Wow had this car for 8 weeks been calling theses guys about problems for 7 weeks still no help. Bad Warrenty company dont cover prts for my car. $10,000 but cant drive it. Lawsuit coming soon.

I bought my first car here! I went into the dealership with no intentions to buy a vehicle there. I was on the car search and my dad decided to take me there to just look at some cars and maybe I would see one that I like. He had told me my aunt and cousin had purchased there and I was considering. As soon as I got there, we looked at a vehicle, was feeling a bit off because it was dirty, but they assured me they will be clean inside and out and I had my dad cosign for me, we were approved within minutes and the next day I had put a 1,000 down was able to take the car home. My budget was bit low monthly, but they still managed to work with it. and they cleaned car inside and out and even put gas. The process was so fast. I work in a dealership and I did not expect this to go that fast. Loved everything about it. Staff were very welcoming, Already recommended some of my co workers to visit Max Motors.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!*ALSO, their partner mechanic consists of DRUNK guys that will make a woman feel uncomfortable real quick.Their offers seem great, thats because theyre selling cars with issues that they are unwilling to fix. For example: I bought a 2013 Jeep Patriot for $7K up front two weeks ago and was driving it home and the check engine light came on. I had the Illinois 15 day or 500 miles warranty, and since I was exhausted, I decided to take it in a few days later.I called yesterday and spoke with someone who said to come in this morning, so I did, from thirty minutes away. HE WASNT THERE, there was NO manager there. I was asked to come back later but I asked to speak with on the phone with the manager instead and he literally would not speak to me. Even though it was still under 15 days and 500 miles and the powertrain, aka anything to do with the engine/transmission/etc, is covered. Despite all this, I was still forced to pay out of pocket for these repairs.So I go to their partner mechanic after Max Motors tells me I will get a discount there. I was shocked when I arrived and the first person I talked to is HAMMERED. He immediately looked me up and down multiple times and was unable to hold a conversation. I couldnt even explain my situation, so I asked to speak with someone else. Mario came out and had also been drinking but at least could hold a conversation. I bought the part from AutoZone and he fixed it, and I had to pay out of pocket for the entire thing.I spent $7k on a car and they couldnt even shell out one repair cost. Ridiculous.*the salesman Oreste was literally the only good thing about this place, he is very sweet and means well.

The car they sold me is in a price range of clean to outstanding vehicle condition (defined by edmunds.com). In the end, I have to do a considerable amount of repair work. In the bottom of the list of the issue, the most hilarious ones are fluid leak and absence of engine air filter. Why its hilarious? Because the mechanic they found for me says only the front rods need replacement; no major issue found. Such vehicle should fall within rough to average price range. The price also interfered my judgement on the after-deal repair. I was expecting only tire and brake replacement. Now I have to risk my credit score to make this piece of metal work in a reasonable condition.More update: even the man did the car wash for me reminds me the rattling noise at the back is most likely due to rear suspension. Max Motors says its just the brake wearing out. I would give 0 star if I could

Bought my first car when no one else would help me out with the purchase. Very helpful and kind in so many ways. They showed me compassion and sold me a car without very good credit. Cars are in good shape and ready to drive off the lot.

My first time personally buying a car off the lot and my experience was great. They made me and my wife very comfortable with the entire process by explaining any questions we had at that time. The customer service was top notch, a family feel too the entire process as well. I never even got a name from the salesman. I asked the man could I put down a REFUNDABLE deposit w/ID to test drive. I shouldnt even had to offer this, BUT I did because I wanted to test drive the suv I was considering to buy. The salesman was very consistent with a application. I politely ask can we (HIM and I) test drive before application, he told me NO! Given that I made my first error when I came to him, and told him how I planned on purchasing car(finance/$ down) without even seeing what was in my price range. He assured me he can help. Yesterday 09/30, I politely asked him has he met his quarters? Monthly bonus? How can he help HIMSELF and I to reach a agreement so I can DRIVE away in a truck, ? He was not willing to work with me. Second error I made, TOLD him I fell short last MONTH income, (OFF BACK), SO Im assuming he thought I couldnt make payments? IDK but he didnt know that CAPITAL ONE already sent my check over, AND I was giving him worst case scenarios for purchasing a suv. I couldnt even ask for invoice, or even budge the sticker price BC he was so hell bent on a application. You want me to have you RUN my credit to every BANK w/o a test dive FIRST? RED FLAG for me! Trying to weigh out my options, get a good vibe from him, SiMPLY BUILDING a rapport with him, NEEDLESS to say, it didnt work in my favor. I wrote this review to say TRUST is a TWO way street! You couldnt TRUST me to test drive, BUT you want to TRUST you with the info you giving me? Im shopping around for better deals, and Ill wait until the end of the month again with my CAPITAL ONE auto loan check! Thank you for NOT helping me! STAY safe :)

WOW! Their customer service was great! The car I bought was in great condition and the workers were very helpful. All of my questions were answered and they had a wide (and nice) variety of cars. I was quickly approved and the process was quite easy. They arent as persistent as other dealerships, which was lovely since I didnt feel pressured or obligated to walk away with a car I wasnt 100% sure about. Ive had such a positive experience with Max Motors, their customer service is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Went for a 2011 gmc I’ve seen online the service was awesome they asked for the usual paper work and they work with you.
