Jesse helped with my iPhone that half way through the day stopped working. I was unable to send or receive texts or calls at a critical point in my day. Jesse was so patient in all his attempts to resolve the situation. Ultimately it came down to having to work with Customer Service but he handled it perfectly and it was such a relief that I was able to walk away with my phone back in order!
I went into Verizon today for my sons first cell phone. Employee Leah was very helpful with this process. She was able to explain everything in detail for my husband and I. We appreciate her positive and professional attitude. I will be upgrading my phone next month and will surely visit this same location with Ms. Leah. Thank you for such a great experience.

I visited this store for help with getting my emails, text messages and phone logs to sync to my Blackberry Hub. A representative (Raymond) was very helpful and instrumental in helping to accomplish this task. He researched my issue and realized that my emails would not sync to my phone or my IPad due to the fact that a change had been made by my email provider to require “Two Factor Authentication”Raymond was very kind, courteous and professional as he reconfigured my devices to comply with the new requirements of my email provider.Everything is working just fine now, thanks to Raymond!
My husband and I went to get information on upgrading our phones and service at this location. Benjamin provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I stopped by the Chino Verizon this am. Yes they’re open. Had issues with my phone. Worked with Jennifer Mata. She was kind, professional and made my visit pleasant. The store followed all the Corona protocols and I felt safe being there. Highly recommend this Verizon for great service. And yes my phone is working.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL-AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The Reps at this store are swindlers and Charleston. Bought a phone here and was told I could return if I didnt like it. When I tried to return, they refused to take it back and said that it had a chip. Rep suggested using insurance to get a replacement, which I did-they wouldnt take a BRAND NEW SEALED phone back either. Uhg Ive been a Verizon customer for 20 years and always had great service from Verizon but,, This Reseller store is out to cheat people and has convinced me to only go to a REAL Verizon store-NOT a reseller like California Cellular Sales. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! ALL OF THEM THERE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER JENNY ARE AWFUL. NEVER AGAIN. I hope Verizon pulls their license agreement

Do not go here. Theres a standardized $35 set up fee and their phones are over what youd pay at a regular corporate Verizon store. This is a contracted store called cellular sales, which you wouldnt be able to tell much difference except for the terrible customer service, overpricing, and small sign on the door. Verizon store in the Chino Spectrum is a corporate store, save yourself the trouble.

Went into Verizon today to get a new phone and I was helped by Nick and Tyler. They gave me all of my options for getting new phone and saving money. I had no idea that Verizon had discounts for first responders. My husband and I ended up paying off his phone and I got a new phone in the process along with saving $35 a month off of our biking. The process was very easy and they were very helpful.
Jenny is amazing! Ive been bugging her about deals and issues with my phone for a while now and shes been super helpful. I finally decided to pull the trigger and actually upgrade to a new phone so I stopped by and Jenny went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and pricing for my needs and usage habits. She even remembered little things I had mentioned a while back which was very impressive. Went to return a case I purchased from a different location. After an employee just the day prior stated that I could return it there. I explained to the girl I didnt have my receipt because the girl from the other location didnt give me 1 when I exchanged it for the original case I bought bit I did have the original receipt for the original case purchased. I explained to her that an employee the previous day stated that I could return it there. She said Oh maybe he was a new hire & he doesnt know what hes doing yet I was fully aware that if she looked up my account she could see the purchase & even print out a receipt. However she was to lazy & had no customer service skills & didnt even attempt to pull up my account. I came here because it was closer to my home. She simply stated that I would have to go back to that location for the return because it was in there inventory. After calling 4 different locations they all said I could have returned it@ any location because the purchase was linked to my account which any location could look up. This manager showed horrible customer service to her employees who were there with her. Ill never return to this location again.
Extremely happy with the customer service we received. Every time we come in the store all employees are so pleasent and extremely informative and helpful. Went in today for a damaged phone case bought through this store and Kim helped me the warranty replacement. Even put the case and new screen on for me. Kim was very awesome and installed HUM for us in our car. She let us know about all the great promotions going on. Definitely earned our business and keeps us very happy Verizon customers. Will continue to come to this store and to Kim. Great job!

She walked us through the process which in our case took several days due to very poor service and cooperation from a prior carrier. Even though I live the Boston area I was able to get my phone from one of your representatives, Jenny Mata. She was very professional and took care of everything. She mailed me my phone and checked to see if it had arrived. Once I received my new phone she was able to activate it even though we live on opposite coasts. I was very impressed because I was a little worried it could have been a disaster. But it was so easy and I love my new phone. Jenny is amazing!

All this place cared about was making a sale, and dont care if they screw over their customers. I used to work in phones and never lied to a customer the way that Gerry (Gerardo) lied to my boyfriend and I. We had to pay an entire month of service without a phone because of his wrong information. The manager was useless and over the phone correction was a nightmare. We ended up on the phone for 2 hours to fix what Gerry did wrong and are still having issues because he selected the wrong phone plan as well. Dont go to this store if youre looking to be taken care of right, my boyfriend is a Verizon customer of 14 years and has never had an issue until Gerry. The customer service over the phone agreed that we were screwed over and did everything they could to help us out of our bill, but it was inevitable. Hope this helps and it doesnt happen to you.
Usually when I walk into a phone store I expect mediocre customer service at the get-go. This was not one of these times. A salesperson named Matt helped me choose my new car mount and was extremely knowledgeable about the different kinds. I left feeling pleased and not ripped off. 5 stars for this store!

What an awsome store! This was not the typical sort of move-em-in, get-em-out experience weve almost come to expect from previous experience. Instead, from the moment we entered the store we found ourselves treated to very competent and professional employees who took their time to walk us through and talk us through every question and concern we had regarding our plan and our phones. Seems funny to say, but we had fun! Were glad we found/chose this particular store and know that well be going no where else in the future for any and all Verizon needs.
After having a typical Monday which included breaking my phone Sales Rep Kim took care of me. She was kind enough to stay past store hours and even transferred all my pics and contacts. I will definitely be back whenever I need a new phone or just have questions. Thank you Kim for helping me end my day on a good note!

I had written a great review for this store and the sales associate Andre thathelped me when I came in to start new service on 2/18. The service was great on that day until last Saturday 2/25 when this same sales associate Andre tried to extort $476 more out of me by saying Verizon was requiring extra deposit. I contacted Verizon directly and they let me know they first dont ever do that and second had no such information on my account. Be careful because he claims his manager and him had looked into it. Shady Verizon store..!!!!

Excellent service, affordable, I saved a great deal of money and Mrs. Estefani Segura made sure we get the best deal for the whole family. I had T Mobile before and I thought they have good price however the cellular service is not reliable until I talked to Mrs. Segura she took her time to explain all the family packages and suggested one that save us about $145 per month with more reliable service. The store is clean and organized A++++
