DONT GO TO ANY OF THESE DEALERSHIPS. Worst Mistake of my life. Problem with the car within a month of owning it. Brakes, Power Steering Pump, Air Bags are some of the issues i had instantly. I would bring the car into service and they would have the car all day sometimes a couple of days. They have 3 rental cars between 3 dealerships. So would have to spend money out of my pocket to fix the car and rent a car for when they would have it. After 9 months of owning the car and multiple issues i started noticing the transmission wasnt acting right. Brought the car into service again and was told everything was fine.. no codes were popping up. They even brought it to another dealership without my consent and tried to charge me the cost of what they wanted so they could look at the car. I told Allen That i wasnt paying for something they took upon themselves to send the car elsewhere. He told me fine dont pay it and dont ever bring your car back here for service again. They also told me i made multiple of their employees cry. I then take my car for service elsewhere and i was right the transmission was going out. So here i paid for this car that is garbage and continue making my payments on time and i have to put out of my own pocket money to fix a transmission.

I came to wheels of Chicago to exchange my car for another car. I was helped by FIl Perez and he did an excellent job helping me get approved for the vehicle and even got the car lowered down. Definitely great service.So to add to this story. They did help me well but I am sorry to say I am disappointed with wheels of Chicago. I do not recommend anybody to go to wheels of Chicago on north western in Chicago. So the truck they sold me I have been having all kinds of issues with it. They told it was a good truck little did I know I was going to have all these issues with the truck and I havent had the truck for a month. So to start the truck was making noises and I did not know what it was. So I go to wheels of Chicago and tell them the issue. Well they told me to take it to their service dpt so they can check it. But I was going to have to pay out of my pocket. And they could not check it that day. So they made me an appointment but O couldnt wait because the truck was making alot of noise. So I take it to a mechanic and it turns out that the truck did not have any oil at all. But wheels of Chicago told me they had it checked and everything was good. So I dont know exactly what they checked because it had no oil in it. So I had the mechanic do an oil change. So that stopped the noise. The tires on the truck were not good either. They were worn out. And recently I had to have the breaks changed because those were worn out as well. And now I am having issues with the truck not wanting to turn on. It has done that like twice already and I had to jump start it.. big mistake I ever made trading my car that I had no issues with for this no good truck. Lesson learnes.

Please anyone reading this avoid this place at all costs. They sell cars with high Milage, put GPS on the cars and ridiculous rates. What they are doing is illegal and no one speaks up so I will be the first one. Don’t be fooled by all these fake reviews. I shall take legal actions toward this “dealer”.

I originally gave 5 stars when I first obtained the car, but after having it for 3 months, I have a change of heart. When I test drove the car, I heard a sound coming from the front drivers side. I discussed it with the finance manager and he put it in the contract that it would be fixed. A week later the sound worsens so I bring it to them, they say it was the brakes, yet I am still hearing and feeling this sound. So I bring it back to them and its this and that. Finally, after taking it to them 3 times in two weeks, I wanted another mechanics opinion as I should have gotten from the start. When I received the other mechanic diagnostic he told me it was my control arms (inner & outer) and my tire rods! He showed me how he could move the tire with his hand so easily while the car was off & it did not suppose to do that. I called Wheels of Chicago to inform them of exactly what it was and how could their mechanic that had the car in the air 5+ hours 3 different times not see that especially when I was complaining about the sound coming from the drivers side. The mechanic said I was blessed that it did not snap on me! Once, I called Wheels of Chicago they gave me the run around about my warranty being expired and my mileage being over. I told them I understood that, but I had it put in the contract that there was a sound and it will be fixed and it did not get fixed! In 3 months of having the car, I have had to come out of pocket over $1,600 in repairs for a car I have already put $2,000 down for and paying $400 a month. So if youre going to get a car from them, please take a mechanic with you. Once I am in a year of the contract I will be looking for another dealer to get me out the contract and put me in something else!

Horrible customer service. The car I bought kept turning off. It wouldn’t turn on after the first night. It turned on the next day when I went to work but when I got off of and drove to the gas station to put gas in it the car turned off again. They promised to fix but wasted two weeks of my time. Don’t let these people waste your time. Their cars are over priced and not worth the stress
