Terrible customer service, and an even worse product. NO help at all, shameful.Do not use.

Avoid these con artists at all cost... they will not stand by there product and they have no information on the products they sell... they are terrible and have worst customer service on the web!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This company sent two left sided mirrors and instead of taking back just one and resending the correct one they made even more trouble for their customer by asking me to send both back for a refund and then order again. Not to mention their customer service lady who answered the phone was extremely rude.

Avoid this seller at all costs, I purchased a headlight from newegg as 3rd party and this company sent me a depo headlight that fogged behind lense within days of install. I paid several hundred dollars to have installed and the company would not even respond to my attempts to communitcate.

I previously ordered fog lights however when I received my package it contained wires. I contacted Auto Parts Avenue, at first they seemed to be helpful. I was then left to deal with USPS myself and was told that paperwork had to be completed etc after being so frustrated I gave up and never heard back from Auto Parts Avenue. I wont be purchasing anything from this company again.

This company doesn’t pay attention to detail .i recently ordered & bought 2 white indicator lights because my right side light was out in my car. After delivery I opened the box to install them in my car but I had 2 left side lights ! What an inconvenience.
