I had a really pleasant experience here. Juan helped me over the phone and through email, then Tony T had everything all ready when I arrived.They polished up the car, filled it with gas, explained the cars features and even walked me through downloading the app and getting it squared away while we waited a short time for the biz office.There was no pressure in the biz office, another great guy. Just good vibes here and a I got a great deal.

Metro Ford is great! After inquiring about a specific Bronco Sport, Juan in customer service called ASAP and let me know one had just been delivered and that he could hold it for me (for a refundable deposit). I went a couple days later for a test drive and Ed helped me out. He was great! Super personable and funny, he made what can be a tedious process very easy. I arrived at 1:30 and was leaving by 3:45 in my new Bronco! Highly recommend Metro Ford and suggest that you ask for Ed on arrival. Thanks!!

I had an appointment this morning 830am, regarding a recall. I made this appointment for 3 weeks just for them to tell me they have not received the part! I missed a day of work because their recall mechanic is not available on the weekend. No one apologized for the inconvenience! This is unacceptable! If you did not have the part, you could have at least called me before I made the trip! You deserve zero stars! And although Im very angry over this, I still wish you to be better accommodating to others!

The mechanic shop is terrible. You have an appointment to bring your vehicle in for service you are told you will get it back same day. At end of day you are waiting on a call to pick up your vehicle no call. I called them they have not looked at your vehicle. We will check it out tomorrow morning and call you then. Next afternoon I still have not received a call. So about 3pm I called Metro ford knowing the shop closes at 5 pm. My vehicle have not even been looked at. I questioned the representative as to when will I know something. Only to be told you are not our only customer. I feel this could have been handled in a much more professional way. Needless to say I pulled my vehicle out of there. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have over 7.5 million google hits. If youre looking for service...rip off. Dont go there!!! I have a warranty from Ford on my car. I went in this morning and was told that i had to pay 139.00 diagnostic fee for each item i needed to have checked. If they check it and doesnt need fixing each item would cost the 139.00 fee. But if one them is covered then i would only have to pay the 100.00 deductible for the item thats covered. Whereas the other items that dont need to get fixed would be charged 139.00. Highway robbery only in the hood. So different from other dealerships Ive gone to. We bought several cars from here...but will never visit service department again even with a warranty.

Disappointment. I came in for a recall and they broke my brake line. All I know is I was able to drive with no assistance to their shop from the east side and when I got my ride back I couldnt drive two blocks because I couldnt stop the car. The guy had to gall to tell me I did something in that 2 block radius. So Im very disappointed with their service and when I get my line fixed by a different mechanic and have proof from a neutral party, I will be getting my money back Ill have to pay.

Their Service Center used to give great custom service but no more and I am shocked!!! My father took his car in today for a oil change and what went down became a five ring circus. After being given an appointment to bring his car in for service due to the Pandemic. He came in and technicians told him that they will let him know when the car was finished. No one ever told him the car was done, but they did however call our home several times to let us know the car was finished and he could pick up his car. When we were finally able to get in touch with him, he went to the office seeking his car and the folks at the service desk had no idea where it was located at the dealership. They then proceeded to find his car and come to find out it was located someone all the way in the back of the dealership. They also padded the bill without telling him or giving him the he heads up about the services given. He is a eighty six year old man and they justdidn’t care and the service used to be better but not anymore. Folks were coming in and out for service and he was left sitting there for almost close to four hours......NOT COOL! We will have to think in turns of going somewhat else next time like others had expressed to him while he was sitting there waiting for his car to be finished.

I just bought a new Ford Ecosport and I couldn’t be happier!! Faddie was so amazing to work with. He got me such a good rate and some awesome rebates and Marvin the GM with financing was so nice and helped me add all the services that will make me feel more secure with my purchase. I got a great deal and I feel like they cared so much about me and my needs and not necessarily making the sale. I went to 2 other dealerships and they were rude and pushy. Luis also informed that the safety recall was address and that the wheels were realigned. Ive been driving my car for about a week now and it seems to be pulling to the left now.

Scheduled an appointment for a service. I called to get the status on the service and they told me that they cant service my car today because theyre shortstaffed.Update: one day has passed.. they couldnt give me an update on a car because Laura was out sick. Not Lauras fault that the service team cant function without herUpdate: spoke to management to get an update and they said that my car would be ready at 5 but wait for a phone call from Luis. Its 530 and I called to see whats going on and they all left for the day and told me to go back tomorrow. I went in to get a much needed recall taken care of. While it was in line to be worked on, I asked if I could get an oil change as well. They were able to accommodate me on that and a convenient day and time for a return visit, based on their inspection process, which was all conducted within 3 hours wait time. I appreciated the individual chairs in the waiting room that had plastic to separate and protect breathing space. I also appreciated the immediate follow-up call to ask about my experience and discuss any concerns or question I had about my car.

Oh boy where to start. Its taken me years to get to the point where I felt a review was needed for this place. I purchased my new car here in 2017. Since then Ive taken my car to back to the same location for all services needed. Ive showed up for my appointment more times than I can count only to be told they didnt have it on their appointment list. I advice anyone calling to make an appointment to always ask for the name of the person youve spoken to or youll stand there like me saying a woman took my appointment down..Seriously I cant tell you how unorganized this location is. Today was the last straw. Showed up at 11:15am for my 12 noon appointment for an oil change. Once again they claim I didnt have an appointment but they allowed me anyway saying they were already working on someones oil change and were almost done so I could be next. I sit in the waiting room, 2 hours later my bf walks out to see our car parked outside and assumes it must be done. He walks over to the desk to be told it isnt finished until he pointed out its already outside. She said she has to wait for the paperwork. 20 minutes later they hand me the paperwork and I go to pay, my oil change was $90.91 just for an oil change. I ask the cashier why and she looks over the receipt and says she cant figure out why and says shell ask and get back to me. 15 minutes later someone hands us the correct paperwork that was accidentally originally overcharged. I pay, we leave and my oil change is finally done after 2 and a half hours, an incorrect bill, unorganized appointment scheduling and miscommunication on my car being done. Now you might be thinking this was just a one time thing right? Absolutely not, this is the crazy nonsense that goes on at this place every time I have an appointment. Im so done, Im done for good, that was the last straw and I have no plans on returning to this location. Good luck to anyone that has to deal with this place, seriously.

Put a deposit on a vehicle to hold it while we waited for pre-approval from the bank. Drove all the way across the city to come get the vehicle and were informed that the transmission was suddenly in need of $1000 worth of work. There was absolutely no offer to try to get us to work with them on getting us into a different vehicle. The entire situation was super shady and poorly handled in many ways. Glad to take our business elsewhere.

So I took my Ford eacape to my mechanic and autozone to see why I was getting a message saying fault engine service now my truck was also having trouble picking up speed. They recommend I take it to Metro Ford. My mechanic gave me some paperwork to give to them testifying that he inspected the truck and there was indeed something wrong with it. When I tried to give the lady the paperwork she wouldnt even take it. I tried telling her my mechanic explained it better what issues the truck was having and she declined. She then asked me if I wanted to wait for them to finish. Thank God I said no because it took them 26 hours to call me and tell me there was NOTHING wrong with my truck, but yes I still had to pay the $140. After picking it up the same issue kept occurring. I honestly didnt think it was fair how are you going to basically say Im making it up. Now Im all out of options and still have 1 year left to finish paying for my truck. Such a disappointment.

Drove 40 minutes to meet with a condescending salesperson who know nothing about the cars I wanted to see. (I would post his name but he didnt introduce himself or offer a business card). I asked a few basic questions about the Energi system and he knew nothing. What is the HP of the gas engine not sure. Not even, I will find out. Then started talking immediately about additional fees on top of the internet price. Definitely would not recommend.

You should be more careful when you have an appointment for anything that you car needs and check that they did the work because they charge with out even change the parts. I had to have my Ford Explorer brought in for a recall so I decided to go to my closest Ford dealership which is Metro Ford. The staff was polite and courteous and the repair work took about somewhere around the estimated time that I was given. Overall I was satisfied and I had no complaints about the service. The only problem I did have was the chairs in the waiting room were way too comfortable; I kept falling asleep I could barely keep my eyes open.

After waiting for a week and being turned away from Hawk Ford I had my car towed to Metro Ford Luis and the other staff in the service/parts department were very helpful. They accepted the car got it diagnosed and repaired with 24 hours. They could have easily left my car waiting due to the holiday but they went above and beyond to figure out the issue and get me back on the road. I really appreciate their work ethic and felt valued as a Ford customer not just a Metro Ford customer.

I bought my car at Metro Ford in December of 2019. The car had 10000 miles on it. I have been pleased with the car. Last Thursday went out to car to park it some place else and my steering wheel would not turn. My dash board said Vehicle steering assist malfunction. Car serving required. Needless to say I freaked out. Call Metro Ford. They assisted me with getting the car towed to their facility for no charge! They called me the next day and said steering system (Rack and Piñon) has gone out. Steering system was replaced in one day .

Expected to get my car a week from now, was shocked when they called early and had it ready, running and washed. The tech was awesome, the metro staff was very professional and courteous. My car was used, but it looked fresh off the showroom floor. I thought I would still have to spend tons if something happened because its used... NOPE, only issue was the battery and thats only because it was time to change it. Otherwise, my car runs great.

Regardless of your age, calling people over the phone to make a decision for yourself should be allowed, but I was rushed. Im a sales representative myself so I know how infuriating it can be with an unwilling consumer. But once you figure out their best options they eventually concede. Joe provided that for me. This dealership was recommended to me - to get my recalled airbag replaced. I scheduled an appointment with a man named Jim. When I arrived, no appointment was made and no one named Jim worked there. But the woman I did speak with was gracious and accommodating and fit me in that day. The service was quick but hopefully I will never need to access that airbag.

I had my airbags replaced due to a factory recall here and the service was unbelievably fast. They completed the job within a few hours. However, after driving the car home and proceeding to drive it the next day, my car stopped working. I had to tow it home. Some how they never properly reconnected the cables and my car kept thinking it was in reverse. This mistake cost me close to $300 to fix at the Carmax dealership. Metro Ford would not look at my vehicle when this happened or allow me to tow it to them to be fixed. I would never take my car here again. It’s not worth the headache. All they had to do was reconnect the cables. SMDH.
