Ordered online for in store pickup. Arrived and they couldnt find the part. This is the 3rd time this happened at this particular Napa location. Person assisting me seemed lost. Same person helped me all 3 times. I dont think I will use Napa ever again, but I definitely will not go to this location. The part was a cabin air filter. Not difficult and most auto parts stores have them in stock. He tried to upsell me one at double the price.
