I really liked the furniture design and colors. I ended up with living room, dinning room, and bedroom from them. They have this great brown leather color and really cool walnut accents. Kris, our trade representative, was fantastic, super helpful, great follow up, and helped me pick complementary pieces. he kept me up to date on shipments and the order was turned around in weeks, not months.I would definitely recommend visiting them, their furniture is fantastic, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable.

Beautiful, quality furniture made in North America. I had a couple minor issues with that were taken care of immediately by their team. Special thanks to Dallas for helping me pick out furniture that fit my apartment, and to Ms Esther in logistics for being so kind and working with me to schedule a delivery.

Got 3 beautiful bar height stools from EQ3 and they offer in-store pickup to avoid the delivery fee which was nice. I don’t own a car so I asked a friend for a favor. We got there and picked up the disassembled stools, not realizing that one of the bases was counter height. Mistakes happen, not a big deal. What I was really impressed about was the customer service. As soon as I got home and I noticed the mistake, I called in and asked if it could be exchanged. They said no problem at all. I explained the situation with the car and the employee on the phone even offered to drop it off after work, seeing as he lived so close-by. That is dedication and flexibility. Ultimately they called me when the new piece was in and arranged for free shipping, since I had already gone to the store. A week later, after the initial mistake the correct base came and they took the other one away. I appreciate companies that not only have high quality products, but also deliver top-notch quality service as well. Thank you EQ3. I will always at least check your catalog out in the future when I am in the market for furniture. Keep it up.

My wife and I purchased the Kacia dining room table and Reverie sofa with custom upholstery. The in-store service was STELLAR (shout out Dallas!), and scheduling delivery was a snap. The delivery men were super fast and professional, and got us all set up within a half hour. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with a furniture store. Top marks to all involved!

High-quality furniture at reasonable prices. Turnaround is also pretty quick relative to most furniture retailers, and so I used EQ3 to buy several key pieces of furniture for my first condo (bed set, couch). Love this store! Not only is the space beautiful and enjoyable to shop in, but the staff working there are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I are in the market for a new sectional and it’s always a bit nerve wrecking purchasing such a large investment piece from a company you have little experience with. Kris and his team walked us through the different cushion types and fabrics explaining the mechanics of how they are constructed and put us totally at ease. They are quick to respond with any questions we had and thus we would highly recommend EQ3 to all of our friends and family.

This store is amazing. When you walk past it outside and see all the nice things inside you think its probably exorbitantly priced, BUT ITS NOT. Its an amazing price for the quality of the items inside! I got a big marble tray for $26 that would have easily been $75+ anywhere else. Seriously Im going to browse in this store more often. The staff was so nice too.

Love this store! Everyone always has a smile on their face and offers assistance. I had to buy some gifts and Zac helped me pick out a few ideas. This store is what this neighborhood needs and better than Crate and Barrel across the street where I feel I can never find someone to help me let alone a cheerful demeanor!

Bought our new bedroom set from EQ3. We found them online and were so pleasantly surprised they had a showroom nearby. Their pieces are modern, high quality, and reasonably priced. In person they helped us get on the waitlist for an in-demand, often sold out set. The wait for delivery was a little longer than expected, but I’d blame that more on pandemic shipping issues rather than EQ3. They gave frequent updates on the status of our order so there weren’t any surprises. Customer service is A+. We will be back to buy more pieces and would recommend again and again.

Beautiful home decor at a good price! Staff was very friendly. I drove by over the weekend, and had never heard of the brand. It caught my eye and I checked it out online. This store on Halsted is set up perfectly, with excellent natural light to see true colors of fabrics and leathers. They have so much beautiful furniture and it is super comfortable, not too deep from front to back so it is awesome for people of shorter stature. Plus, most seating and coffee tables are low profile. They have every color of fabric and leather options and instead of just viewing a tiny square, they have huge samples which really allows the buyer to be sure of their selection. Everyone is so helpful. I am very impressed! Joshua is a very energetic manager and I was most appreciative of Elizabeths genuine warmth and sincerity. I hope to be back to purchase more items and I highly recommend anyone to work with Elizabeth. Happy to have this new store in town. However I would like to see more colorful accessories and fabrics on display. It is mostly neutral like most other stores. That being said, I wish them success!

I spent a day searching online for baskets I saw in a picture. I tracked them down to EQ3 and sent an email to the company.Within 1 day I was contacted by Dallas from the Chicago IL store, which was the closest location to me. From that first contact thru the delivery of my Nomad baskets, everyone at the store was friendly, enthusiastic and offered excellent customer service!!In fact when I called the store after reading the first email contact, it was after hours - and they still answered the phone !!!I love the Nomad Basket set, and will shop virtually from EQ3 in the future, until I can actually visit the store !

Phenomenal experience from start to finish!My experience at EQ3 started when I phoned in asking about a rug. Zach helped me (told me where to find, how many were left in stock, when he expected they would sell out by). We then went into the store to check out the rug. Didnt end up loving the rug but left with a new desk, lamp and chair. Zach was super helpful and patient with us and we cannot wait for our new furniture to arrive!!

What a wonderful store that I accidentally discovered. It is hard to find such a wide range of Marimekko selection in Chicago. And their eclectic style alpha furniture‘s including Japanese design it’s truly my taste. Price is reasonable and great quality great service. It is very inspiring just to by being in the show room. I definitely recommend you come and take a look in this wonderful gem.

Outstanding new location and showroom. I like the location downtown but this showroom is amazing and huge. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. I love the living room set we purchased and the whole process was really painless and fun. I would highly recommend visiting their showroom. They have parking in the rear and a big loading zone up front so it really made it easy. Really love this concept and their products!

I have had a very positive experience with EQ3, the Lincoln park location. I was thrilled when I found them and could order a sectional that was high quality, but not outrageously priced. I worked with Robert, who went above and beyond from my first visit to my couch being delivered. He guided me through picking a couch that would work with my decor, and even sent a mock-up of what it would look like in my living room with the existing furniture. He regularly kept me updated through the production process. When my couch was delivered and it couldn’t fit through part of my hallway, he research a company that would allow me to haul up the couch outside of my building. He did ALL of the leg work for me, and he truly didn’t have an obligation to do so. Honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever seen. My couch is stunning, and I will absolutely be going back to them for any other furniture pieces or design help.

Great store, great customer service!! Bought a floor lamp, lamp was not on display, sales lady went and searched for lamp, found it and brought it up from stockroom. Lamp was in 3 boxes one pretty heavy, she wheeled it out to my truck! Awesome service! Very nice store, very friendly staff. Look forward to stopping in again.

Great north American made furniture. Very good workmanship and helpful staff. The furniture is semi custom, meaning you choose the finish and cloth, then it’s made to order.They offer a nice departure from so much look alike furniture. Plus a bit better construction.

The staff was great - they gave us mimosas and were just the perfect amount of attentive - not too much and not too little. The furniture is not just pretty, it’s very comfortable! The whole store has a very Scandinavian vibe, a lot of clean lines. We are very excited for our new pillows and glasses!

We were immediately swept away by the elegant design, reasonable pricing, and high craftsmanship of the products. I know this might sound ridiculous but my husband even asked me to shazam one of the songs playing in the store - the complete ambiance package was a totally aligned to our vibe. I must also call out Mara and the other staff who were attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Mara in particular was personable, thoughtful and clearly very knowledgeable about fabrics, durability, and care. I highly recommend a visit to this store and hope you have as lovely of a time. As I mentioned above, we had an excellent buying experience. The delivery experience was a bit bumpy. It seams that furniture companies holistically are having a tough time with last mile delivery. We had some challenges with our delivery and a couple other hickups - but this update is to not focus on the hickups, but the way EQ3 (Mara and Zach in particular) handled the hickups. They were responsive, collaborative and consistently helpful. As we all know, right now, in this crazy world where supply chains are struggling, we have to show some grace to the complications everyone is facing. The team at EQ3 handled my issues so respectfully and only doubled my loyalty to this store and brand. Another big thank you to the team at EQ3 - you are just a delight :)

After a ton of research and an entire day of furniture store hopping, I finally landed upon EQ3 (randomly, as I was referred to them by another furniture store and had previously never heard of it!) and I fell in love with their Replay 99in sofa in Urban Navy with ottoman. The store is immaculate, lots of very cool, interesting and unique designs, a mix of modern, mid-century, and contemporary designs. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful and went the extra mile to help me find what best fit my vision for my living room (Shout out to Robert Pettit who was an amazingly patient, helpful associate who let me practically rearrange the store to make sure I was picking out the right color and texture combos for my place, and even offered to let me “borrow” a piece to see if it fit/looked okay in my space). A few things that were attractive to me about EQ3 were that their furniture is made in North America, using North American trees for their wood, and that they use the highest quality fibers and fabrics for their products (Tier 3 velvet, lamb skin, genuine leather and wood, etc). Lastly, I really liked that my couch and ottoman would be protected with repair or replacement automatically (no extra purchase involved) for 25 years if the wood frame were to ever break. Everything can be custom designed and I really love that. Haven’t received my couch yet but I’m looking very forward to receiving it and breaking it in!
