We used Semko to replace six windows in our Chicago condo. I was relieved when first meeting Jay because I didnt have to sit through a lengthy sales pitch—he simply took measurements, talked briefly about their product and installers, and emailed me an estimate later that day. The price was a little cheaper than other companies we spoke too and their warranty was better, so it was an easy decision. We were happy when the windows arrived sooner than expected and scheduling the installation couldnt have been easier. The installers were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up well. Were completely satisfied with our decision to go with Semko.

We had a very large old bow window replaced by Semko. From the start of the process the service was nice, responsive and professional. I am could not be happier with the new windows. It was a nice experience from the beginning all the way through to the end. Highly recommend them.

Our home was built in 1921 and has custom grills; Semko arranged to have them matched exactly. They were very communicative and responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everyone at Semko is incredibly personable and attentive. I was nervous about the process (first time homeowner) but Semko makes it easy. I replaced just my 2nd floor windows - WOW. Bought my fist window from Semko Inc and Im extremely Happy with my purchase. Plus I never thought Id get a beautiful looking window that is made here locally in Chicago.Not really inclined with windows and thought everything household you have to buy from Big box stores such as Home Depot and Lowes, both told me 6 weeks for the order. Never felt like I was being sold to like other large window contractors, and they were always on time throughout estimates, as well as install. The workers worked quick and were very respectful of my house and made sure to clean up after the work was done. Price was very competitive and the quality of work was second to none! We spent two months shopping around for window companies. Semko was the most outstanding by far. There were no hidden fees or upgrades that inflated costs, just a simple quote and good work. Very pleased with the final product.

Very please with the professionalism and installation of our windows. The overall team treated us with great understanding and knowledge. The attention to detail on the installation was great. Ask about the patio door with blinds integrated into the window. We really like that feature.

I always try to support family run local business as much as I can. I especially try to support them as much as I can when they were very professional and installed quality windows at a cheaper price compared to every else I shopped around. The owner came out took measurements himself and kept me updated when I had questions before the install date. The installers arrived on time for the install and did a quick yet professional installation. I write this review well over a year after the windows were installed and they are still looking great and no issues whats over with them. I want to give credit when its due cause if you are unfortunate enough to deal unprofessional contractors it makes a huge difference. I highly recommend Semko.

Family business, no haggling and wasting hours of your time like the national companies, just a quick measurement, fair price and quote. Very responsive through the pre-installation process, and the installation itself was quick and professional. 17 windows installed by a 3 man crew in one work day while it was 30F and snowing.

3 windows and 1 patio door all custom sizes for my condo in April 2016. Semko prices came in fair and competitive, I chose them over slightly cheaper competition due to their high ratings in social media and their lifetime warranty. Home Depot came in almost double the price for the same standard vinyl windows with a lot of poor reviews. I am another one of Semkos satisfied customer. Install went smoothly and the guys(Adam and Matt) new what they were doing, cleaned up nicely before they left. Im going back to them for all my future window needs. Especially on my next home!

I called Feldco for replacement windows. The salesman was very nice, but he was in my house for almost two hours, and his initial estimate was a bit high. I called Semko. The son of the owner was the salesman (Sorry, cant remember the name). He spent all of fifteen minutes at my house measuring each window, and then he gave me a price. About twenty percent under Feldco. The windows were installed two weeks later by a very efficient crew, and the windows themselves are almost exactly the same as the windows Feldco showed me. Excellent company.
