Placed an order June 26 2021, that said the furniture wouldnt be ready until September 28 2021. Not that big of a deal since supply chains are messed up due to COVID. I can wait three months and its summer time, so Ill be outside more often anyway. Then they call me a week before my scheduled delivery to say it will take another three months! This is all while they have my money, making whatever interest or paying off their debt. Dont sell something you know you wont have in stock for 6 months. Trash way to run a company.
Waited over an hour for my tv stand only to be told it wouldnt fit in my car. Went back later to pick it up but when I took it out the box a piece was missing on the bottom so I cant even use it until that gets fixed.
I had great service at the end of the day. The rep was very courteous and professional. She did everything to make sure I was satisfied.The workers are very helpful. They made sure to load my items in the vehicle. I will always buy from the Roomplace.

I placed an order in September to be received from this location a month or so after I placed the order. The delivery date was postponed a couple weeks, last minute, on MULTIPLE occasions. This was communicated to me sometimes by phone/voicemail, by email, and sometimes only when I called myself on each different occasion. No consistency and very awful communication and transparency with expected ready date. I would have much preferred being told up front that the dresser would not be ready for 4 months rather than receiving last minute communications with new delays. The dresser also arrived with lots of weird errors (some paint chips in places not a result of the movers, some weird holes on the top, some discoloring on the handles). I cant say Im very pleased with this experience and I will not be giving anymore business to The RoomPlace, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
Completely disappointed, ordered a twin headboard bed set for my toddler, and not only did it take 5 months !!!! But the day of delivery their delivery man “ Juan Chavez” gets lost on his way to my apartment, after 2 minutes of “looking” where my address is very visible, not to mention I have footage from my complex showing he clearly drove to the front and left without waiting, not even 30 seconds, NEVER shopping here again.You get extra income to come and set the furniture up, and can’t simply do the one job.
We placed an order for a bedroom set for my daughter months ago and they gave us a reasonable delivery date. Once the date came, they sent an email pushing the delivery date back a month. Two days before the delivery date they gave us the delivery window time. Now, the night before the delivery, after we rearranged the room, they called and said it’s out of stock and there’s nothing they can do, but we can order something else. No thanks, what a terribly disorganized company with no regard for it’s customers.
This was the first time our family has tried to order from The Room Place and it will be the last. A couple of months ago we placed an order for a bedroom set. The original delivery date was postponed. Fast forward to the day before the new, anticipated delivery date after we arranged the space to make room for the new set—we get a call that evening from a rep saying they don’t have the pieces at the warehouse and can’t do the delivery. Umm what? You’re letting us know now, the second day before it’s supposed to be delivered. Like this isn’t something that couldn’t be addressed when we ordered online?!? Horrible user experience.
I placed an order, got confirmation. They took over $500 out of my bank account, it is in my bank statement. Ive been waiting on them to process my order, according to the site it only takes 24hrs. Its the 3rd day now, and Im still waiting for the order to process.Ive called a total of 3x to customer service. It wasnt until the 3rd time that I was informed that I never paid for the table...even though I did, and I have proof. They couldnt connect me to the processing team because customer service doesnt have there number some how, And to top it off Im picking the item I bought up myself.Awesome
Wow worst customer service experience ever in 30 years. Had to make 11 calls as the dining table and buffet were delivered with flawed markings. Wanted a refund and pick up. They said if I see another in the store there would be another 400 for delivery. I was promised return calls that did not happen, I was hung up on, I was treated rude by a lead named Armando on the phone twice then he advised he was going to pause the conversation and have someone call in 24 hours after I had called 11 times over a week and a half period. I was also slammed into VM by a operator and did not know who I was talking to in VM. Stay away from delivery at this store. I talk to the store manager who is separate from delivery and he was helpful. Buyer beware......sales is good but customer service and delivery HORRIBLE
Quick and easy pick up. Contact less expierence was nice due to Covid -19.Waited less than 15 minutes for what I ordered.
Hold times for getting a hold of someone at the Dist. Center were 10+ minutes. Once connected, after following simple protocol and trying to schedule a delivery I was put on hold for another 5 minutes. This repeated over a few days. After 3 calls to the distribution center, and being told that they would need to call me back (and never receiving the calls), I doubted the Room Places ability to deliver in a timely manner. I thought about what a nightmare it would be to have to jump through hoops like this (and worse) should the furniture arrive late/damaged.I canceled my order due to the slow and ineffective service by the distribution center employees.
12 weeks for delivery, and still have to pay for delivery. Never will shop there again
Excellent service! The waiting room was nice and cozy. The wait wasnt long. The guy who put the furniture in my car was really patient despite all my bags that I should have taken out before coming.
They really have a delivery issue. This is the second totally different table set that they do not install correctly and they leave the screws half way in. Also, left garbage at the curb!!!!

Office waiting area was clean with more than adequate seating. Staff was very helpful. The wait for my furniture was a little long- more than 30 minutes- but the friendliness of the employees made up for any inconvenience.

Room Place is by far the worst company to purchase furniture from. I bought a sectional couch from them, with in 2 months the springs were broke, there are tears and rips everywhere. Under the base cushions the staples are showing. The accent pillows have completely diflated, I even purchased the warranty for the couch and it did nothing for me except cost extra money. I have been disputing this for the last 5 years. Its a joke..... The company customer service is terrible, even in upper management. STAY AWAY!!!!!Go to Ashley Furniture or Art Van, even Value City has stepped up the quality and style of there furniture.
They gonna waste your time for sure.. You should learn to respect your costumers.. We give you our money and we have right to finish our furniture shopping without any headache.. Never again room place..
Ordered a living room set from there website got half of my order in 2 weeks after calling several times to get the delivery date moved sooner then there original delivery date for almost a month from the purchase date. It has now been a month since my purchase date and still have not had my entire order delivered. Called to get an update to find out that my item that was delayed has been delayed even longer so long story short it will be 2 months before I get my final piece to my living room set. Yet this living room set still shows in-stock on there website.

I bought table and chairs from Room Place. Also I bought a insurance for this set. After 5 months all chairs is broken. When inspection man coming he told me yes its looking like garbage. I never saw before this set but quality so poor. Definitely insurance will change the chairs But now room place management told me : inspection man said everything ok, BUT we can change maybe 2 chairs. And what I should do now???I pay 1500$ + insurance. After couple months I have a garbage. I loose my money . I am very angry and set . Never will be buy again .

People do not buy anything in these liars. Their furniture is very poor quality. I bought a dining table with six chairs from them and after three months chairs sat down and it was not possible to sit on them. I sent them photos of the seats and asked me to replace it at another or give a store credit to buy a new set. They sent their technician who check the chairs and said that it was a factory defect and wrote in the report to replace the entire set. After that, I got a call from them and they said that technician said that everything was OK and no defect he had not seen. and from the photos I sent them they can only replace two chairs. I asked to talk to the manager and in a few days I called Dianas manager back and said that they could not do anything. They dont have any RESPECT to their customers because the SET have one year manufactory warranty and I purchase one more warranty from them for 5 years. Technician mark in report that the chairs are BAD and I sign it. But now they said that technician said that everything was OK and dont want to show me the report. Never go to that store again and I do not advise you because THEY are only pleasure with You when buy from them but after that WHEN YOU ASKED THEM TO HELP YOU THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR YOU.Hi talk with them over months about my defect chairs first they told me that they can replace only two chairs but after few weeks of conversations they replace me all six chairs but not the table so now I have table from one set and new chairs from other. Also when they bring me 6 new chairs one was hardly used with foot steps and fluid spots on it. Add some pictures. Like I said in my previous review 0 respect for customers.

All they want is to get you to buy with any promises you might wanna hear. When it comes to warranty, this is when they tell you what the actual case is. And that is, you are not getting it. The product needs to be this much defected to be replaced etc, etc.
