Very happy with the service I have received from Champion so far! With this being my first experience in buying new windows (just purchased my first fixer upper!), I wanted to make sure I was getting great quality that would last. After shopping around, I have found that Champion offers the best quality, and the rep Kevin was very knowledgeable and helped me really visualize living with my new windows! My next project is siding - its a good feeling knowing that I wont have to look any further than Champion!

My experience is based only on the consult/sales pitch. The salesman that came to our home was friendly, but I was not expecting to be subjected to a TWO HOUR sales pitch, outlining everyone else’s prices and quality. Somewhere in the middle I began to wonder if it would ever end. When we were finally given a number, I asked for a day to think it over and discuss it with my partner, and the salesman said “I do 40 of these appointments a week and if everyone asked for a day to think it over it would be more paperwork for me and would result in people getting mad and us losing business.” Sorry dude, I need to take a minute before spending $15,000! I was also told that if I didn’t sign right then and there, I would have to pay $2,000 more. This pushiness ultimately led to me deciding this was not the right company for me, and when we said we would pass, the salesman was clearly dejected. He then called someone in an office and we were forced to tell ANOTHER salesman on speaker phone then and there that we were not interested. By this point it was honestly just annoying and tiresome.My advice, no one wants to spend this long talking about windows. No one wants to be made to feel like they are a nuisance for needing time to think it over. This is not the way to secure customers. We will be going with a local company who gave us a number within half an hour, and told us to take our time deciding!And this is petty, but the salesman did make a comment about my cluttered dining room table which I thought was inappropriate and awkward. I have a 5 month old baby, my house is certainly not a showroom.

I have used Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Chattanooga for several installation jobs in the past -- windows, siding and now replacing front exterior door and screen.I met with Gage last week to order replacement door and screen. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions involved with deciding which door and my many options.Champion offers quality items and installation was a good experience. I was very pleased with window replacement on my porch several years ago.

Gage did a wonderful job of explaining what type of siding we needed, how much was needed, and didn’t try to upsell us things we don’t need. He was professional and thorough. We are excited about our new siding from Champion. We will use them for our other home exterior needs.

Very professional, very nice, I live in a condo and the type of patio covering has to be uniform and your company does not provide the Pan Roof aluminum patio cover I have to purchase.

I have left several messages on their voice mail, general mail and even spoke with the salesman that sold us the windows, told that he will have someone call back with delivery information. Not one call back has been received. Was told it would be 8 to 10 weeks. Its now been over 12 weeks. A courtesy call to be acknowledged would be great....worst customer service ever! They keep sending flyers to buy more.....ridiculous!

Had siding installed 2018 still waiting on them to fix issues where it was installed incorrectly. Have tried calling only get voicmail with no return calls. Waited for replacement piece of siding for over 6 months when they finally came out to replace it, it fell off the house in less than 24 hours. Have called for 2 days with no return calls. They are an embarrassment. Do not even think about using them for any home improvement projects. Just an update, after leaving the review I received a computer generated email telling me they want to make it right and left a number for me to call them. The number goes to the Cincinnati showroom. I spoke with someone who transferred me to an answering machine, left a message and never recieved a return call. After filing BBB complaint they sent response to the BBB they were coming to my residence on September the 2nd. Even though they never called me to schedule this visit I waited all day and no one ever showed. Good luck if you you take a gamble on this company. You will be highly disappointed. If you even think about calling them just know you are waiting your money.

The sales experience with Zach Ellis was efficient and yet thorough explaining options and answering questions. The installers as well Pete and Jerry and the team did a great job despite it being a big and complex job replacing as well as adding new windows and openings and a picture window as well. Great thanks to the team. Having them do additional windows and storm doors because of their great work !

Gage came on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not push his product, but rather explained and demonstrated it well. We shall be using Champion for our window installation.

One of the worst experiences I have been through and still am. After our windows were blown out on July 4th, we called Champions and Lowes And went with Champions because the presentation was better seemed to be more quality work. We were quoted 6-8 weeks and only 5 weeks from Lowes( should have been a sign there) but anyway still went with Champions. Since then I have only had my windows measured no contact from anyone even tho I have asked for updates on a install date, no one telling why we went from 2 months to install to now 4 months and still no idea when I will be getting windows. The people we have worked with know we only have boxes and plastic up as our windows and now the weather is starting to get cold. I would warn anyone to research this company more before going with them, I wish I had because everyone may not have a experience like ours, but this is beyond stressful and so unprofessional to not even keep in contact with a customer about thier windows esp after we have already been making payments on windows we do not have. We will noy use this company again for our windows on the rest of our house, we have been understanding to the fact everyone is behind but this company should not give customers a time frame then are 2 more months behind on it and have not contacted us after several reach outs on our end to see when we will be getting windows installed. They ask us to put a good review the day we signed the papers on July 7 for a contest and now we see it was because they needed good reviews and mis leading to future potential customers.

Gage came to our house to discuss window replacement. He was very thorough and let us know what our money would buy. He showed us samples and answered all of our questions. He knows what he’s doing and is very personable. We are looking forward to our new windows. I’ll post another review once we get them installed.

Jim Shepard was our salesperson. He came by to give us an estimate on siding and windows. He was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. The demonstrations of their products vs others was amazing. We highly recommend them.

This place is horrible I ordered windows to be installed in February of this year and paid a down payment of $4000 Dollars and never heard from them againIts like they took my money and ran I have called several times to get no response at all to get a refund so now we are going to small claims court I will be reporting this to the BBBBUYER BEWARE....BUYER BEWARE....

I have used Champion in the past for some window installation. I needed 4 new windows(not replacement for my Champion windows) and Gage came out for an estimate. He was very polite and respectful. We worked out a deal and in a few weeks I will have Champion windows all over my house

I actually work for champion. It’s not only a great place to work, but as a company, they actually do what they say. It’s a high quality product at a midrange price. The installation crew is the best in Chattanooga. We have a saying that no window company has ever replaced a Champion window. It’s true. With the Champion high quality window and unbeatable warrantee, no one can say they switched to another brand. On the other hand, I’ve replaced Very expensive brand windows with our window.

We had several windows and a sliding door installed in our sunroom but unfortunately they cut the electrical where the door was to be installed making the existing outlets non- functional..the incorrect door was installed in October and we are still waiting for the correct one.The door still has no trim nor does it have a lock(they forgot to bring) Since then there has been no progress to fix the problem (currently mid February).They keep trying to make us fix the problem ourself. I have called the customer service multiple times with no help (transfer calls and voicemails) I don’t recommend a company that can’t do a job they are supposed to be professionals at

The product ok. After 4 yrs roof had to be replaced again leaked damaged bathroom did not get enough to fix damage. Had to pay out of pocket. 25 yr roof. Now 4 yr again sagging in 3 spots again like before. Leak under carport. A place where shingles coming up. Called 4 times no response at all

We are very pleased with the great job the installers did on our project. We went from a screened in porch to a sunroom that we can use year round and couldnt be happier. They removed and disposed of the old material and cleaned up after they finished, it looks wonderful!

I’ve been with Champion for 6 months as a Factory Rep. This is the only company I’ve worked for who will not allow you in the field until you have completed and passed the training along with ride alongs other than my service in the Military.Champion does actually sell a high quality product at a mid-range price. We are not for everyone’s budget but we should be for the long run. The CEO spent two days with me in training to better me as a new rep. This from a guy who is responsible for over 50 locations across America. My district manager is very thorough and accessible which makes my job much easier. The senior reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is an amazing company to work for and work with. Install team is extremely skilled and thorough as well. Feel comfortable in your investment and know you are working for and with a great company.

Naturally skeptical of all contracting projects, but was overly pleased with Champions Chattanooga operation. If needed I will have no hesitations of contacting this team of professionals. They delivered timely quoting of the job on Windows and Siding. The quotes stayed on budget, even with unseen issues that the skilled contractors encountered during the process (rotten wood etc.), after speaking with the GM of operations they fixed with out adjusting the quotes. On budget, on Time, Professional. The work looks as if it were done by Champions. Wonderful!

I am a highly dissatisfied customer. Our siding has melted not once but twice and its due to a window? Anyway, theyve come to replace it once but still have not come back out to replace it the second time or offered a solution to fix the problem. Now im dealing with another issue, my entire panel came off the peak of my house... when i say panel im talking about the whole peak with each panel still attached and the vent off. So about 10 or so pieces of siding. This is unacceptable. I even paid more money for the better quality siding. Where is the quality at? Dont purchase from here you will be disappointed.

I’m very disappointed with this company. I’ve paid near $3,000 for gutters that sag in the middle, pour water over every time it rains, and stays full of water after rain. They hire independent contractors who dissappear after completing the job. I’ve called the project manager who said they couldn’t do anything. I’ve called company to speak with a manager, but one is never there and never returns phone calls.This has now been a month of them dodging my calls. Don’t waste your time or money, they do not offer quality work and do not stand behind their work. IF someone contacts me and corrects this problem, I will update my review.

This company is awful!! Ordered replacement handle for sliding glass door on August 1. Each time we call the pat answer is “we’re getting a truck in today.” It’s October 12 and still no handle. Receptionist was extremely rude when I called today. Darrell Whitmire will not return calls, and if he does, he leaves a bogus number for you to call him back! This is ridiculous. So extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I plan to call both the corporate office and the BBB on Monday. ~ Carol Duckett

I ask for quote thru Home Advisor. 30 x48 4 car garge. Vinyl siding. They said job was too small. Then they ask me if I was a previous customer I said no. They must be to jig for there britches. I will never ever hire them. Poor customer service and lady was kind of rude.

Champion did a great job of building our Sun room. I will definitely call them for any other work I need done.

I had a sunroom installed and it is a wonderful, and beautiful addition to my home. It looks great, and blends into the upscale neighborhood I reside in. It has to pass the HOA committee and Charles, the manager, navigated that with ease. All the workers were terrific. The fit and finish is great, and it has become my favorite room in the house.

Great value and service

The salesman Bryce was awesome throughout the whole process start to finish. Material was delivered on time and was a top notch product. The installers could use a little more training on how to work a full day and not take off in the middle of a day. Cell phone usage was a problem, every time I went out at least one was on the phone trying to work and a couple pieces was cut wrong. When the installer makes an appointment well lets just say he was suppose to be here at 0900 and didnt show up until 0950.Over all experience was good with the salesman and general manager they did their best staying on top of things. I would use them on another project.

You guys installed our windows a couple of months ago. We paid over $8,000 but the installer couldnt be bothered to fill in the gaps around each window. He left us a box of material to do it ourselves. This was after we had to work around unorganized scheduling. There are also scratches and dents in a few of our windows. When the windows are opened and locked again, it feels as though the lock is going to break while going back into place. Im not paying a service fee for you all to return to fix anything. We will fill the cracks around the windows ourselves but I will never ever refer this company to anyone.

Contracted on May 31 to install sunroom windows. Received invoice in June and have made 2 payments: however no windows. Promises have not been kept. Dont use champion if you want anything done within a reasonable time. They dont return calls and do not meet commitments but not they want their money. Never have I paid for something before product gets deliveredDo not use this company if you want good service or expect product to be delivered in timely manner. They over promise and fail to deliver. Use Hullco of Chattanooga as they meet their promise. We used them in past but wanted to give Champion a try. Never again.Delivery scheduled yesterday. Promised they would be, rained can understand. Talked with Charles this AM and couldnt come today as installers at another customer and that is was scheduled to rain. Now 4 PM no rain, no windows. Next on their list. To be seen.Having sign made for all my vehicles to stay clear from Champion of Chattanooga. Told cant cancel contract even if they fail to perform or we pay 30% of contract.Please anyone looking for windows or sunroom do yourself a tremendous favor and go elsewhere. Maybe this post/reviewwill save a few others from all the nightmares.

Had a appt for estimate have called for 2 days to reschedule as something has came up at work. Cannot get anyone to answer phone lines therefore I dont think I will be using them period. When you run a business of this size someone should at least be returning calls however no machine and no answer!
