I lost my keys to my van at a customers house I was working at and could not find them! I called lock doc and they came out right away! For all they do they are best priced! Barry is the technician that came out and he was excellent he was careful and gentle removing the housing around around my ignition switch. He definitely knows what he is doing! I locked myself out of my house and called 7 different locksmiths, each of them saying they had no one in that area and not willing to send someone. The 7th one recommended I call Lock Doc, thank goodness! He was quick and professional, and the price was lower than expected! I lost the only key to my 2018 chevy express company work van on September 9 2021, it was a little late so I waited untill the next day to call out a locksmith, I searched around and read reviews on local companies in my area and after comparing all the locksmiths I chose (The Lock Doc). I am very pleased that I did.The process was great from start to finish. I called at 9:52 a.m. and by 10:34 a.m. Josh was at my home. What was supposed to be a relaxing lunch break at the park turned into me locking my keys in my car and in a frenzy to find a way to get back to work. I called “the other guys” with no luck who were not willing to help me because of a specific circumstance. Called this company at 8 in the morning because my son had lost the only key to a truck that he had just purchased. They sent a technician out and he was able to cut a new key to the door and ignition before noon. I thought the price was reasonable and the transaction was smooth. I hope I dont have to call them again, but if I need another lock smith they will be my first choice

The owner Terry Walker had service people out on calls and couldn’t get anyone out until morning. But he went above and beyond what anyone else had done for me (over 6 different places I called). He took the time to walk me through a few different possibilities as to what the problem may be. He had me up and running in short order instead of spending a cold night in my car (no money for hotel) waiting till the morning. He has the most reasonable rates of any of the other places I called and he genuinely cared about my situation. I wish every business owner was as customer oriented as this man! Traveling from Nebraska My key fell out of my pocket into an automatic toilet, on Christmas, it was gone!!
