone. She lied about other things as well. This is just a summary of what happened. My fault for trusting the employee though. I made the mistake.
Good attention
