Company with upstanding character! We built a custom modern house and their team worked with us to figure out exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price. Unfortunately some things went wrong with the order, but in the end they made it right! Richard, the manager of this location, was exceptionally kind as we worked to correct the order. Because Im not a contractor bringing in alot of business, most companies probably would have bailed. Best Buy Metals didnt - instead they gained my trust and deserve a hearty recommendation!

Great pricing but they done always give u what u order. I ordered a green metal roof and ask for green boots to match. Well they gave me black and they had green on the self and would not fix it. So now my customer is Going to have black pipe boots on a green roof. A little up set about this because I take pride in my work and like my job to always look goodUp date this company has cute are metal a foot to short and we have called them and they blamed it on are company. We went back in are knots and found were we took down Our measurements and yet they still want to fight with us. So we had to order more and yet they charged us cut fees because the metal is under a foot when there the ones that made the mistake. I have since then talk to other companies about my problem and I heard I am not the only one this has happened toDO NOT go to this place!!!!!!
