I very disappointed with this store in Chino and the people who works there, I bought some Google cards and one didnt work. went back and when they checked the receipt the card wasnt scan it was a different card number, the guy that I spoke to was very rude his name was Jorge . He told me that he couldnt do nothing about it and for me to contact Google support that I did and I wasnt able to talk to nobody . I will never go back to the store . They just took my money. I highly recommend that when buying those kind of cards check if they scan the right card when they give you the receipt because they stealing your money .

They called a 6 year old game new because they put it in a new case and charge $60 and slapped on a plastic sticker to justify their pricing. When i went to return the game because i didnt like the game with reciept, they offered $16 store credit. If this is how they treat their customers and wonder why theyre running out of business, im not surprised. Ive visited this store multiple times in the past and each time have given them my business. Im never coming back here. If you appreciate customer service, this isnt the store to find one at.

Friendly staff. I was looking for a PS5, they were honest and told me the only way to get one from them is their online store, due to shortages.

5 people allowed in store at a time, otherwise business as usual. Good selection. Mostly fixed prices. Used games available. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Clay was exceptional knew exactly where I could find my items and got me in and out super fast! I will definitely be coming back to buy more games!

The staff were awesome. This was my first time visiting this location and I am going to make this my regular one from now on. My experience was perfect, with the store and staff. Wouldnt change one thing.

The girl at the curb side pick up was rude. As we walked up she said state your business with an attitude. “How can I help you” sounds a whole lot customer friendly. When we asked for the controller we needed she said they were sold out. Asked if she knew when it will be coming in she replied in a bother tone that’s up to Sony not us. She was more attentive talking to the boy that was just there hanging out talking to her. I will never go back to that store again. That employee needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Very good, better than Walmart, target, Bestbuy and a lot more. Little more expensive but worth it. The service is very good.

My son, bought a video game and some playstation gift cards for himself.

I had a great time looking at the stuff while my son was looking to see where fortnite was for the switch.

I have been calling every 15 minutes and no one answer the phone.

The workers were very patient with my grandsons. A lot of their game choices were sold out. The female employee helped my grandson with their purchase, especially when their gift cards did not work! She actually counted hthe change out for him. Most people dont count your change back any more!So happy with the customer service in this Chino location.Keep up the good work!

Typical gamestop. It was kind of crowded and there were only 2 people working the counter But they managed to get everyone checked out really quickly. Good selection of used titles

The employees at this store are lazy and unprofessional. Went to trade in a electronic item and they stated the battery is dead so we cant take it. Bad for business GameStop China. Most of the staff is extra helpful by looking beyond the normal resources to find what you need or want, and find its location.

This GameStop is the worst one in the area. Inventory dosnt match the website, employees always try to tell you your trades are defective and talk you down on trade credit (tip--just take them to another store) and dont bother asking for cash. Imean, Im 30 years old and they carded me just to buy a game. Ive seen them hassle other customers over returns. Save yourself the future hassle and just go to a different store.

Picked up headset for my boys Xbox !. Staff was pleasant and they had headset I needed.They were very busy, and still very helpful.

Dont trust this store try to pull a fast one on me and sold me a used game as brand new at $64.79 the game comes in a hard back cover hiding the game in side NOT covered n plastic, for the new Xbox1 game The Witcher Wild Hunt 3, I didnt notice cause I had bought other games and noticed plastic on them an they have hardback covers also, didnt come to mind to check all, I wouldnt of noticed cause I bought a few other games so it would been awhile till I actually looked at it to open it. I was jus admiring my new game and thats when I noticed it didnt have plastic on it when I got to my house, I brought it to game stop attention and they replaced my game with one with plastic on it (BUT I WAS ALMOST ASKED OUT) cause what if game stop didnt believe me glad I found out with in the first 30 min of me jus buying it an I called them and told them bout it, DONT TRUST THIS STORE for cheating me out of my new game wasting my time, almost got me, and I heard other people in line complaining they needed to return cause something didnt work Stay Away I asked to give me a free game for their mistake an drama and I was declined or it I would give them a five star but they get a one star a no star if I could

Bought a game that my grandson has been asking for...got the game covered for $1 for the yr.

Everytime I come here its more as an experience instead of a visit service is always wonderful and helpful in explainations. I would totally recommend this place to anyone
