Very professional and kind atmosphere. Had a young lady and gentleman help me to set up a new line and although there was an issue due to the device I brought in ( a watch that had more than one step to connect to their network ) they patiently and with professionalism helped me out. It took about an hour or more but they didnt give up. I apologized on my end because it was my watch that was giving so much trouble but their customer service was excellent. Once again thank you tmobile team ! 😎

Completely awesome experience. Got a good deal on a new device (REVVL 4+), and the service was excellent. Hector was friendly and completely professional. He answered all of my questions - of which there were many - and explained all of the available options in straightforward, easy to understand language. Again, a completely awesome and relaxed experience. I will be doing all of my future business at this location. Thank you very much!

Called this store since it was the closest location to my sister in law since we live in Arizona and we needed to add her to our plan. When we spoke to the gentleman on the phone he was very helpful explained we qualify for a new iPhone XR when we open a new line. Little did we know it was only to get us in the door. This location is such a scam! Do not go here we will just be canceling our lines and go to another carrier.

Horrible customer service, cheap lying salesmen. Walked in and asked to get a phone on JOD ( jump on demand) got told I could only have JOD if I already had it on my phone. How is a new customer supposed to have the option then? Heard them speak bad about the customers as soon as they left, was shocked not going to this location anymore. Found much better customer service at the location on Vineyard ave.

Went there on a Saturday and it was super busy but, I didnt have to wait in line! They have a good system so I you can look around while you wait for service instead of standing in a line.Cool upbeat atmosphere, employees are friendly and attentive and very efficient.

This particular location is the worst place to visit if you have any issues with phone. Went in there seeking for help but this employee working in there was very rude and others employee were talking to each giggling ignoring people who need help, refuse to make eye contact and also responded rudely when asked question. Also if you want to go in there be ready to be judged if you are planing to purchase low cost phone.

Do not speak to JOCELYN the employee. She will cheat you and have you think your phone has no fix just to have you purchase a new phone to receive her commission. The store manager ROY is very rude and unprofessional. He will argue with you just to blame the employess mistake on you. Do not speak with the manager to file a complaint because he will argue with you contact the BBB(better business bureau)

The woman who helped me was very incompetent. She didn’t know about the JUMP plan we were upgrading and tried to charge us for the upgrade even though it was free. I had to keep telling her the correct information. She also didn’t switch the SIM cards out and added some extra insurances/charges without my mother’s consent. I’m glad that I’m more knowledgeable than the employee because I was able to correct these mistakes. Very disappointing. I will find the woman’s name and add it to my post.

Got a phone as an early Christmas present, i noticed a small dot on the edge of the screen, i thought it wasnt a big deal, well it turned into a black line across the screen, i went to tmobile and a nice lady said it can be replaced, but the person who got me the phone had to be present to do the exchange, two days later we go again and they said that I need to speak with the manager, now I went and the manager says its too late to report a problem, seriously??? But she gave me the option to go to best buy and talk to a Samsungs technician to see if I damaged the phone, after an hour of driving and waiting best buy sent me to Bakersfield...total waste of time and money. Bad customer service.

Very bad my wife every time she comes in to pay her bill has along wait. They tell her it will be a 10 min wait but turns out to be 20 to 30 mins. Dont understand why they dont tend to people right away that are just making a payment. Or put in a kios. I will try to have her switch provider. You should look into this problem

I really liked an employee there by the name of Chris. He was not only very knowledgeable, but went that extra mile to explain, in detail, and address all of my concerns with regard to a bill, service plan, or whatever the concern was. Before him, I didnt really care for going there at all. I recently visited this location, because my daughters phone broke (she also has TMobile) and was hoping that Chris would be there to help. Unfortunately, we were told (in a rather rude sort of way) that Chris no longer was with the company. The manager there took our name down and asked us to wait until one of his associates was free. We were helped by a girl whos name I cant remember, but she was of no help whatsoever! She looked like she would rather be any place else but there. The girl told my daughter that her only options would be to pay $170.00 (under the insurance plan) to cover the cost of replacing the phone, or to upgrade to another phone, which would have cost up to $300.00. I asked the girl if there was any other option available, and she sort of rolled her eyes, and responded by saying, nope thats it. Nope? Is that really a word that should be used in a professional setting? I dont know if these employees are paid commission, but my daughter opted to call customer service and ask if they would be able to replace the phone. The woman at customer service told my daughter that the phone could be replaced, under the insurance plan, for the cost of $5.00. Thats right, five dollars! Why wasnt this option made available to my daughter at the Chino location? The individuals here are either not trained or skilled in their respective fields, or they just lack the enthusiasm necessary to work in retail. Its unfortunate, but if I had a choice of calling customer service and waiting on the line for 10-15 minutes, then another 10-15 mins on the phone with them, Id opt to do that instead of driving to this location just to be told that they cant help in any way, AND with an attitude.Bottom line, if you want DECENT customer service call 611; Dont waste your time driving to this location. They wont or cant help you.

They over charge me for retuning a Samsung gear 3 after the thing was over heating on me. It was supposed to be $50 like it said on the paper that I had but the manager decided to charge me $75 which its too much since it was not a tablet. She argue with me I dont think its right since I been a customer for Tmobile for a long time noe. Plus over charging your customers its not right period

The person who received me upon entering was very friendly. And the person who attended to me was very arrogant, I have problems with my phone that turns off and I try to sell me the same phone that I had so that I was not complaining and told me that I was the only one who has problems with the phone I have a galaxi 6 edge and I have already had a phone exchange for the inconvenience and he told me that he could not do anything for me that he only sold phones and called 611 and they told me that this store is authorized to check your phone and change it if necessary, the man who attended was a Gabriel
