Went in looking for a valve stem for my kitchen faucet. They did not have what I needed. But the gentleman that was in plumbing helped me fund a solution and was very knowledgeable!

I just bought a brand new gas stove I had to wait a while to get it .which is ok . I understand!But what I don’t understand is they did not send any orifices so I had to call Frigidaire and they said it’s out of warranty! It’s a brand new stove . How is that possible. I had to order some for 100 .00 dollarsI went to home depot In Cheyenne they totally blew me off

3 times and couldnt get anyone to cut 2x4s no regular caulking guns and didnt have or couldnt find an associate to help locate hardware for lazy Susan! I am done going there!

Been trying to get time, date, and century coordinated. Apparently, the technicians who are suppose to read the address cant read. They went to Avenue usual instead of Street, and didnt have time to deliver our product - that was purchased the middle of May. Almost a month later, and were still waiting.

Returned item with ease and issues the clerk was super friendly and the transaction went smoothly.

I read the flyer and found a couple of things I wanted. When I got to store it was hard to find the items. Also plants should be better marked. Why were vegetable plants only on sale for 3 days and not over holiday weekend?

Best building supply box store in town and in the nation, dont bother with Menards or lowes.

For the most part they have a good selection but if your looking for brad nails for your finish nailer go to Lowes they have a way better selection

Absolutely worst place. Ordered siding in April they have lost it twice now asking me to pay difference since it went up in price. Still have yet to get all my stuff and paid over $8,000. Manager never available to talk to or call back. Spent 5 hours in store one day for them to locate and never found it. Complete joke of store.

I was surprised by how little the staff know. I used to think I could ask them for help and advice but now I know considerably more than they do. Im assuming training is completely non-existent. Nice folks, just uninformed.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup. Didnt take very long for my order to processed. It did take forever for my order to be brought out to my truck.

So I just called looking to buy not shop but BUY a portable air conditioner. Youre specialist Kevin in heating must not need my $ because when I asked a simple question about the price if it was $329.99 his response was well Im not over there but it sounds about right . Then I asked about the weight and his reply was well Im not over but I imagine and before he could finish I hung up. Thanks Ill take my money elsewhere.

We recently picked up two pallets of heavy flooring and we were impressed with how organized and efficient everyone we dealt with was. The guy who drove the forklift was a pro and made loading look like a piece of cake. Thank You...

It was home depot a big orange marketing machine designed to kill the local lumber yard

I went in for weather stripping and was able to get some, but it was the wrong kind, so Ill be returning it. I also bought some floor transition strips, but they are silver instead of gold colored, so Ill be returning them too and getting the gold ones if they have them. It was a Friday and there werent many employees in the store, one cashier at each door.

Low stock on a lot of stuff. Website claims they have stuff in stock and ready to pick up. When you get there you will find they dont have it and wasted your time.

Excellent selection of shrubs and vegetables, none looked like they were not watered, knocked over, or just neglected. Nice lady checked me out.

Home Depot does have good products. My issue is their deceptive credit card practices. They offer no interest for a period of time. Then they have you opt in for paperless statements and then do not remind you or send notices to pay on time. As such, you end up paying interest that you never would have had to pay. I think that is very deceiving and as such I have vowed not to shop at home Depot.

We were in need of a new freezer. Contacted our local home Depot, we were told go online and order it through homedepot.com. no willingness to help from the associate.Ordered the appliance online was told it would be to us within 10 days. Scheduled delivery date no freezer received, no phone call to reschedule, just left hanging. The next day we contacted home Depot locally and we were told its not their problem we ordered it online.Terrible experience!

The star has great staff, I worked with Dave and Scott and Chris to work through an issue we were having applying a coupon to an order. They really went above and beyond and got it worked out for me

There have been times where deliveries were late, or errors were made, and they really shine in customer service and satisfaction. There have also been times when I wasn’t the best customer to deal with and they were patient and consistent in their resolve of excellent customer service. I could give Home Depot 20 stars! Ordering our fridge was easy and the guy that I ordered thru was very nice but the run around when it comes to delivery and the DAYS that we have wasted waiting for it to be delivered has been outrageous. And then when you call to speak to someone about the issue, the 2 females I spoke to were rude instead of at least attempting to apologize or correct the issue. So if you don’t live in Cheyenne, just go ahead and plan your trip to Cheyenne to pick up your own things because the delivery system is a joke.

Needed some wood for a project...much better quality than Lowes...and better price for what I wanted.

You have a better chance of finding a unicorn here, than finding somebody that is able to help you.

We bought a new washer and dryer and had it installed. They folks who installed it forgot to leave the stabilization bolts and we discovered this when we were about to move. Brian in alliances spoke with management and called me back within 20 minutes to help me out. They pulled the parts off the display so that we could get our stuff moved tomorrow. Outstanding service.

I bought a dryer from them along with warranty. Home Depots protection plan is really bad along with the whirlpool dry we bought. There appliance department could need some professionals that know what they are doing.

We love Home Depot but this was the worst experience we’ve had here. We received major attitude from “Jess” at the paint department. I’ve never experienced this much attitude from an employee before. She made it very that our very presence was an inconvenience.

Went into Home Depot to have three keys made waited for 20 minutes at the key station I finally located an employee and ask them to get somebody for me to the key section where did another 15 minutes and nothing I went up to the front desk and they paged someone to the key area I waited another 20 minutes and went home lousy a service there ever was employees walking around talking no one wanted to help me I went to Lowe’s and got keys made in two minutes

Im not sure who to point the finger at, but I placed an online ship-to-store order on september 1st for a simple 3 prong outlet cord for my older range. Ive had the order delayed for the 3rd time. According to home depots tracking website, the product was unable to be delivered due to customer or business being unavailable, which was attempted at 12:10pm on september 11th. I called home depot customer service, who was very friendly, and they were unable to contact the carrier. I myself have been unable to contact the carrier service.My question is, HOW IN THE WORLD was nobody available to claim the package at 12:10 on a friday???? I feel like someone wasnt doing their job. Now Im left to suffer, and yes, Im aware its just a cord but this has become such a pain in the rear. Im never ordering anything from home depot again. Id suggest you dont either unless youre fine with getting it whenever someone feels like delivering it to you, which could be WEEKS!!

Standard big box store. Staff is generally helpful but not super knowledgeable depending on which dept you are in. The lumber selection is always pretty bleek but the tool section can make up for that. Tons of milwaukee!! Lately the shelf have been bare of certain items, staff said they can only stock what is sent to them and lately they havent been getting alot of stuff. Mostly tools and such.

I found what I was looking for and saved good bit on all also.

My husband and I shop here often for our home renovations but we are going to take out business elsewhere. A few of their employees are extremely disrespectful towards military members. Mocking them and saying, Thank you for your service in a rude way. Also we were walking down a gardening aisle when a younger female with dark curly hair walked passed while talking to another employee out loud and as we walked passed we heard her say do you think I care about military members? to the other employee.As military wife I find it extremely disrespectful. It makes it an unpleasant shopping experience.

The customer service in the paint department has really gone down. Ive experienced long wait times and lackadaisical customer service the last two times I went in. Today, Mia seemed interested in giving full effort, even though I was the only customer in line.

Nearly every associate I came across in the store acknowledged me and offered assistance. Very good customer service

I think Home Depot has the best web site. Today, I needed a specialized flashlight. It was easy to find options on the web site, check stock and see which aisle and bin it was in. In and out of the store quickly, no rocket science. You get a 5!

I personally have had great service here! The only other hardware store in town I go to is Menards. Never had good service at Lowes. Youd think they all be very similar but theyre not. For harder to find items, I go to Menards but for info on how to do something or advice on issues, I go here. Always friendly and helpful! Also, big appliances here tend to be better price than anywhere else in town. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

Usually has what Im looking for.

Had a plant I wanted to purchase. Ended up leaving the store without it because they wouldnt sell it to me without a skew even though I knew how much it was. Gentleman working the garden center was to busy to help. There has to be a reason why this store had fewer people in it than the competition.

Typical Home Depot. Sunday afternoon not many people. We didnt need much help finding anything and checked ourselves out so minimal employee interaction. Bonus, we got what we came in for.

Once you find someone to help you, they give you great service. They can seem understaffed sometimes later in the day. Great prices.
