They are sicko mode very cool people. The guy that works there has the best service he got you trust🤪💯and btw the prices are good to get your phone repair.

I hate to be the first one to give a bad review but I am a bit upset at the situation. I came in to Cosmo on Saturday to ask if they could replace my screen on my IPhone 8 Plus. I have Apple Care it would have cost $90 to replace the screen but Cosmo was much closer to me than the Apple store. So I asked if they could fix my screen they said yes so I left my phone and when I Picked it up I noticed the brightness and the boldness on the letters had a faded color. I thought it would get better within time or by resetting my phone but it didn’t change. I guess they put an aftermarket LCD and it wasn’t even glass it was plastic. Yesterday March 5,2019 I was at school and I had my phone on top of my backpack the phone slid off my bag onto the table and the screen broke and now there is a big oblique like across my phone. Now whenever I use my phone the screen glitches. I went back the next day March 6,2019 to see if they had some sort of warranty they said yes they have a 90 day warranty so they can replace my screen but they will only give me $10 off what I originally paid. Are you kidding me ? The quality of the lcd they installed is very cheap didn’t even last me a week this is ridiculous and now they want me to pay 87$ again . I guess I should have gone to Apple from the very beginning.

Had my iPhone 8 Plus repaired customer service was on point like I was the family she explained everything what she was going to do the process of it only 30 minutes to get it repaired I was out the door into 20 reasonable prices Nice cases clean store I would recommend

I took in my cracked phone and it was repaired right away. They have really good customer service and good prices.
