Fausto and Adan at pep boys where so helpful. They made sure my battery was working. They also helped me make sure my windshield wipers where installed on this rainy day! I would recommend this store for anyone who needs help because they go above and beyond.
I went in to buy windshield wipers and was helped immediately. They were extremely kind and went to grab the wipers and offered to install them for me. The whole trip took no more than 5 minutes. Very pleased with my visit today.

I brought in my car for an oil change at 12.30 the tech said it would take about 3 hrs to get it done. I dont live in the area so I just milled around. At 4.30pm no one had called me so I decided to go in only to find out that no one had even touched my car. The tech was arrogant couldnt be bothered by the fact that I had just wasted my whole day for nothing... all he said was that I should have booked an appointment. Worse customer service ever... ofcourse I am never stepping into a pep boys ever again.
George and Fausto both helped me out big. Called to see if they had time to check out my truck. Found the issues I already knew I had and a few more. I’ll Forsure be coming back because of the service they gave me.

I was in last week and Fausto at the counter was extremely helpful! He let me know he was new at pep boys and I had no idea he was with his expertise! Loved the experience and everything was speedy fast.
My wife’s car needed some extra TOC before a road trip and George was professional the entire way through. He explained the issues, gave recommendations and stayed patient when the line backed up. Give that a raise!
I had great service at this location. Fausto helped me out so much and answered all my questions. If you need anything or have any questions call Fausto. He took the time to explain everything to me. I went in for a battery. I called around asking question and he was the only one that took the time to answer my questions and was upfront.
By the very least this Pep Boys location was very bad. Employees were very rude, customer service very poor and any questions I had it was a bother to even answer! And it was really upsetting because they all had attitudes, and I felt uncomfortable getting service. At the end I wanted to just get my car and leave. And by the way, if you do go there🥺 which I hope you dont 😱make sure you tell them specifically what you want because the quote they gave me over the phone and what was included with it was not anything what was said to me in person they changed it. My experience was great 🤩FAUSTO was amazing🤩 he was helpful. last minute trip came out and I noticed that my tires were bad (of course I waited until the last minute). called pep boys and thank good Fausto answer and got me in same day to change my tires so I could be ready for my trip the following day he answered all my questions.....thank you for been so amazing 🤩 and treat people with respect.
Bad service. The lines are always long and they always take 6 hours to do simple services to the car.
As I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional employee named Fausto. Fausto helped me with all the questions I had, and the oil change service was very quick! I would recommend shopping here for auto parts and oil changes if you want good and fast service!
Took my Mercedes in to check for an oil leak and the Manager George was super helpful, I didnt have to wait long and I found out the last place I had been had spilled oil so there was nothing to fix. Excellent service here!! I will be back!
I remember a time when Pep Boys was The place to go for Auto Parts & Repairs. Especially when Manny, Moe & Curly were around to insure the quality of service & Customer satisfaction! -Little pun there!:^) So it pains me to say, my last visit to this location stands down as a sad throwback to the unfortunate growth of many Corp.s, where Quality & Satisfaction become less important commodities, easily sacrificed in the shadow of increased profits. I have not bought any of their auto parts in about 2 years bc I started finding them to be, in my own estimation; inferior in quality & to wear out quicker than competitors like.., OReilly Auto Parts, in whom Ive learned to trust & to become more reliant upon. The fact is, that day, I went seeking some minor adjustments & was greeted in store with, Talk to the Service Dept. outside. & the only mechanic I saw on duty.., drove a car into an empty cove & then just sat in it, while I patiently waited.., about 10 mins., & he did not come out of that car, until after he saw me re-enter my vehicle & start to drive away?!? It keenly felt like, not only, was he not very interested in trying to help me but, deliberately avoided talking to me or even asking what it was I needed? As I see it? I will probably not be patronizing this particular Pep Boys location again. I wish them well & can only hope others will receive a better service attitude than the one I myself received on this day. etc

They found out what weird noise was coming from my van . They only charged $25.00 which was cool .The store part of this location is gone its only a tire and service center right now.
Came in today with my sister to get some new tires, I was helped by one of the managers named Fausto he was super friendly helpful and provided excellent customer service I’ll be in tomorrow to get a new set of tires on my own car. If you’re going to this location I recommend asking for him to help you.

I went in for an oil change on saturday and FAUSTO helped me leave with a new set of tires as well as clean filters. He even showed me the filters and treading of the tire to prove he wasn’t BSing. He was very professional and was as quick as he could be considering he was the only one entering people’s info in on a busy weekend. I’m very please with the service FAUSTO gave me and i will be returning solely for that alone when i need to 👌🏼

Made appointment. Waited in line for 20 mins behind just one person only to be told they can’t do the oil change because they don’t have the filter they need.
I have purchased tires form them, they have do all my tire rotations and when Im feeling lazy ill have them do an oil change.
Oh boy; 6 hours for a new set of tires and Im not pleased. Dropped my car off at 9AM (appointment had been made and was in the system) and was greeted by George at the tire department. Told me it would be done by about noon as he had a few oil changes ahead of me. I found this to be rather confusing as you could run multiple oil changes at once and wouldnt need to be under said car the entire time. (what do I know, Im just a home mechanic) Anyways at 2pm I decided to call because by now the car was done and I had finished all my plans for the day and could dedicate my time to figuring out if my car was done. Called the store and spoke to a gentleman before being transferred to the tire department and spent the next 25 minutes on hold. (I hung up at this time to try again; fun fact: the phone stops ringing at 23 minutes) I was watching a movie to pass the time. I called back and spoke to an Aaron I believe and told him my complaint. He said there was nothing he could do as I needed to talk to the tire department and I asked for a manager which he said they also couldnt help and would need someone in tires so graciously he went out of his way to find a tire person and I proceeded to spend the next 11 minutes on the phone trying to talk to the other person on the line as it cut in and out before Adam was able to finally assist me and tell me that my car needed another ten minutes. By this time I was already pulling into the driveway and directed my wife straight towards the service department and low and behold the one tech and George are kicking back by my car as its lowered to the ground. I walk inside and speak to Adam and tell him my problem. He apologizes and says theyre behind today and needed to even have the manager to go out there and assist in getting jobs completed. I can understand being behind and needing assistance but no phone call to tell me its taking longer and then having that manager George not come over and say anything really lets me down. I guess this is where I can vent as I didnt feel right ripping into the other worker at the counter as I dont think he had anything to do with it.
They had an every thing must go sign snit sure if they will stay in biz but they had what I needed

The online scheduling system does NOT work but you wont find out until you get there. I waited at the service counter for about 10 minutes and it seemed like everyone was busy. Ok. I went to ask the cashier and she said something like stay there. Im calling someone. It was like I was bothering her and it was clear that if I had not approached her she would not have called anyone. Next time, I think Ill just see if I can figure out the PA and call someone myself. Still 3 stars because in spite of the messed up online system and that one employee, the other employees here have always been great.

Brought my truck in at 9:00 said it would be ready in about 5 hours. Received a call at noon offering other options Which I agreed upon also told me it would be ready in about 1 1/2 hours (1:30). Got to the store at around 2:00 still not ready at 3:00 apparently didnt have enough of a part to finish and had to go to another store to get it to finish my truck People knew who I was and which truck was mine but nobody approached me to tell me what was going on. Poor service definitely will not come back to this store, ZERO sense of urgency from any of the employees.
This PepBoys employees are always as helpful as they can be. So far they always help me when they can.
People are very nice there. I dont know his name but theres this guy who helped me with glasses, has dark eyes. I thought he was scary at first but in reality he was pretty cool. Way better than OReilys. 10/10

I know better after many times of going to pep boys. But, I had to try again. Took my car for a brake inspection. the guy said sure, just leave it with me for 6 hours . Really ? Who in there right mind would wait 6 hours for a 10 min. Job ?Never agsin....

No, actually I think was a good price.Customer service from the floor was good, i was greeted and asked if needed help several times.Service department needs some attention.•No recommendations at checkout•Maintenance light was not reset•TPS was not reset to adjust for rotated tires•when asked for my vehicle the rep said it’s been completed for a while ( I was the only customer in lobby waiting ) but no one bothered to let me know.•No complimentary sticker for maintenance reminder.I guess for a good price you get basic service.

Clearly disappointed made a phone call yesterday placing an order for a model scale engine. The representative who was helping me. He was patient enough to answer my questions. Then help me pick out the engine. So I give you guys that. Youre guys are kinda helpful. He told he will place the order for me. I just have to wait until 4 something to pick it up. I was like alright then. Next day came by I called and ask if it there yet. Apparently it not even ship yet. The store location in West Covina lagged & didnt ship it. He said I have to wait until tomorrow! I need it today to surprised my bf for his anniversary. Bad service sorry!

Don, the service manager, told me it would take 2 hours and $35.00 to put in a rear light bulb. I went down the street and got it done for free. I have never been treated as badly as Don has at any Pep Boys. I went to a Pep Boys that was fully backed up in South Central Los Angeles and got way better service. I think Don is a racist against Latinos and will be complaining to corporate over my interactions with this individual. I went in on 10/13/2017 at around 1:00 PM
Stopped by to pick up a bottle of diesel additive, walked to the register and waited.A few minutes went by and I was by another customer.I called out and asked if anyone was there and received no answer.A few minutes later a young man in a white shirt can by and I asked if he could help us. He picked up a phone and asked for customer service at the cash register.We waited another ten minutes and then saw a mechanic checking out one of his customers. I asked if he could help us and he used the phone to ask for customer service again.By now there were four customers waiting for a cashier.Collectively, we decided we could buy our supplies elsewhere and we all left.
I really like this store. The service department has reasonable prices and they are straight shooters.

Found what I was looking for was in and out really real fast
Brought in a tire for a puncture repair. The wheel was off already off of the vehicle and was dropped off for repair. When I went back to pickup the wheel I was told they could not repair it due to sidewall damage on the tire. There was no damage when I dropped off the wheel. The side wall damage was obviously done during the dismounting of the tire - a large chunk of tire missing where the tire meets the rim. They said it was like that when I dropped if off but I would have seen something as large as the missing chunk. They too would have called it out checking in the wheel.

Worst place ever tool my wifes kia sodona to get a thermostat put in and they tell me my head gasket is blown. And it would be 3000 dollars to fix they are crazy no oil smell and no leaks they are just trying to take advantage of a old man.

It all depends on who you get to help you a lot of people are clueless about parts and only know what the computer tells them but if you know the right people to ask this is a great place also when having your vehicle worked on be careful that they dont try to just add parts in you dont need they have a few people that are good at adding things in
