I recently contacted mobility at home after seeing them in the Chattanooga Senior Directory magazine. I needed some work done on the steps of my mother’s house to allow her to safely enter and leave without falling. I left a message and Kyle responded immediately. He went out to my mother’s house to assess her needs and what could be done to the steps to accommodate those needs. He thought decreasing the height of the steps would be best. Within a matter of days he was at the house and completed the entire job in half a day. The entire turnaround time from our initial conversation to the completion of the job was about 1 1/2 weeks! I totally recommend Kyle and Mobility at Home for any of your home accessibility needs. Now my mother is able to come and go as she pleases with less assistance and more confidence in herself.

This wonderful company finished my wooden ramp last week in one day! I love having the freedom of being able to get in and out of my house without obstacles! 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful, friendly staff and showroom. They were very helpful at making recommendations for me and my mother. We transformed our garden tub into a walk in shower. It is no only safe but beautiful. I am so glad that they are here to assist with answering questions and finding solutions.

Everyone at Mobility at Home is knowledgeable about their products and how each product meets a customers need. Kyle was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had what I would need to help me recuperate from surgery at home.

I am 78 years old. I couldnt remember who replaced the batteries in my scooter a year ago so I called Mobility at Home since they are 4 miles from me. They came out and replaced 2 batteries and charged me $278.59. I found my records the next day and discovered that Medicare and my supplemental policy pays for the replacement. They never mentioned insurance. I called just now and the lady answering the phone said we dont do insurance. I said why didnt someone tell me. She said you didnt ask. I think it would be a courtesy to tell elderly customers that they dont file Medicare. Now I am out $278.50 to replace 2 batteries in my electric scooter.

On Thursday nov.1, Anthony the technician came out to fix my chair lift. He was very professional and kind. During this time a tornado warning came on tv. He was very calm and help me down the stairs.He not only fixed my chair but provided calmness during the storm.Thank you Anthony and mobility at home for providing quick service andShowing that people care!! And going the extra mile.!

By far the most professional, friendly, down to earth caring staff Ive ever been around, Ive been disabled for 8 years and really wish I would have used them for everything I needed, Kyle and his staff really care about what kind of service you receive and it shows, if there were more than 5 stars they would got more, For the record if the service was bad trust me I would sharing that also.Give these folks a try your be glad you did.

Thank you so much to Mobility at Home for installing a beautiful barrier free shower! The owners made it simple and easy to pick out exactly what I wanted and installed it in two days!

I can only speak about their installation of my walk-in shower. Four months after installation and I am still dealing with their shoddy workmanship. None of the men working on my shower were licensed plumbers and as a result there has been pipe leakage, water damage, incorrect caulking used, insufficient seals of grab bars and a hole in the drywall that was left unfinished and unpatched. Outside professional plumbers have had to come correct the mistakes. The owner has not had the courtesy of staying in touch and just had other plumbing company contact me to schedule a time to get the repair work done I could go on and on but will just sum up by saying I wish I had paid more and gone with Hullco who did an amazing job installing my windows. I can only hope that they do better work installing ramps for disabled people.

My only regret is not finding this wonderful business sooner!!!!! They have changed my husband and Is quality of life!

Great company, friendly staff, excellent equipment.

Ordered a bigger scooter and even paid for the extra cost. They didn’t give the right scooter and told us that there wasn’t any of the scooter we want, left. Very terrible company and now our vacation is on pause due to their error.

Closed early when I needed something. 😔
