They are very courteous. They came out quickly to give an estimate. When the work was completed they cleaned up the area. Just all around nice staff!!

No issues at all. The salesman was great, the installers were great, and the windows and trim look better than I thought they would. The Mi brand window frames are a little chunkier than others Ive seen, but theyre definitely solid. Their final pricing was almost half of other estimates, but I dont feel like quality was any less. The only thing youll want to be aware of is that they custom measure & order your windows, so theres going to be a wait. I also took before & after shots of the biggest window they replaced for comparison.

I purchased gutter from this company the gutters are leaking all over from the connector down sprouts. Also the leaks are along the soffit. I have called and spoke to Fred and sent videos several times. It takes weeks for the installer to come by and bang in a couple of screws. After that didnt fix the problem he has stated there is not anything else they can do to fix it. I even purchased the gutter guard cover. That was a joke.. there are big gaps between the the gutters; so big that the birds and squirrels can get in.. Behind over 6 thousand dollars you would think the gutter would catch a pot of gold. The only gutter guards on the market that keeps the rain out. So buyer beware. Feel free to contact me. I have pictures and videos to prove it before you purchase.

On January 28,2021, Windows Depot efficiently and neatly installed 7 windows in the home we have occupied for 54 years. We trusted the new windows would eliminate the huge condensation problem we were having. The new windows are moisture-free ( of course) but an unexpected bonus is that our other windows are now moisture-free also!! Thank You, Bobby, and Window Depot.

Window Depot had previously replaced some windows in our mid-century house. They did a nice job then.This time we had shopped around for siding and gutters. They gave us the best value. My home looks great and is better insulated now. They were truthful about timing. The installation guys were professional and cleaned after themselves. They talked to us with Amy questions and particulars. There were no surprise costs. They even allowed us to change the color of the guttering on the last possible day - no problem and no additional charge.I will be calling them again when it comes time to replace more windows. They do wonderful work.

These guys have done windows siding and built special barn style doors for me. Each crew that came out did an absolutely fantastic job and conducted their self in a professional manner. The salesman Drake they only sodas what we wanted. Pricing was fair and much better than the three estimates I had. In short I would recommend these guys to anyone and would use them again if the need was to arise

Window Depot installed 10 Windows in our home last year and the last 5 recently. They have the best prices in town. From their salesman to the installers, they are professional in every way! They showed up at my house to install my windows at the exact time that they said they would come. I was pleasantly surprised. They also cleaned away any mess very thoroughly. I love our new windows!

Avoid this company like the plague.Their salesman Zac sold my wife on “custom doors”. As you can see by their standard door measurements, and yet he was still confused on what number to write on the billing invoice they are actually very standard doors, nothing is custom, perhaps custom ordered, but they’re very standard.We have a 110 inch frame. And they expect us to buy “custom doors built to size” while having to enclose the frame on each side by 8 inches?!?Pretty sure custom built means it should fit without enclosing modifications.I’m not sure if they plan on putting a pot of gold inside the frame, but the exact same doors can be bought at Home Depot for $1200 and installed for a lot less than the price here.Upon doing research and taking this all in I cancelled this order. They then tried to bully us saying “we signed a piece of paper agreeing to buy these doors”I guess if this company wasn’t such crooks I would be willing to do business with them. But under the circumstances only a fool would pay this price to have 2 standard measurement doors put in.Avoid this company.I’d give them negative stars if possible to protect further consumers that do not have an understanding measurements and installation pricing.Go with Home Depot or Lowe’s.Window Depot apparently takes pride in trying to ripoff Veterans.Sadly I can’t post a picture of their paperwork here, but you can see it on my Facebook review. Unless they decide to delete it.

The sales persons were friendly and informative. Scheduling the window installation was prompt. The installers would call about any delays. Their work was professional and they cleaned up daily. I would highly recommend them.

I did not use this business because they never called me back. Was told they would take my info and a sales person would return my call. Nothing happened. Sorry, not going to beg them.

So incredibly happy with our experience. pricing was fantastic. crew was fantastic. my windows look beautiful. I cannot stop staring at them. the temperature in our house and the noise level outside has changed drastically. we noticed the change within a few short hours of the crew finishing the install. definitely will be using window depot again in the near future for our doors. thank you so much!

After pricing our windows at a couple of chain stores, We called Window Depot of Chattanooga spoke with Fred, We gave him the sizes needed and discussed the style we were replacing, he explained what the Low-e meant, double hung versus single hung, nail fin versus no nail fin so helpful, We placed the order over the phone, He called me when they windows shipped, called when they arrived, everything was exactly as we discussed, saved us money and have Beautiful Windows. Fred is very friendly and called us personally about our install schedule. The sales team is friendly and showed up on time to all of the appointments. I like it because the sales team did not waste my time. The sales representative listened to my needs and concerns. He came up with solutions and a competitive price that met our needs. The install team is great. They are very nice and cleaned up after the install. They even went the extra mile and sealed around an older window that we decided not to replace. Now thats service. I would recommend Window Depot of Chattanooga to anyone I know.

Salesman called on Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday. My wife left work early to meet him. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I called the office to find out that he went home sick, but never bothered to let us know he wasnt coming. Best I got from them was that they would send someone tomorrow. We will just move on to another company that values our time.

I had my windows replaced about one month ago. They were installed in a timely manner, it only took about two weeks after I ordered them. The new replacement windows look great. They have a lifetime limited warranty, which includes the caulk around the windows. I was told it is the best and rated 50 years.EPB offers a rebate on the windows and when they came out for inspection, it passed without exception. I would definitely recommend Window World.

Our new slider is awesome. We can’t wait to get our new windows, roof, and deck. They are the best. Highly recommend them.

My grandmother is currently in contract with this company. They told her 1 day to install, 2 at most. It has been a week now, she had to go buy plastic to put over the windows because they werent finished and leaked and ruined her laminate floors. Installer came back yesterday, had to leave to get parts, said he will be back today. No one has been here and its 2:00 pm. She is definitely wishing she had not used this company now.

We had a french door replaced, a 96x96 sliding door installed where windows were and an very large picture window installed and we could not be happier! The quality of work, pricing and construction of the MI products they offer is excellent! Thank you very much!!

We have worked with Window Depot and several occasions for new windows and glass replacement. Fred and his staff always communicate well with pricing and scheduling. We really appreciate the good customer service we have received from them.

I had Window Depot replace the windows in two homes this year and the did an excellent job on both. The price was excellent and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the windows. Their saleman Bud did a great job following up on a couple small issues for me. I would use Window Depot again.

Window Depot installed 2 replacement windows and 2 replacement patio doors. The windows are great. The patio doors have a 2-point locking system. One works great, and the other requires occasional adjusting.

Cannot really comment on the type of work they perform. They were scheduled to come out...no show. Called and spoke to Troy. He apologized for the mix up. Rescheduled. No show and no call the second time also. It would appear they do not know what they are doing.

Complete disappointment! Hired to install new doors, storm doors and windows. Installed one storm door upside down, both storm doors were installed without a latch to keep the screens up, were included in the box but they threw them away. Exterior door installed so bad that it does not latch. Horrible service and refusal to correct these errors after multiple attempts.

There were some challenges that delayed the project but all and all we are very satisfied. I must thank Bud again for going the extra mile. I would use WD again.

BLUF- Lifetime warranty is a worthless false claim.Dont believe your salesperson. When it comes time to claim on a window warranty you will find that the window manufacturer is out of business or some other misleading comment.Bring your business elsewhere.Learn from my experience.

While installing new windows at one of my rental properties, one of the installers stood on the brand new HVAC unit. This resulted in a dent in the top of the unit. My HVAC contractor was the person who noticed the dent. He informed me that this damage would affect the fan motor, thus voiding the warranty. The first time I contacted the owner of Window Depot, he apologized and told me to let him know what the repair cost would be. When I informed him, he said that he was not going to pay for extra work. The repair cost was approximately $400, including labor. He told me that there was not even proof that they were the ones that did the damage. I informed him that the unit was covered in window caulk, right next to the dent. He said that he was not going to reimburse me for the repair, but would be happy to come out and remove the caulk. He said,during this conversation, that his workers are big guys and would not have stood on it. He also questioned why it would have voided the warranty. I called my HVAC contractor and had him called Window Depot directly. He did and explained the issue. This unit had just been installed the previous week. After speaking with our HVAC contractor, Window Depot still refused to pay the bill. He also told me that his workers assured him that it was impossible for them to have stood on the unit as it was in between the windows. I went to the property, personally, and confirmed, with photos that the unit was directly under a window. I called and told Window Depot and he asked for pictures. I sent them immediately. He said that now, he could not see the dent. Then I made an appt with the owner of Window Depot, my husband and my HVAC contractor. Get everyone involved there and get it over with. I scheduled it for first thing in the morning. As my husband has work and the other contractor has jobs to be at as well. When I called the day before, to confirm, Window Depot said that yes they would be there at 11. I told him no, that was not the time I told him, because that was right in the middle of my toddlers nap time. I told him again he needed to be there at 8:30 and to not be late. He said he would be there between 8:30 and 9. When we arrived that morning, at 8:30 he was waiting. He went inside to review work that needed to be done, by my husband on the trim. at 8:45, the HVAC contractor was not there. Their office is less than 1/2 mile from the property. My husband asked to walk down 2 doors (where my mother lives) to get the HVAC phone # and check on them. Window Depot told him that he could not wait and proceeded to leave. The HVAC contractor arrived just a couple minutes later. He informed my husband that it would take a large man to make that dent. That info was already admitted by Window Depot. The owner of Window Depot has been given all the proof of the damage. AND has even caught his installers in their lie that the window was not over the HVAC unit. He did tell me that he would be more than happy to pay for the repair if we go ahead and schedule new windows for my mothers home. It was a brand new unit, we could not have in lose its warranty. The owner has still refused to pay for the repair.
