I hate to have to write a post like this, but I have had the worst customer service experience with these folks. I ordered a set of AFF02s in black chrome through a very reputable dealer who I have been purchasing high end wheels from for over 10 years.Right from the start, we observed that there were problems with ACEs rep. My guy knows that I have nothing but high end vehicles. I collect late model Mopars, and in particular, SRT vehicles. I have everything ranging from SRT-4s with low miles to three different Vipers. My style is low-key q-ship.Their rep knew that the wheels were going on a 2014 Chrysler 300S AWD. I was interested in the wheel because I knew I could get it in a high positive offset, because I detest the poke look, and I am going to build the vehicle into an AWD SRT8 clone. So, what did their guy do? First he tried to sell my guy on a 35 mm offset, but Tim was very clear that I did not run a poke look, then he basically forced a 38 mm offset on us.We get the wheels, and they are sticking out in the front of the vehicle. I took them off of the 300 and put them on a Charger my husband drives because I am disgusted, but I am removing them from this vehicle as well. The photos supplied illustrate how ridiculous the wheels look on that vehicle.I requested that they provide me with another set properly machined to a 48 mm offset. They flat out refused to replace them, but they were going to give me a deal on another set. Uh, I didnt notice a turnip truck parked in my driveway this morning, and while I was born at night, it wasnt last night. The rep had the audacity to insist that the 48 mm offset would rub against the brakes of the vehicle. here are shots of the brakes and the back plane of the wheel, and it is clear that there is no intersection.Bottom line, beautiful wheels, the black chrome is amazing, the wheel is light, great aesthetic, but the customer service is garbage, and hey, if you want them to dictate what your ride is going to look like and limit you from lowering your vehicle, then sure, buy their rims. Me? I will NEVER buy ACE Alloy again.
