This was my first time purchasing out of state without physically being there to purchase and drive the car home. He was very transparent about everything and there were no hidden fees. Mike and Carlos are outstanding. Honest from the very start. Tell you upfront cars were in accident. Allow you to drive home,take to your mechanic to verify. I had reputable body repair shop look at repairs and they commented on first rate work. Bought a Nissan Rogue from them. Drove great but unfortunately transmission went out(common problem in Rogues). Was under warranty so attempted to fix. Was not satisfactory to me. Mike went out of his way to satisfy us. Bought the car for my 16 yo daughter. Rather than making me keep the car,he exchanged it for a similar Rogue. New car he exchanged is running great!I live in Wisconsin and was skeptical of buying from used car salesman from Chicago. AutoMax has a nice selection of cars in decent prices. The lot is not big, little shack and cars all over. The service how ever is horrible. Went to buy a car there and one of the sales people are rude. Asked about dropping the price and his response was dropping a load. Total bone head
