This place is awesome! We had a 10 year old car approaching 100k miles and had a decision to make; put a couple grand into it and hope it keeps going, or look into a new-used car. Im so happy we ended up at Northwest Auto. Working with Ray was a fantastic experience. First of all, there was NEVER any hard sell. I had one car I was interested in seeing. He brought me straight to that car, allowed a test drive to my home so I could show the family, and when I returned, all he asked was what I thought of the car. When I said I had heard a couple little sounds in the car, he told me to take the car to a mechanic I trust (they have a shop on site). When I brought the car to my mechanic, they found a couple things that would be a concern, but otherwise the car was great and very clean. I brought those concerns back to Ray, and before we even talked price and trade-in, he offered to fix everything that worried me, including replacing shocks (both of them) instead of a simple fix. I was given a VERY fair price for my trade in and it made the entire experience worthwhile.This is a neighborhood business first, and a used car lot second. Ray really took pride in his job and was obviously more interested in the well-being of my family than the sale of the car. I cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely be back if we ever need another used car.

The 2010 Ford Sport Trac Adrenalin I purchased was delivered by transport and was happy with the condition; actually it was in better shape than described. Jon worked with me and the vehicle inspection company I retained to review the truck and he then proceeded to repair all the items the inspector pointed out. Do not buy from this place purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago. Purposeful Scam artists!! The whole car is a rust bucket covered with black Paint to cover all the rotting mess going on around the whole car. Accessories were mounted on the wheel wheels and fender to cover body damage and rust. I would of preferred to buy the car with the visible rust and fix it the right way myself.

I was referred to the Stewarts by my long time friend; I understand why families for years buy their cars from this dealership. Friendly, no pressure and even took the car to my mechanic for inspection...who does that? lol. Then they also located a BMW for my boss and sold it to her the following week...so it was a win win. cannot say enough about the Stewarts.

This place has gone down in customer service. Not impressed with the service. I didn’t get any hope of buying from here but left this place and found a dealer that was willing to work something out. I purchased a car elsewhere the next day. It’s not what it used to be. Customer service should be about working with the customer and finding options not about treating you like you don’t know what you are doing. Very disappointed.

I recently had to purchase a 3rd car with two teenagers in the home, so I of course thought of Jon Stewart at Northwest Auto Sales. Ive purchased two other cars from Jon and Northwest, and the experience has always far exceeded my expectations. I think the great part about it is I tell Jon what I want, and he matches my needs to a dependable car. The most recent purchase was a 2010 Nissan Altima. Weve had the car for about 4-months. My son has driven it every day, and there hasnt been any issues whatsoever. The customer service at Northwest Auto Sales was top notch too. Very low pressure, easy-going experience. I bought a Acura there in January and today i got pulled over for the license plates not for my car. My bill of sales had a fee for transferring the plates from the old car to the new one. At the DMV I was told they ordered mr new plates and the dealer picked them up. I had to spend more money to transfer my plates. Whrn I call Jack and went in the salesman was rude and kept saying that was over ten months ago. I hope they have a way to check who has my plates. The poor person who does is in for a surprise if they get pulled over.

Went to five dealerships looking for a car this place by far was the best. Nice staff, honest, let me take the car to my mechanic, willingness to show the title the CARFAX, ect. Already sent two of my friends and they BOTH bought cars from the Stewarts. Cant say enough....

Horrible customer service. They have the wrong price advertised on the internet. When I tried to get more details on the vehicle the person who picked up (some old rude guy) got mad and started yelling at me. He was complaining about how he is hungry and tired. How can a dealership treat their potential customers like this. I would never go to this dealership. Owner should feed his sales force.

Unless your over the age of 30, they will completely disrespect you. Tried lying to my friend saying that they couldnt sell him a car because the bank was closes. Pfft. Didnt even run his credit or anything. Also wouldnt let us test drive the car and had us wait around for an hour just to say they couldnt help us. Extremely rude. Cars suspensions were pretty beat up too.

Let me start by saying I love this place. I first purchased a van from them as a wee Ladd back in 1982. I have been a customer ever since. Now have I bought every car I have ever owned from them? That answer is no. Have I bought the best cars I have ever had from them? That answer is yes. They are just great people. A cast of characters. They are enthuactic, knowledgeable yet down to earth and honest. Their inventory is extensive but always changing because they move quality cars at a fair price. I drive them as does the rest of my family. My wifes car was recently totalled in an accident. Because that car was bought here and high quality we got top dollar from the insurance company and we were able to replace it with an even nicer car bought from Northwest. Listen, you can go anywhere and buy a car but you cant go anywhere and buy a good car. This place is run by a family not some huge corporation. They care because they want to not because they have to. They dont pressure you and they will let you test drive every car on the lot. Their website even includes a free carfax on every car. Who else does that. Not many. Jack and Jon have always bent over backwards for me. Bought my first car from them when I was 17. 34 years and Ill keep going back. No regrets ever. Top notch!!

So after 2 weeks of owning the z71 I bought the brake lines blew with my kid in car took it to them they fixed it then told them the amp didnt work for the bose system bought it in end if summer ac started to get warm took it to them again told me I had a leak in ax didnt fix it told me I need an amp didnt fix it this is all stuff I paid for in price then after the 30 day warranty I had to get u joints and a wheel alignment now service 4wd will come on the dash and the tailgate doesnt open oh and lets not forget that the whole rocker panel was bondo and it has all fallen off now and is just huge holes in the truck dash says 74000 miles Im starting to wonder thx for the pos guys and Ive had this truck for 5 months only
