I was treated so well I dont see what other people are talking about Ive been coming here for years. They give me my car on time you can shop while you wait or eat. Go during the week they close at 7 if youre waiting in line of course it gonna take more time they only got two lanes to work oil changes on.

Their very affordable staff is pretty nice only go if you have time and try to get their early their is a lot of shopping you could do while you wait

The price is cheap but not worth it. Ive gone several times and each time is about a 2 hour wait. They say theyll call me but never do. They once left the oil cap off.

Great prices and Ive never had a bad experience, but yesterday I got an oil change and they FORGOT TO PUT THE CAP BACK ON THE OIL RESERVOIR. I drove around smelling gas and spilling oil everywhere for about 30 minutes before I could get home and fix it.

Do not go here! They are utterly incompetent and a total waste of time! I waited for 2 hours to get a simple oil change, only to be told that they couldnt do it! Its not worth your time and money. Please, just go somewhere else!

Great customer service. I think they could use more help inside and in the shop. Wait times for new tires was outrageous. I happened to need two flats fixed(construction on frwys). ALWAYS get the insurance. Repair was FREE!!! Was here a month ago and flat tire was replaced for FREE!!! Overall a great experience at this store.

They promise free tire rotation if you buy tires. Ive gone twice. Once promised 1.5 hours and it took 3 hours. Today they said 2 hours and I just left. Will buy tires elsewhere.

I came here because I had a flat tire. Johnny helped throughout the entire time. He provided me with excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

I always have a good experience when i come to this walmart for tire or oil changes. Theyre honest and friendly. They also tell me if i need to perform a specific type of maintenance on my car immediately or if it can wait til a later time.

A total joke. Opened the shop twenty minutes late, its now 7:40. No one has said a word to me and the lobby is packed to the gills while one guy puts in orders.

This place is horrible. Ive been there a few times and have learned my lesson. To keep it short the guys working there a very slow and really dont care about their job. Dont waste your time going here. You will regret it.

Customer service is bad. I waited outside for 30 miniues and they decide orders arbitrarily without checking it. When I complained about it and let him know correct order, he said he will do it at the same time. He lied.A girl who arrived after me brought her moms car too and I had to wait 3 hours because he did my car for the last.Yes. it is cheap. But I waited for 3 hours to get the oil change and it is costly. Not worth the money.

Customers beware that the hours shown on Google is not the correct hours of operation. The tire center opens at 7 AM Mon.-Sat. and 8 AM Sun., not 6 AM all week long.--If you want a bunch of inept morons that dont care about their jobs working on your car, this is the place for you. Otherwise, Id stay far away.My experience is as follows.Preordered a set of tires from Walmart. Was told it has arrived so I got there early in the morning at 6:30 AM. I was first one there and expected to be in and out quick. When the shop opened at 7, the mechanics asked for my name and order number of the tires.Mistake 1. Took them a full hour to find my tires because someone has taken the tags off the tires so they didnt know who they belonged to.When they finally got to start installing my tires, I was informed that itll take no more than an hour. I went inside and waited at the customer waiting center. One hour rolls by. An hour half rolls by. Finally when two hours rolled by, I walked out of the waiting center to find the mechanic. It was then that I was informed the tires had already been changed for my car. WHY DIDNT ANYONE DECIDE THAT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO TELL ME SOONER? I was sitting down in the customer waiting area the entire time!At this point I was about to lose it. I got in line at the register to pay for the services and got stuck behind another customer trying to pay with a check. Unfortunately the bloke at the counter didnt know how to process a check and ended up fidgeting for 15 minutes before a manager came in to process the check.I walk up to the register, handed the guy my ticket and he had the galls to tell me that there arent any paperwork in front of him for my car. He told me that the car isnt ready yet. I informed him otherwise but the dude at the register keeps insisting he has no paperwork. Have you thought about going to get the paperwork yourself then? Thats a novel idea. However that wasnt even necessary because he ended up finding the paperwork right behind him.Theres more. When I was driving home and got onto the freeway, the tire pressure alert came up on the car. The kicker was when I got home I found that the morons have haphazardly placed the hubcaps back on my car, covering the valve stems, instead of aligning the hubcap on its designated location to have the valve show though. Collection of the worlds idiots working at the tire center.
