This place is great. Went in to get windows they helped me pick the perfect windows were able to answer all my questions even for future projects. Love these people.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. The people that do the work are fine. The woman that answers phones and confirms appointments has a VERY difficult time understanding the word YES. The lady called TWO TIMES before our chop and drop to make sure we would be there. Both times were answered by a very firm and non-confusing YES. Somehow the lady got very confused the next day and cancelled our chop and drop for gutters. Furthermore, blamed my wife and I for her inability to comprehend the meaning of the word YES. Get new help or at least make sure the person representing your business understands simple yes or no answers.
