New store in Cheyenne Wyoming. Checked it out. Need to advertise more. Been here since August someone said. Theres one in Ft Collins Colorado we are use to going too. We Had a gift card. Spent it in Cheyenne.👍 $100 bucks it was. Cheyenne bigger than the 65,000 population total. We have huge Warren AFB, few thousand people. and our county people number in the thousands of people. We draw from Nebraska and small close towns. You could be losing out on Business. We support twice city numbers. Have the Largest Highest paying Rodeo in America and your store in great location next to Frontier Park. Im a business owner. Your missing sales. Marketing needs to take a better look. Just saying.

I love having a hardware store I dont have to drive across town to get to. The staff is helpful, the store is VERY clean, and the prices are reasonable.

Great Hardware store to have in our neighborhood. The prices are high on some things compared to Lowes or Home Depot, but some things are actually cheaper, and the convenience of not having to go into and through one of those big guys is fantastic as well. The workers have always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well.

I was so looking forward to Cheyenne having an Ace Hardware. I went there today. The employee at the front did not have a mask on. She was walking all over the store showing people things, they all had masks on. When I went to check out, I asked her to put a mask on. She dug around in a drawer for awhile and found one. They were not readily available. If I wasnt desperate, I would have left my purchases and gone to a big box store. With coronavirus surging in Wyoming as well as the US, a little precaution and thought fullness to others would be nice. It is obvious this merchant only cares about money and not their customers. I wont make this mistake again. I will shop elsewhere.
