Union Wireless does a great job of providing me with a rapid response to my question.They are available in the remote regions of Wyoming where other carriers are simply asking, Can you hear me now! They support the local communities and are integrated into the fabric of living in Wyoming.

Great services and staff

I wish everyone had the great customer service that Union Wireless has, whenever I have an issue with my phone they help me out. I was running out of storage and couldnt figure out why, Michelle spent a good 30 minutes working with me to find out what apps were using up storage then showed me how to transfer to the sd card. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They also have some really great phone plans

We have been with this company for many years now. The reason we switched from Verizon many years ago was because Verizon plan pricing kept going up and up. Union Wireless had better pricing and they still do. They have consistently met our needs and the customer service has always been great! A special shout out to Matt B. in Cheyenne, as he has been just super to work with and we love our new phones! Thank you to all at Union Wireless and keep up the good work!!

Absolutely terrible service, constant fluctuation of data speed(when it actually works of course). On top of that there are dead spots EVERYWHERE! Not small ones all the time either, theres a 20 mile long stretch of the 59 north between douglas and wright where theres no service and and a 5 mile or more stretch of the 287 north of fort Collins thats completely dead. Dont break down! Cause youre hoofing it to find a signal.

My phone screen stoped working so i called Michelle she came out to the parking lot and got my phone and took it to the office during this flu problem and got it working again and returned it in 10 minutes working normally thats Customer service

I have never received worse customer service from a phone company in my life. This company is garbage and will charge you random fees and additional charges every chance they get! The only good thing is the military discount and at this point that is not worth it to stay! Done with this and will never encourage another person to switch to Union again!

For some reason, Union wireless changed my account twice so that I had Canadian roaming. The first time they cancelled my regular service, and substituted it with CA roaming. I found out because my phone didnt work anymore. The second time, they added CA roaming to my bill, and still havent refunded the $20 charge (even though I called right away when I saw my bill, and its been over two months). Needless to say, I didnt request roaming in canada - Ive never even been there. I am pretty annoyed at this point, and trying to reach costumer service takes ages. Which is funny, the automated message start with your business is important to us before not answering the call for quite a few minutes every single time.

Customer service has been outstanding. My coverage has been better than Verizon to include nation wide. I have Mede two trips from here to the east coast and have been extremely happy wth the coverage.

The service and the customer service are both mediocre. A close friend of mine who was also on union got even worse service than me on multiple occasions. I dont see how a small company like this can get away with having the service level they do...

When my wife and I first moved to Cheyenne a year ago, we were with Sprint. In December we made to move to Union Wireless, because based off their coverage maps they had as good or better cell coverage than Verizon. However that turned out to be 100% false. While driving through the city, I would lose calls. Driving outside the city you would go from 3G to LTE and when I questioned Union Wireless they stated they were still in the trial stages of LTE, but yet in their monthly newsletter they would post how many towers were upgraded to LTE and 4G. When you left the state of Wyoming there was no clue what type of cell coverage you would receive or even better not receive while others around you had phone coverage. I would only recommend this company for use, because their customer service staff is extremely considerate.

My wife and I have been customers of Union for almost 20 years, I have nothing but good to say about their service. Personally, I have have had Union service for 7 years, they beat Sprint and Verizon, especially if you line in Wyoming.

I found it refreshing that the lady that sold us our phones was also the person they transferred me to for a customer service call. I like that I speak to local people and not be transferred somewhere out of the country.
