I have purchased windows twice from ClimateGuard (got some basic vinyl windows on the sides of the house, Marvin Infinity windows for the front, and some storm windows), so now they have replaced almost all the windows in my 2-flat. Ask for Abraham, he is a responsive and helpful outside sales rep, he visited my house and provided a quote each time. Good pricing (I shopped around and they were the least expensive option both times).I have been very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the options available.Both install teams who worked on my house were EXCELLENT. They dont cut corners, and they stay until the job is done. Did safe lead practices, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend these guys. Rarely do I find a contractor who makes the process so convenient.

Went with Climate Guard after looking at other companies for front porch railings. NOT the cheapest option!!! Installers were GREAT!! Something didnt fit, they took it back & made it right & it looks BEAUTIFUL!! 2 MONTHS later there are 3 big chips & rust!! Call & they said they would send someone. Someone came & was here for less then 10 minutes. Slapped some paint on & went away. Called them back & were told Chris the Mgr would call us. Still no call from Chris!! Guess we will have to paint our BRAND NEW railings. Save your money & go elsewhere!!!On a follow up, ClimateGuard finally DID comeback & repair these railings properly and now they look great.

You get what you pay for. These are disposable windows, cheaply made, but they are a little cheaper. As a contractor, I would never ever put these in my house! Better value out there.

Wost costumer service through the phone I ever experience was with climate guard today. At 4:45

I just bought a house that has Climate Guard windows in it, nearly every window has a broken latch (latch on top that keeps window from falling in). Not a big deal, probably a cheaper window choice. I called to see if I can order replacement latches, some guy answers, Hello? with a heavy accent as if I just interrupted a siesta and I ask if this is Climate Guard and guy answers in a manner that I cant understand a single word. I repeat the question, and the guy speaks louder using the same incomprehensible mumble and all I can make out is the word closed and tomorrow and he angrily hangs up the phone. Why is it so hard for businesses to understand that customer service is King?

Always good and professional, just sometimes hard to cope with no refund policy. But that helps them keep their prices low, i guess
