We recently had WSH replace a 60 year old, heavy cast iron tub with a handicap accessible walk in shower for my aging parents. We couldn’t be happier with the job! We wanted an update on our 42 year old bathroom shower. It was a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. The team consisted of Rikkie Swanson, Justin Smith and Bradley Ledbetter. They were friendly, thorough and worked well together. They paid attention to detail and kept us informed of their progress. If and when we decide to update our other shower and tub, we will call them for an appointment.

We had our windows replaced a couple of weeks ago and had a fantastic experience. The install crew was amazing - they were punctual, they worked quickly without taking shortcuts or sacrificing on quality, and they did an incredible job cleaning up. The windows look great, too. West Shore Home remodeled our shower. They removed existing tile surround and tub then installed acrylic base and surround. The installers arrived on time and worked until the project was complete. The two workers were very considerate and professional. They attended to every detail and addressed all our concerns during the tear out and install. It is very encouraging to know that West Shore Home employs installers that are careful with their work. They cleaned up after they were done and were very courteous throughout. Although it was a very rainy day, Tanner Poe and his team did an excellent job installing new windows in our whole house . They were all courteous and professional; worked steadily without let-up until the job was compete, including cleaning up after themselves. They even hauled away those old windows for us. I would highly recommend them, and based on their work, I would be confident enough to call West Shore for any other home remodel, repair or install that might come up in future.

West Shore Home replaced a garden tub with a walk-in shower in my master bathroom. The sales rep, Michael, was knowledgeable and readily available to answer any questions I had. The installers, Steven, Curtis and Ricky were friendly, professional, efficient and patient with my questions and letting me get in the way to watch :) Their products are outstanding and the cost, while a little higher than other companies, was very reasonable considering the additional steps they take to ensure quality and safety. They even installed a month earlier than expected! Overall, they all did an excellent job and I love, love, LOVE my new shower!

We love our new soaker tub and bath wrap! The white herringbone design is beautiful with the deep tub and new shower heads. The tub is so comfortable with arm rests on each side and a sloping back. I loved the fact that the old tub and tile was removed that morning and by 6 pm that same night the new tub, bath wrap walls and new shower heads were installed and completely done! Jacob Sims from Louisville and Christian Spaide from TN installed a walk in shower with two pull down benches, one for me and a higher one for my dogs in Flintstone, GA. They kept me informed and cleaned up all mess and asked questions about where I wanted the items in the shower. I am very pleased with the shower.

Hullcos responsiveness was great. Already, things are going downhill with the purchase by West Shore. I called on Tuesday 4/20/2021 at 10:20 AM to ask a simple question about West Shore honoring the contracted warranty on windows. I was told a service representative would get back with me within 24 business hours/three business days. Its now 4/27/2021 and Ive yet to get a call. I just had to call THEM again and was told theyll try to have someone get back with me by 4/28/2021. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.Update: Its now Tuesday 5/4/2021...cricket...cricket...cricket (still not a word from West Shore)Update #2: I had to call them yet again on 5/6/2021. I finally got a call back that day from a manager to let me know that the product and installation warranties hadnt changed. I was told that there had been issues in the transition in merging the customer service message systems with the two companies. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt to an extent but given that I had to call FOUR TIMES over the course of two weeks just to get a call back is unacceptable.

Steven Sklavenitis came out and gave my husband & I all the information and options to change out our 30 year bath tub for a shower. Stephen was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The shower options are beautiful and we are going to think it over for a few days to a week and let Steven know.

They put in 7 new windows in my home. They were on time. Very polite gentlemen . The workmanship is excellent! Love my new windows!

I ordered replacement windows in late October last year before Hullco sold to West Shore Homes. I have yet to receive my windows, or return calls. I have called 3 different times only to be told by customer service cannot reach the scheduling department, and that they would email them to have them get in touch with me about my order. This is no longer a local company, which was what Hullco prided itself on. Extremely disappointed, and would love e to just have my money back.

Be sure to read the fine print on the warranty. We had Hullco install a new shower for us. We have been happy with the product. After a year, there was a small area where some caulk pulled away. We enquired about purchasing some caulk from Hullco because it is made to exactly match the wall panels and floor. We were told that the caulk is not available for sale directly to the public, but they would be happy to do it for us for $75/hour, plus material. They then told us that if we do it ourselves, it completely voids the warranty on our shower. Surprise! Never again!

Hullco has been amazing! They have provided all of our beautiful windows for the Isaiah 117 House Bradley-Polk. These windows will provide light ans protection for the children who will walk through our doors. Hullco has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Very thankful.

Our initial contract was with Hulco. My family and I were familiar with their quality of work, so it was understandable we would feel comfortable with this decision. When we heard West Shore Home had purchased Hulco, were were hesitant but decided to continue with the contract.Needless to say, we were very happy we did. Brian Pittman was our installer. He arrived prior to the scheduled installation to introduce himself. He was very professional and went over the project to ensure he understood our expectations. It was evident Brian possessed the same level of pride as prior installers with Hulco. He kept me informed during each phase of the project and double checked his assistants work validating the same level of quality.When the project was completed, he allowed us time to check the installation and ask any remaining questions. The end result was a beautiful remodel and very happy parents.

The windows themselves are pretty well built and were measured and installed level with no operating issues with any of them 5 months after install. My issue is with the lack of care given to the caulk sealing around the window. I can see daylight through 3 of my caulk seals. Why put so much effort in making custom windows just to leave gaping holes around them? Over $600/window and skimp on the $3 tube of caulk..I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the lack of care taken by the install contractors.

I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received during my recent sales meeting with Hullco. The salesman, Chris Heiner, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We went through the catalog offerings and all my my questions were answered and options provided. Chris knew his products and offered advise on certain selections. We settled on starting our project with windows for our 1st level but will be returning in the future for the remainder of the home. With the quality of salesmanship I experienced, I can only expect the installation and future service to be just as pleasant.

I must echo the comments regarding the poor communication around scheduling and issues. We originally signed a contract with Hullco but had our original experience been with West Shore we would never have signed on. First on installation day they sent ONE person to demo a wall, install 2 headers and a 4 panel glass door! After a long day of frustrating calls with no reply, they found a crew from ATL to come up the next day to do the job. That crew was awesome but everything else has been terrible. We still have no trim around our doors- evidently the materials just came in but they have not replied to our requests to have the job finished. In addition one of our door panels that is supposed to be stationery slides. We were told we need 2 service calls for these issues but it has been one miscommunication after the other. If I hear that someone will call me back within 24-48 hours one more time…Shop around is all I can say. I miss Hullco!

Always a wonderful experience with Hullco!!! We had 3 new windows installed by Paul and his crew and they did a perfect job. They had to cut the wall out and put in new windows in our upstairs bedroom. In 4 hours we went from a drab wall to a beautiful view of the woods. It was a pleasure working with Paul and would highly recommend them.

Had a shower installation and French door replacement done. Custom materials took a while to get here (Covid I expect) but I was regularly contacted and given updates. Randy did both installs over two days. Quality of products and install were top notch. Randy is a great installer. Everything was done professionally and I was kept in the loop. The house was protected throughout the processes and cleaned up so well you couldnt tell anyone was ever here. Randy was friendly, informative and just an a total pleasure to be around. I picked his brain about the jobs and we shared a few home improvement war stories. All the while he was training a new helper and I got to listen to their interactions. Hes obviously an awesome person to train with. His trainee was just as personable as Randy... sadly, I cant remember his name.All in all A+s all around for product, installation, sales, and front office. Hullco may not be the cheapest game in town but I felt I got way more than I paid for. I really dont see how this experience could have been any better !!!

Schedule an appointment online for windows. Never received a confirmation, 3 days prior received an email called the number they said that the time I chose was unavailable. Set up a new time waited 20 minutes beyond my appointment time called them back and they told me my appointment was canceled with no communication.

(Shower to bath upgrade) Hullco replaced a 30 year old shower with a bathtub. We are very pleased since they had to move a wall to place the larger tub in the space. Shannons customer service, quality installation, and work ethic were outstanding. There were some behind the scenes technical problems he worked out to our satisfaction. Only problem was a rather long wait for the materials, certainly COVID related.

You cant tell they were even here, except for the awesome windows and door, of course.I highly recommend HULLCO for new windows and doors.

This company went above and beyond in a collaborative effort to design, quote and install my windows. The 3 week turnaround from sale to install was the fastest I have experienced in this industry. That’s pretty good for a custom made product.

Watch out, when it was Hullco a year or so ago, I had a new shower/ tub installed. They attached new plumbing to old original plumbing. I got a bad leak under my house from those pipes that I’ve just had repaired. Why not replace all the plumbing while your doing it?

Very professional. Our house is old, and nothing is square. They had their job cut out for them. They were on time, around seven windows were installed in an impressive amount of time. There was a bad measurement on one, but they were extremely apologetic, and the window was installed within just a few days. It’s been four years now, and we are still impressed with the quality and how well the windows look in our very irregular old house.

I recently had a shower, 2 entrance doors and a window installed by Hullco. I hope the materials are as good as the installers. Sam did the shower and Mike and sons the other work. All were professional and friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had during the process. They also cleaned up after the work was done and hauled away all the old doors etc that were replaced. Hullco came highly recommended to me and I found the praise of my family and friends to be valid.

During normal business hours, I called Hullco and asked if they sold and installed security screen doors. The person who answered the phone did not know but said she would have a customer agent call me. A customer agent called me. He said he knew what a door is and what a screen door is but he did not know what a security screen door is. He did not offer to find out what a security screen door is.

Hullco has a great reputation. Chase Montgomery was a pleasure to work with.

My first time using Hullco and for the overall process/products purchased, they under delivered. I had one issue and 2 product problems. Shannon did an outstanding job with the installation and made one product problem as good as possible. However, I’m going to have to purchase paint to fill the void in this product problem. Christi was great working with me to address/resolve everything, but I didn’t receive the phone call from the VP to hopefully bring any type of resolution.

Our whole experience with Hullco has been great from the lady that scheduled our appointment to the young man Michael who came out to show us the product. He was so knowledgeable about the product they use to the fixtures and I had to be difficult wanting a different faucet handle and it was no big deal. Then Matt came to measure & he was so super nice.I would recommend Hullco to any of my friends.

Hullco installed our bathtub a few years ago in our house and they did an great job.
