Save yourself the money and the trip!!! the parts here are very cheap and dont last. when you try to order the part you need they come either to small or dont fit like they should. worst part is when you try to call customer service they laugh. you end up with a useless part. just go to autozone from the get go. no wonder these little shops dont last in business. Autozone is the way to go!! Trust me

Great name brand parts at a reasonable price.

This supplier is getting sloppy. There is no double check before hauling parts from Chino to Rancho, bringing the wrong parts. Manager, Carlos Is of no help brushing off responsibility in accountability. There is no managerial level of communication or problem resolving skills, when notified of an issue. Not even a thanks for the info, well look into it. Too bad the manager cannot communicate better, or emulate a better attitude or response. I may have had a few new business leads to share. With what I experienced, I would rather not.
