I absolutely love my new window. The sales rep was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The final installation was great. Yes there was one issue with the initial measurements taken and wrong window size but!! The immediate response to correct the problem was phenomenal. I had 2 Managers contact me the same day. They took ownership of the issue, no blame game. We are all human and make mistakes, its how you resolve those mistakes that matter!! I would definitely recommend Feldco to others and use them again.

You must hope you never need warranty service. It doesnt exist. No one will answer the phone, answer an e-mail. My garage door fell off the tracks in the spring. It took about 4 weeks with the door partially open before someone came to close it. Service just will not answer the calls even when Customer Service is on hold with you. This is not at all what I expected. Truly regret my purchase.

Awful experience! We ordered windows about 5 years ago and had great service and products. This time, we ordered in February. When we hadnt heard anything from them, we called to see what was going on. We had to remind them to bring our windows! They had the windows and said they could get us scheduled for installation the following week. I was working remotely from home, and when I checked on the installers, they had installed a window WITH BROKEN GLASS!!!!! I was informed that I should have received a call from Feldco telling me the glass was broken and that a replacement job would take 5 minutes. I have called the company and have not received any communication about getting the glass fixed. I believe I also got the incorrect product b/c my windows now cannot be opened fully on both sides of a 3 pane window. Who would choose for their windows NOT to open fully? The salesman even showed pictures of the windows installed in someone elses home and they are NOT the product I received. This experience has been a nightmare. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone who cares about their home.

If you own a townhome, good luck trying to get help from Feldco. My 4th-floor patio door (which is the same exact door as my 2nd floor and 1st floor) is weather damaged and leaking water all over my 4th floor and into my 3rd floor ceiling. Was looking to replace the door + add a storm door. Was told by customer service that Feldco does not work on 4th floors and only after I had to chase down representatives after requesting a quote. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

I was a little shocked at the wait time for delivery and installation, but that was pandemic related and not the fault of Feldco.The installation itself was done with military precision and the completed job is beautiful. The door is airtight and although I have not compared this winters heating bills with last winter, Im guessing that my heating costs went down with the new door.Very pleased with the whole process and would recommend Feldco to others.

They were prompt, professional, and extremely polite and friendly. I had 1 window I needed replaced, badly! It single pane picture window that was likely 70 years old and has driven me crazy since I bought the house, and we will just say it’s been far too long ago. I live out in nowheresville, and they made 3 separate trips (2 to measure, 1 to install). They were in and out in 2 hours or less, and I didn’t even have to replace the trim boards and window ledge my father built around the old window. Now I have 2 double pane windows to let a little air in, weather permitting, and I have been thrilled ever since (I am late to review, they’ve been in for over a month, and I still smile every time I walk into the living room). If I could give them 10 stars, I would!Great job, guys!!

Our experience started with Tom Swan sales par excellence. He was very knowledgeable about his product, their policies and just a great guy all around. It took a little while for my install date, I ordered a special color plus and it rained all summer. But finally the day arrived Jr. and his Dad Jr, Sr. (Lol)arrived with their team. They did a great job. I have the prettiest house on the block. I especially like how all the cable wires, etc disappeared.Feldco is a little pricey but well worth it.

My experiences with Feldo have been horrible, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES:An incorrect front door was installed (GREEN, by the way), which consisted of removing the existing storm door to ensure the door was correctly fit. Once the sales rep acknowledged what has occurred, he did not care to rectify the situation.Due to this mishap, a new sales manager named Tom McDermott came to our home and allowed my husband and me to select a new color door. His visit occurred three months ago, and still no door (dont forget Im still disgusted we no longer have a storm door).The new door which we selected and agreed on was not communicated to the distribution center. As a result, the order has been left in limbo for MONTHS.Be very careful when deciding to use their services for the installation of new windows & doors, as we are still waiting on a call back from the sales manager.

This was our second time using Feldco. In 2012, we purchased a patio door. We had such a positive experience in 2012 that when we moved in 2017 and needed another new patio door, we knew who to call first! We did try to contact several other vendors so we could compare prices, but some never called us back. A large box store took a full week to call me to even get onto their schedule and then informed me they couldnt get to our house for 2-3 weeks. At that point of the phone call, we had already met with Feldco and purchased our door. We were able to work with the same sales associate as previously. Our sales associate made our experience great and worth the repeat purchase. Friendly not aggressive and very well informed. We had several personal scheduling conflicts and the installation department worked patiently with us even they we had to cancel and reschedule two times. The work crew showed up promptly on a cold December morning. We were amazed at the work crew. the temperature was around 20 degrees! We now have a beautiful patio door and look forward to replacing our windows some time in the future with Feldco

Within 15 minutes of entering my information in their website, I received a phone call to schedule a consultation. Product Specialist Paul Goeke came out for the consultation. He was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. Paul thoroughly explained all of our options regarding specific types of doors we contemplated. His presentation was thorough and we soon picked out a new door. A few days later, a technician from the measurement team came out and quickly sized out the door. Due to the custom door we ordered, we knew it might be a few weeks before installation. Once the installation was scheduled, the installers showed up on time and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Feldco to anyone who needs either new windows or doors. Overall time from first contact to installation was less than four weeks. This is the review you need to read if you are considering replacing all of your windows.Back in January, my wife and I finally said enough is enough, and we decided to take the plunge of investing into replacing all of the drafty windows in our 25 year old home. We spent weeks considering Home Depot, Pella, and Feldco. In many ways they are the same, but Ill explain exactly why choosing Feldco was the best decision we made, as well as our overall satisfaction after having the windows now for almost two months.We let all 3 vendors come to our home to give their sales pitch, and I have to say, Pellas sales pitch was about the best, and they stood pretty firm and close to the first price they gave. Home Depot, was probably our second choice off the sales pitch, but we were skeptical of the quality of the window options they provided in our price range. Feldco fell a bit short here on the first visit, and we almost ruled them out after the first sales pitch (but Im glad we didnt!). Feldco gave us some crazy high price, but as everyone says in their reviews, they come back with a much lower price a few days later.Let me explain why we didnt let the reviews sway our decision. The main reason is we visited ALL of the showrooms/stores, but let me say something about what we noticed regarding negative reviews. Most of the negative reviews against Feldco were a lot of cheap people who were just upset, and probably uneducated about the cost of what replacing home windows actually is. Home Depot and Pella also have their fair share of negative reviews, but the ones that we did see about Feldco, initially, almost turned us away.Let me explain why we chose Feldco. Taking the initiative to visit the showroom really instilled the confidence we needed that the craftsmanship in Feldcos single model window (well for their lower tier), appeared to have significantly more engineering benefits when comparing apples to apples. When I say that, Im saying, take all of the economy cost double pane windows, and compare the final cost. Then evaluate the installation process of each of the vendors. Which initially, we though Pella may have done better than all 3, but the more we researched, they were all the same. Based off pricing, and the superior quality we were getting with the Feldco Sophia series window, and the same price grouping we were going to get with the competitors, we knew we were making the right choice.The only unknown variable after choosing Feldco at this point, was regarding the actual installation and the crew who they sent to do the job. The 3 guys we had on the job were extremely professional, and showed extreme care when entering and leaving our home to install all 13 windows. They arrived at 8am and completed our job a little later than expected, it may have been close to 8-9pm, but I was honestly surprised at how careful they were to get every window just right. I would know, I previously worked in construction, and watched as frequently as I could as they completed each room. Maybe the crew was a guy short, and I did feel bad they were here as long as they were, but I never felt for a second, they were trying to rush the job to get out of there.We couldnt believe it, that next night it poured pretty hard after the installation, and one of the bedroom windows clearly wasnt draining properly. We called Feldco that morning, they had a guy out in about 2-3 hours, he was able to determine some PVC flakes were clogging the weeping system causing the window not to drain properly. we havent had an issue since.Our entire home is noticeably warmer in colder weather, and were excited to see the cost savings of having the energy efficiency of the argon filled windows that block out the heat.My wife and I spent a ton of time researching companies to make a decision on the windows that were right for our home and our budget. Im not benefiting in any way from writing this review. Just giving credit where it is due. Thank you Feldco.

Highly recommend. Feldco is great. Offered a fair price to install the exact window style we wanted. Installers were professional and cleaned up. One window measurement required a correction during installation. Feldco remade the window and came back to install. There was no additional cost to us. Their customer service department checked in with us to keep us informed. Our windows look good, function well and are exactly what we wanted.

I waited for years for a major storm to finish destroying my roof so insurance would get me a new one. I finally gave up, bit the bullet, and contracted with Feldco to re roof my house. They gave me a great price and used the most top quality Owens Corning singles. Shingles rated for up to 130mph winds. Well don’t you know, a major storm blew through here last night, winds in excess of 70 mph. Trees down everywhere, power out for 18 hours. NOT A SINGLE SINGLE OUT OF PLACE! Great job guys. I really appreciate your quality of work.

If I’m the home owner and my partner lives with me how dare your customer service rep say we BOTH need to be present for a consultation? Is this 1940? This is my house. I own it alone. I make the financial decisions to any upgrades. I’m insulted another woman said that yes, “if he’s not there we can’t do the consultation.” Feldco, you just lost a whole house replacement sale.

We bought windows from your company and a front door. Your installer took down a working doorbell and then told me we could pick up a new one from home depot. After numerous complaints and your folk trying to get me a working doorbell, I was told that it was not your responsibility to provide me with a doorbell and that you did so as a courtesy. None of the doorbells seem to work. My bell was fine before our door was installed. Terrible customer service received after spending our hard earned money. I will NEVER buy from Feldco again. And again, please remove me from your list.

Weve had a terrible time with this company. Upon their first installation they managed to crack our window frame. The second installation of a window, the window did not close and while they said they were going to fix it, we are still here 2 months later and it has not been fixed/replaced. Their installation team has also been responsible for tracking mud throughout the house, leaving glue on our table that is hard to get off and did not wear masks in May of 2020, during the height of the pandemic. Id suggest going with a different window company.HOWEVER, the sales team was excellent, responsive and the price was great. But you get what you pay for I guess.

The young man who came out to estimate the cost of my project was very nice. Helpful and professional. The gentleman who measured did a great job, as my windows were 145 years old and not the same size. The installers were very neat and did a great job, went the extra mile. They hung cloths and left not a bit of a mess. Very good customer service. I was very happy!

I had feldco windows for 5 years now, and one of my windows frame busted, dont ask me how? Just one day I couldnt close my window and the window wouldnt stay up. Anyways I called for service in May 2020, they came out and serviced it right away told me what was wrong with it, and changed me $99.00 for them to come out and come back to reinstall it. I am still waiting for them to come back to reinstall it and its September 2020 now, I am beyond discussed with feldco right now,I have called and called left plenty of voice mails no call backs, Ive even reached out to the sales department theyve emailed them and still no call back, I will never refer feldco like I had in the passed. I definitely want my refund for service. 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

I received a quote on my bedroom patio door and was shocked at the price. The price was 4600 and with the promotion the price came down to 3600. I been shopping around and for a Anderson ( which is top of the line)patio door is $1300 without labor so I was expecting the quote to be around $2100 with labor since the labor was around $800. So in reality there a $1500 increase so there is no promo. Be careful when agreeing to there service it’s a rip off.

My install this Saturday went well. I only needed 2 picture windows replaced and Feldco was the only place that was ready and available to install my windows. The process from meeting a salesperson to having my windows installed was less than 3-4weeks which was a speedy turn around. Other places even told me they only install 4 or more windows.😳

It all seemed good until they installed the windows. They do not open and the latch is very difficult to use! Their service tech sprayed silicon on them and told me that they are better to be too tight, then loose. Waiting for Feldco to make good on the improperly installed or sized wrong windows!P.S. Window Works did my upstairs windows and they work perfectly.The salesman very knowledgeable. After speaking with him, I decided to go with Feldco. The installers were careful, and did a great job removing the old windows, installing the new ones and cleaning everything up!

We had 4 windows put in and they are perfect. Clear as can be, cut outs are in between the glass panes for easy cleaning . Go up and down as smooth as can be and double lock. Installation was timely and done in a day. Cleaned up and neat. Price was right and cant wait to be able to do the remainder on the house. They checked and double checked on the job.

Such a great experience!The first process was the in-home consultation, it was fast and to the point. The sale tech was professional, knowledgeable and prepared with brochures and an actual window sample—he went over every aspect of the window.The next process was the custom lazer measurements (seperate appointment) the tech was in and out in less than 15mins.We were given an estimate of possible 3-4week installation timeframe, but the windows arrived sooner and had them installed within about a week and a half.We had 7 windows replaced, the installer (did the whole project by himself), showed up on time (it had even been snowing really bad that morning), and got straight to work. We were in need of 3 basement windows for our home. We were in the process of doing our homework and looking at three-four different companies for quotes. Feldco was not only one of the best quotes as far as price and product, but their sales representative was what sold us. He was very personable and understanding of our needs. Not once did we feel obligated to buy or rushes into a deal. We actually had two other companies coming out after Feldco, but signed a contract that day because of how great their customer service was. I recently had 3 windows replaced by Feldco. 2 regular double hung and my front Picture window. My experience was positive from my initial call for an appointment through installation. My sales person was Jeff and he was on time, thorough, and polite. He explained the product and the process well. I appreciated that they come with an actual sample of what their product is. I felt they had a superior product and the pricing was good and the financing option was great! ( I had another company come out to quote and they came with only brochures and the salesperson didnt even soft measure before quoting me!)Next step was final measure before installation and again the gentleman that came to measure was on-time and polite. The next day I received my installation date and my windows were installed. 2 men came and installed all 3 windows within a couple hours. They were very neat and when they left you wouldnt know they were even there! Except for seeing my beautiful new windows!!The whole process was complete within a couple weeks. I will definitely call on them again when I am ready for replacing any more of my windows or any other projects that come up. They have my high recommendation!

I am having trouble getting a refund because the rep who came to my house wrote down the wrong email address. His manager told him to give me a refund but he wont answer the phone. I am still trying to get my deposit back. What should I do?

Well we called Felco they came out gave us an estimate were happy with it . We made a date for install they called before coming the 2 gentleman that came out were very professional polite told us how long they were gonna be at our house they installed all the windows finished up left our house clean as was found answered any questions we had for them great experience overall will definitely be calling them to replace additional windows that are left . My husband and I chose to go with Feldco and we are completely satisfied. I made an inquiry to see if we could get an in-home estimate. I set up a time and then received a call later that day asking if I could meet same day. The representative walked us through the process, showed us samples and gave us a fair price. The most impressive part of this company is the timeline. We have non-standard door sizes and all of their products are made to order. We expected a long wait process as well as high prices. Our fairly priced doors were finished within weeks of the order and ahead of schedule. Feldco gave us a clear schedule. We were expecting our third baby to arrive a week before our scheduled installation. Our baby had other plans. We returned home from a brief hospital stay the day before installation was scheduled. The installer was efficient and organized. Noise and dirt was kept to a minimum. Needless to say we are extremely satisfied with the product and business model this company provides. We had 14 windows replaced in our home. The Feldco experience was wonderful. The sales rep, people on the phones and the installers, they made our experience as smooth as possible. They kept us updated on the manufacturing and scheduling of our install throughout the process. The installers arrived on time, and finished within the day. We love our new windows.

I recently had my window replaced with Feldco and I couldnt be happier. The salesman, Francesco, was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained thoroughly what materials are used in the window and frame and the benefits of using their product. His presentation was one of the reasons I went with Feldco. The installer, Mark, was a true pleasure to work with. He arrived on time for the appointment, even though it was raining, and proceeded to do the job (luckily the rain didnt last too long). He was very professional and had a great sense of humor. Upon completion, he showed me what he had done and I was extremely pleased with how the new window and frame looked. I had a great overall experience from the salesman to the installer. I would definitely use Feldco for any future jobs and I would highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Almost two years ago I had a handyman come to install a new patio door which he totally messed up so I had to get someone else. I got Feldco and they did a wonderful job.After our bitter cold in January I saw that I needed a new storm and entry door. So I called Feldco and I met with a salesman who gave me a detailed description of their entry doors. I did receive a small discount for being a repeat customer. The doors and window transom were installed. They look great. The installers were very good and there was NO mess. Feldco is very thorough. My experience with Feldco from the salesman to the installers was great. The salesman answered all my questions that i had and was very informative. He also told me that all 15 windows would be installed in one day and found that hard to believe but they were. It was a lot of work and the 2 guys who came to install the windows did an excellent job and addressed any questions i had. I definitely would recommend Feldco if you are looking for affordable quality windows.

From first meeting to finished installation we were delighted! Tom R. was so enthusiastic about his product and convinced us upon first meeting. There was a world of difference in presentations (we also got bids from two other well-known window companies) as well as pricing! They were also able to install quicker than the other two. Tom followed up with us consistently from start to finish. The installers were courteous and professional. They left our home inside and out spotless with no remaining debris. Our new windows look great! The two-man crew did a fantastic job, despite having to install windows in the midst of a freak snowstorm and dealing with a 135-year-old house. Very happy with the results.

He answered all my questions, via email, text, phone calls and so on! He was nice to my mother as she talked to him about the work and answered all her questions as well. He was a true professional, easy to talk to and productive. He made everything work out perfectly. In regards to the door, I love it. Its top of the line and worth every penny! The installer was so considerate, he even brought his own garbage can to clean up his mess! Feldco is definitely the best of the best!

They cleaned up everything once they were done installing. I feel I got an excellent deal and the financing was reasonable. Company put in a double window upside down in my finished attic about a decade ago. Once I noticed water stains on my ceiling in my living room, I went upstairs and saw that water had been leaking from the base of the window and there were cracks in the wall underneath the window. I contacted feldco several times to get someone to come over and check it out. They refused and said that I might need tuckpointing. I had the damage repaired. Years later I it happened again. Finally, I got them to come out. They put the window in correctly but refused to pay for damages. Trina Blackburn

Had 22 windows and a patio door installed on our house. Windows were installed on the scheduled date. The crew doing the installation covered everything in the work area to keep our house clean. No plants around our house were damaged. Everything outside was cleaned. Before the installers left they made sure we knew how the windows and patio door worked.

The technician that came out to install our door was brilliant and worked so efficiently. All customer service professionals that we spoke with during and after the installation were great as well.
