**UPDATE: Spoke with district manager Corey and he was sincerely concerned about what occurred and apologized. Nice guy and generally Tractor supply employees are nice, Im satisfied with the resolution!**Just had a horrible experience at the this store, the manager LaRae was totally unprofessional and discrimatory in her demeanor. We have spent over 50k at tractor supply in the last year and never had a problem if we needed to return something. Our number is in the computer so no need to have the receipt, but she treated us like we stole something because she failed to put our number in right several times. We asked her to split the refund and put some on some on the debit card and some in cash, and she LITERALLY accused us of being selfish and not caring about other customers, just ourselves. Wow. Additionally she threatened to call corporate, which sounded like a good idea and when we abliged she declined to call saying they were closed. Total hot mess disaster encounter, somebody please look at this video and see this womans demeanor and tell me if it was professional and representative of how you want your customers to be treated. Tractor supply wont get another dollar from us until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction.

Pat is a funny guy, well minded and well mannered. Every time I come tractor supply I always look for his register.

Prices are good but customer service sucks here. Especially those who are supposed to be helping load out. Worth the extra money to go elsewhere.

We bought chicks a few days ago. They forgot to charge us for them so we drove the 20 miles back there to pay for them. The manager didnt seem to have sincere appreciation for the honesty gesture of coming back to pay for them. One of the chicks we bought died that night so we went back today to replace it, but they would only sell us 4, even though one had died. They seemed unconcerned about the loss of the chick. Then we wanted to fill a 25 gallon propane bottle which we need to live and they would not fill it because we would have to lay it down after it was filled in order to transport it home. The new management is not customer friendly at all. We shop here a fair amount and have a large credit line. But we will most likely take our business elsewhere.

They have a wonderful supply of yard decor!!! I was there to see about a donation to Wyoming FFA camp. Super helpful. They have good prices on animal feed . If you havent been there... worth the trip.

This location is always helpful to me. They are honest with me about any ranch situation I incur.

I ordered on line and picked up in store 2 days later when I had time. Ensured that I got the last 2 bags of seed. They had it on a cart, waiting for me. Fast and easy!

My boyfriend loves coming here. They have this cheap $15 section at the front and those have really good deals. Its a nice, clean professional store.

I love this store. It has the best selection of bird feed, suet, and feeders in Cheyenne. The prices are very good too. Pet supplies are also excellent. While it is a bit out of town, I always enjoy the drive and no where is far in Cheyenne! Staff are very nice and helpful. Im a Saturday regular in the bird seed aisle and I have the happiest birds on the block! (Yes, my birds are a bit spoiled, but it is my hobby and thanks to Tractor Supply, I can afford to indulge them just a bit).

Item I ordered online ready to pick up when I arrived. Picture ID and copy of e mail notice no longer required. Oil filled heater works perfectly. Their survey requires a store number which I could not find on receipt nor on e mails. Happy overall!

I truly enjoy this place. The people are friendly and helpful. They also have cool farmhouse items I like. We get our dog and cat supplies there to. Nice selection of mens clothing.

This is a pretty cool place to go. Prices are better than Murdochs for most things. If they dont have it in the store, their website has it, and can be delivered there. They may not have everything you need, but it has everything I need for a backyard farm.

Terrible customer service. Went in last night and spoke to a very pleasant helpful gentleman at the front counter to check supplies of a few horse/hog panels we needed. The panels were buried under the snow so we were told to come back today so they would have a crew to unbury them and load them for us. Checked the price and quantity and there was enough and price was $12.99.Go in today and they rang up as $15.99 and all the paperwork showed $12.99. Was told that was the price NOW and that is what you will have to pay by gentleman that came to help figure out the price discrepancy. After we explained that all the paperwork we were shown the night before and even today that it did not seem right. He eventually took $2 off each panel making them $13.99 and not the price in all their books or paperwork!! Very disappointed in how they handled it.

I like Tractor Supply. They could use some bolstering in the equine department as far as food is concerned, but their staff is pretty helpful and their gardening/summer yard decor is so fun, well built and holds up to Wyoming wind. They did not have the feed i needed--which irks me, but i dis leave with a cute lawn stake....so.

Had the opportunity to set up this store and work with the new staff. Everyone from management to cashiers were extremely personable and ready to help not only with work but even offering great recommendation on local attractions and eateries. The manager, Kyle, has most definitely selected a winning crew and have no doubt will satisfy every customer and make a lasting positive impression on the community.

Propane for RV!! Twenty cents cheaper than Ft Collins. Store is one-year-new, very well stocked and clean. Staff is hospitable and advised me to park along building until wind advisory ended. Great team!!

They were awesome, I had a return there, no problems. They were helpful with new products I had to purchase today.

Bought shorts as gift and the security marker was still on. Clerk refused to help remove when brought back was told to use a strong magnet to remove. When asked why he would not remove it he said it wasnt his problem he did not sell it to me, someone else did.

Five stars for Greg in receiving, who went out of his way to get me an entire pallette of wood stove logs when others at the store made me wait for weeks with none arriving. If Greg was head of logistics for all of Tractor Supply, maybe I could even get that product at my local store instead of having to drive 100 miles round-trip to the only store that was able to get that product...

The Cheyenne Tractor supply is awesome. It is close to our home and has great things! Also, the staff is extremely helpful!

Great, small home town store feeling that has just farm and ranch staples. It had what we needed and anything that wasnt there probably could have been ordered.

I buy almost all of my dog food there. They have their own brand which is just as good as Merricks. My dogs love it!

What a waste of time this place is. Dont bother. Grab your animal feed at A&C feeds in Cheyenne- where they do not charge sales tax AND they load it up for you. Seriously, you never have to touch a bag until you get home! This Tractor supply is a last ditch effort store, and dont expect any actual help, because you are not going to get it.

Came in for wood pellets and wood shavings neither are in stock. When I asked when they will be getting some in I was told very rudlyrby the manager that she doesnt know and I will have to go somewhere else . Wont be supporting the store .

Gets one star just so I could let you know that service is bad employees standing around talking. When i needed help and asked a question, I was told its over there and was shooed away. Still could not find the item that I was looking for (imagine that)! I ask for him to come and show me he acted as if the world had ended; he had to leave his counter!

The people there are very friendly. I gave only 2 stars because it is SO CLUTTERED. I had to go to customer service desk. There was so much junk on it that I had to push stuff aside so I could sign the paperwork.
