Imagine a paint store existing that consistently runs out of paint. On three separate occasions they’ve run out of basic white and black paint. They had *none* of the 5 colors I needed. Don’t bother calling this shop if you need a gallon of paint, they will redirect you to their commercial location on E 23rd — which is just another sherwin Williams out of paint.Thankfully I’ve found a more reliable paint supplier at Green’s on dayton, but it is still upsetting to go into a sherwin Williams only to be told they have no paint.

Manager stays in the phone. Credit card machine down and doesn’t tell anyone until they have watched him ring up your sale 5 times because he is on the phone and not paying attention to his customers in the store. Was in there for half an hour to be told he needs me to go to the ATM to get cash. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with current management

Ordered the paint over the phone. Told me it would be ready when i got there. After an hour drive to this store. Ken told me they didn’t have the paint. Sent me to another store. Just a big waste of time when they could have told me beforehand. Every minute counts when painting and i got people waiting on the paint that we ran out of.

I visit the Chattanooga, Cherokee Blvd store often. They help keep records of the paint I have purchased so when I need to touch up something, I can exact match it every time. I try to stock up when they have sales which is fairly often. They always have what I need for a paint or stain project and the staff is super helpful.
