My husband and I are expecting our first baby in February and were trying to figure out the best way to build a home office in our lower level to make room for a nursery. We stumbled upon The Sliding Door Companys website in our search and it immediately felt like the best option for us. Our Sales Rep, Andrea Brannan, was incredibly easy to work with and made the process a breeze! She was also just fun to work with in general! The doors come with a very detailed installation manual that we were able to follow while installing the doors on our own. Id highly recommend this company and their products. Well definitely be using them again in the future.

Everyone I have worked with is very professional and helpful. My local representative, Seth Whitlock put me in touch with Eric Redman in Customer Service to schedule an adjustment for doors I had installed in my bedroom a couple of years ago. Both of the gentlemen were outstanding to work with!

The Sliding Door Company not only has excellent product but excellent customer service. I needed service on a swing door and Eric Redman, a customer care representative with the company, got it all set up for me very quickly. Manny came out a couple of days later and fixed the problem. Replaced my sliding door screens and basement windows and am impressed with honesty on what type of screen that I needed. Price is reasonable. Also, had Tony out for another issue (whole house fan) and while he could have made a screen said I didnt need it. Very HONEST!!

The wheels on one of my sliding doors had chunks missing and was clunking along the rail. I called Seth at the local store who reached out to Eric Redman @ Customer Service. Seth was very helpful and followed up with me after Eric was contacted. Eric shipped 2 wheels. I initially thought I needed just one, turns out I needed 2. His proactive approach saved me having to hire someone to replace the on two separate occasions. I had a contractor over for another project and he quickly replaced both wheels. My doors glide across the rails once again. The doors are like new and your staff are wonderful, so is my contractor.

This is the second project that The Sliding Door company has installed for me in two months. It is very important as the owner of Blossfeld Design to work with a great sales person, which I did Laura and have a professional installer Manny and team and they both did an outstanding job, believe me designers are very demanding and they worked so well with me and any issue that came up was solved immediately. Not to mention the product is well design and made a beautiful addition to my projects.

Alex, the technician, that did the work on my sliding doors was on time and did a great job. He really new his stuff and the doors are now back in perfect working order. Very professional.

The worst. The sales persons are unprofessional, not knowledgeable (about either design in general or their own products), unresponsive and sloppy. My order was not properly transmitted or installed. Everything about working with this place was stressful and, frankly, a joke. The only good thing about this place was Manny, one of the product installers in Chicago. Were it not for him, I would have sent everything back. Manny was also clean and respectful of my place. He was great. Otherwise, this place should go away. The products are way overpriced as well.

I had a problem with the bottom wheel on a 9-year-old door. The Sliding Door companys Eric Redman was extremely responsive to my web inquiry and pledged to send our replacement wheels.

I am a large GC and in my opinion this company has, Horrible, customer support. I have been working on getting a piece of frame for a customer and have been back and forth 10 times with no progress on weather or not my order has been processed or an order has even been made. Every day they say they will call me back and never do. So frustrated hard to recommend this company to anyone

A lot of people do not know that our Dennys Restaurant is one of 20,000 LEED Certified Buildings in the world of which only 38 of those buildings are Restaurants.LEED is the US Green Buildings Standard for a Green building. We bought from Sliding Door Company in Chicago and utilized the sliding door as a sliding wall for partitioning a room for meetings.People love it.
