Worst place Ever !! They sell you junk cars and then leave you with the debt of fixing them, & Lie to you about the issues w the cars just so you’ll buy .Very very disrespectful and unprofessional! Go anywhere else but here if you want a good experience w taking a car out !

Honestly Im not one to typically write reviews but as happy as I am with my purchase I am going to! I inquired online, literally within 5 min a rep called me, I was impressed with how patient he was with my 99 questions so I decided to make an appointment to test drive the vehicle. My family had a really good experience with Harlem Motors. We had been looking for a 7 passenger SUV but couldnt find anything within our budget. We ended up driving 3 hours to purchase and they were able to approve me before coming in. Very bad dealership I bought an 2007 Infiniti g35 the key didn’t work to the door the car shut off due to the fuel pump and they refused to fix it saying it’s as is and I only had it for 2 day then the obd port that test codes for engine light was broke so that was the last straw I told them I was going to take the car back they said no...... And when the fuel pump was bad I took it back and they lied and said they fixed it when the never did . PLEASE DONT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS WITH FAKE VIEWS, AND IF YOU DO GO ANYWAY PLEASE HAVE AN WARRANTY PLEASE....

I would like to start off saying yesterday August 2nd was amazing for me. I live in the north west suburbs, and drove to Harlem motors which is south of me 1 hr and 10 mins away! where I purchased my 1st luxury Vehicle that I’m in love with!!! It’s hard to find Honest and Legitimate car places these days. Very friendly, not trying to force you into something you don’t want. I’m giving Harlem motors 5 stars not only because of the car I purchased, but simply of great customer service and they will work with you until you drive out. Great Atmosphere and good vibes.
